This research was conducted to determine the effect of applying diorama media on students' critical thinking skills in grade IV science learning at SDN Girilintang. This type of research is an experimental research method with a one group pretest posttest design. Respondents In this study, the respondents were 20 class IV students at SDN Girilintang. Research instruments include t-test and rubric sheet. Sampling was carried out using saturated sampling, namely a sampling technique where members of the population are used as samples. The data analysis technique used is the paired sample test, which has previously been tested for normality and homogeneity. From the results of this research, a paired sample test of critical thinking ability was obtained by students before and after using diorama media with a sig value of 0.000. Where 0.001 < 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the result is that there is a difference in students' critical thinking abilities in science learning using diorama media in class IV students at SDN Girilintang. It can be concluded that this research using diorama media can influence thinking abilities. students' critical thinking in science learning.
