<![CDATA[This study aims to show the effect of occupational safety and health (K3) on performance inthe perspective of employees of production in PT Pabrik Gula Kebon Agung Malang. Thisstudy uses a quantitative approach to explain the research result. The respondents amountedto 66 employees taken based on Slovin formula from 194 employees. Data were collectedusing questionnaire instrument which has been tested for validity and reliability before.Multiple regression analysis is used to test the research hypothesis. The results of this study isempirical evidence the effect of occupational safety and health on performance. The resultsindicate that organization must give much attention to safety and health variables because ofits effect on their employees of production performance.Keywords: safety, health, employee performance]]>
