Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to explain and explore the theory ofperformance associated with organizational cultural factors and individualcompetencies. Employee performance has become important terminology orconcepts in discussions, especially in encouraging the success of the organizationand human resources. Performance will always be the actual issues in theorganization for any organization's performance is key to the effectiveness of theorganization's success. Employee performance is an important issue and apractical and theoretical standpoint. Employee performance is not only influencedby the employees themselves, but also determined by several factors such asorganizational culture and competencies of individuals where the person works.Competence is a concept in human resource management, which requires greatattention. No business, public or private, to detach themselves when discussingcompetence. Theoretically, supported by several empirical studies, individualperformance is influenced by a number of factors, namely the organizationalculture and individual competencies.Keywords: organizational culture, competence, performance

Abstract

The strategic management of human resource widely is correlated with interaction and adaption, that emphasize: 1. the human resource management is totally integrated with strategy and the need company straegy; 2. the policy of human resources is closed to every subject of policy and interline; also 3. the holding of human resource activities is adapted, accepted and done by line manager as a part of daily activities. In accordance with management of human resources, the global that is supposed to be achieved by the company will have function to give a guidance about kinds of choices from human resoyrce activities which can give result ang strengthen the specific attitude needed to achieve the organization strategy. Abstract

The research approach used in the procurement of this research is quantitative dekskiptifapproach. This method is used to collect and interpret data through the collection, compileand analyze the data so as to provide a clear picture of the Effect of Service Quality andWork Discipline Employees Public Administration Bureau of Student Satisfaction.Multiple linear regression analysis is used to know the influence of service quality andemployee discipline to student satisfaction.The variable of service quality (X1) simultaneously gives significant effect to studentsatisfaction at University X with probability value b1 is 0.017 less than 0.05. Employeediscipline variable (X2) simultaneously give a significant influence to student satisfaction atUniversity X with probability value b2 is 0,031 smaller than 0,05. The service qualityvariable (X1) has regression coefficient (β) equal to 0,149, employee work discipline (X2)equal to 0,123, hence can be said that service quality variable (X1) have dominant influenceto student satisfaction at Universitas X.Keywords: Service Quality, Employee Discipline, Student Satisfaction

Abstract

The funding decision is basically concerned with the selection of the source of funds by thecompany. There are a number of risks that affect the company's performance to beconsidered by the parties, namely the risk of macro-economic and micro-economic risks. Thisstudy aims to determine and prove the influence of operational policy and funding decisionson the financial performance of local water company in the city of Malang.Based on the theory and the results of previous research, this study uses the variableoperational decisions comparison between the results of Sales by Total Assets, andcomparisons between the results of the sales receivables. While the funding decisions usingindicators and debt ratio Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Furthermore, the company'sfinancial performance variables using ROI and ROE indicators. The analysis in this studyuses multiple regression analysis to determine the independent variables and the dependentvariable population in this study is the monthly financial reports by local water companiesMalang starting in 2008 until the year 2010 that collected 36 observations.Based on the analysis of the results of research and discussion, we can conclude that the threehypotheses stated previously proved significant. Abstract

This study intended to analyze the influence of work rules, managerial supervision and selfdisciplineon morale Staff Secretariat of the Council of Representatives of Regional Dompu.Using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software, this study analyzed a sampleof 27 Staff Secretariat of the Council of Representatives of Regional Dompu. The results ofthis study states that work rules significant effect on employee morale. Managerial oversightsignificant effect on employee morale. Personal discipline significant effect on morale StaffSecretariat of the Council of Representatives of Regional Dompu Dompu. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of non-performing loans (NPLs) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to Return on Assets (ROA). The background of this study was the phenomenon of bank lending is not optimal. The population in this study are all commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2015 period. To determine the effect of NPL and LDR to ROA, then used a multiple regression analysis. The research proves that Non Performing Loan (NPL) have a significant and negative effect on the financial performance of state-owned banks in Indonesia with ROA. Loan Debt Ratio (LDR) has a significant influence and positive impact on the financial performance of state-owned banks in Indonesia with ROA. Variables that most dominant influence on ROA is variable NPL. Keywords: non-performing loans, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Return on Assets

This study was conducted to determine the factors that most influence consumer 's decision in booking hotels online. From the results, there are seven factors that encourage people to make booking hotels online that are the technology factor , the ease , speed , information , prices and reward. The factors which can affect consumer trust for booking hotels online. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, and motivation on employee performance. The unit of analysis in this study as many as 33 units of cooperatives spread in Malang, Malang and Batu. The study population was the employees of Islamic Cooperation (BMT) as many as 170 people. The sample size of 118 people selected by using the technique of proportional sample or samples counterweight. Collecting data using questionnaires of the sample as well as respondents. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by hypothesis testing using the technique SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) and data processing using a data processing computer software program AMOS (Analysis Of Moment Structure) v.4.0. Data processing and analysis of the obtained results of this study: 1) Leadership positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the level of influence with standarized value of 0.326 with a p-value level of 0.00; 2) Motivation employee positive and significant effect on the performance of employees with a degree of influence is shown by a standardized value of 0.391 to the level of p-value of 0.00. The conclusion of this research that theoretically implication is the need for cooperative scientific development by adopting the theories of economics and management of cooperative sound general (conventional) and Islamic law. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand loyalty mediated image of thebrand trust on a Samsung smartphone users in Jombang in 2015. The populationwas taken from Samsung Smartphone users who are in the Jombang district,using multistage sampling, involving 150 respondents. The analysis techniqueused in this study using Multiple Mediation which to measure and verify whetherbrand trust becomes the mediation of the effect of brand image to loyalty, as well asto measure the causal step of each construct. The results showed that the variableTrust (Trust) effect on the Loyalty variable. Brand Image variables also affectLoyalty variable.
