Based on the above background can be taken formulation of the problem "whether there was an effect on levels of alcohol prolonged heating on sap siwalan"?. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect on levels of alcohol prolonged heating on sap siwalan. This research is a kind of experimental research with the aim to determine the effect of prolonged heating of the alcohol content in the sap siwalan. The sampling technique used was random sampling, totaling 24 samples. Variable work was composed of independent variables and the dependent variable.
