<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the models that are suitable for social studies learning in improving skills critical thinking students in elementary schools. The research method used is equalitative descriptive methode with a qualitative approuach, while the data sources are obtained from the results of abalyisis and data collection through interviews and documentation. The conclusion of this study showthat the implementation of the management of educator and education personal at SDN Cipocok Jaya 2 Serang city has been very good through performance monitored by the school parincipal. Coordinator carried out by the school principa with teachers and the community can be carried on the vertically, horizontally, and functionally. Coordination is carried out continuously as a consolidation step to strengthen institusions in achieving goals]]>
