PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PROMOSI AUDIO VISUAL DALAM UPAYA PENCEGAHAN HIPERTENSI ASN DI POLTEKKES KEMENKES BENGKULU

Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Indonesia menghadapi tantangan terkait hipertensi karena tingginya prevalensi yang mencapai 34,1%. Pemberian edukasi memiliki potensi mengubah pola pikir penderita hipertensi, mengubah persepsi terhadap perawatan diri, dan memberikan motivasi positif untuk pemulihan. Keberhasilan program edukasi tergantung pada metodenya, sehingga perlu metode yang efektif dalam menyampaikan informasi mengenai self-management diantaranya melalui media audio visual.Metode: Penelitian ini menerapkan metode R&D (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yaitu Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, dan Evaluate. Ahli materi dan ahli media dilibatkan dalam proses uji validasi kelayakan media audio visual dalam pencegahan hipertensi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantatif dan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil: Selama tahap pengembangan, penilaian validasi ahli materi menghasilkan skor 3,49 dalam kategori layak, sementara penilaian ahli media memberikan skor 3,72 yang juga masuk kategori layak. Uji coba pertama menghasilkan skor 3,56 dengan kategori layak, sedangkan uji coba kedua mendapatkan skor 3,61 dengan kategori layak, khususnya dalam konteks upaya pencegahan hipertensi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media promosi audio visual dianggap memadai untuk mendukung usaha pencegahan hipertensi, terutama di kalangan ASN di Poltekkes Kemenkes Bengkulu.Simpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan media promosi audio visual mendapatkan kategori layak dalam upaya pencegahan hipertensi pada ASN di lingkungan Poltekkes Kemenkes Bengkulu.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Media, Audio Visual, Hipertensi   ABSTRACTBackground: Indonesia faces challenges related to hypertension due to its high prevalence, which reaches 34.1%. Providing education has the potential to change the mindset of hypertension sufferers, change perceptions of self-care, and provide positive motivation for recovery. The success of an educational program depends on the method, so an effective method is needed to convey information about self-management, including through audio-visual media.Method: This research applies the Research and Development method using the Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate Model (ADDIE). Material experts and media experts were involved in the process of validating the suitability of audio-visual media in preventing hypertension. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive data analysis.Results: During the development stage, the material expert's validation assessment produced a score of 3.49 in the feasible category, while the media expert's assessment gave a score of 3.72 which was also in the appropriate category. The first trial produced a score of 3.56 in the feasible category, while the second trial obtained a score of 3.61 in the appropriate category, especially in the context of efforts to prevent hypertension. Research findings show that audio-visual promotional media is considered adequate to support efforts to prevent hypertension, especially among ASN at the Bengkulu Ministry of Health Polytechnic.Conclusion: The results show that the development of audio-visual promotional media has received an appropriate category in efforts to prevent hypertension in ASN in the Bengkulu Ministry of Health Polytechnic environment.Keywords: Development, Media, Audio Visual, Hypertension
