<![CDATA[Basically, a cumulation of entrepreneurial traits of courage, virtue and exemplary in trying and taking risks that comes from his own ability. Entrepreneurship can be learned and taught. Those who become entrepreneurs can come from various groups including students and graduates of the Master of Management University of Bandar Lampung (MM-UBL). However, be aware that successful entrepreneurs are those who are able to show the profile of entrepreneurship and the motivation to be great entrepreneurs. From the fact the research, that the profile of entrepreneurship and motivation to student entrepreneurs MM-UBL after following a good enough education. But these results still indicate a change in extraordinary competence. In improving entrepreneurial competencies, intervention needs to be done through the declaration of competence as a center of excellence entrepreneurship graduates MM-UBL. Pada dasarnya kewirausahaan merupakan kumulasi dari sifat-sifat keberanian, keutamaan dan keteladanan dalam berusaha dan mengambil risiko yang bersumber dari kemampuannya sendiri. Kewirausahaan dapat dipelajari dan diajarkan. Mereka yang menjadi wirausaha dapat berasal dari berbagai golongan termasuk dari mahasiswa dan lulusan Magister Manajemen Universitas Bandar Lampung (MM-UBL). Namun, perlu disadari bahwa wirausaha yang berhasil adalah mereka yang mampu memperlihatkan profil kewirausahaan dan motivasi menjadi wirausahawan yang luar biasa. Dari fakta penelitian, bahwa profil kewirausahaan dan motivasi menjadi wirausahawan mahasiswa MM-UBL setelah mengikuti pendidikan sudah cukup baik. Tetapi hasil tersebut masih belum menunjukan adanya perubahan kompetensi yang luar biasa. Dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kewirausahaan, perlu dilakukan intervensi melalui pencanangan kompetensi kewirausahaan sebagai pusat keunggulan lulusan MM-UBL. ]]>
