Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of interactive Powerpoint audio-visual media in learning to write fantasy story texts for grade VII students of SMPN 7 Bulukumba. Interactive Powerpoint audio visual media is effectively used in writing fantasy story texts for grade VII students of SMP Negeri 7 Bulukumba. This can be seen from the descriptive results of the Posttest obtained the average score of the kontrol class of 72.80 which amounted to 20 students and the average score of the experimental class of 80.00 witha total of 23 students. This study uses a type of quantitative research with an experimental method. The population and sample in this study were all students of grade VII of SMPN 7 Bulukumba, Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi.
