The results showed that the achievements of water sanitation indicator in 2018 were 33.7%, and 50% in 2019. This is due to the insufficient sanitation of the community's clean water facilities. The indicator achievements on hygiene and food and beverage sanitation in 2018 and 2019 were 50%, this was due to the discovery of DAMIU, which do not have hygiene and sanitation certificates. While, for public places indicator in 2018 and 2019 is 50%, this was due to the lack of facilities and infrastructure to support of sanitation program It is expected that especially environmental health staff to build an environmental health facilitator in every sub-district to assist the monitoring process, evaluation of targets and mentoring to the community.
