Abstract

AbstrakRendahnya keterampilan sosial anak mengakibatkan buruknya prestasi akademik, timbulnya masalah emosi, dan meningkatnya risiko kenakalan remaja. Salah satu kegiatan yang dekat dengan anak dan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sosial ialah permainan kooperatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empirik pemberian permainan kooperatif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial anak Pra sekolah di TK Kemala Bhayangkari 81 Magelang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen kuasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas A TK Kemala Bhayangkari 81 Magelang, berusia 4-5 tahun. Variable independent dalam penelitian ini adalah permainan kooperatif, dan variable dependentnya ialah keterampilan sosial anak pra sekolah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi dan alat pengumpulan datanya ialah rating scale keterampilan sosial. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistic non parametrik Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah permainan kooperatif efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial anak pra sekolah di TK Kemala Bhayangkari 81 Magelang.AbstractThe low social skills lead to poor academic achievement of children, the incidence of emotional problem, and increased risk of delinquency adolescent. One of the activities close to the child and can enhance social skills is a cooperative game. The purpose of this study was to empirically test the provision of cooperative games to improve social skill of pre-school children in kindergarten of Kemala Bhayangkari 81 Magelang. This study is a quasi experiment. Subjects in this study were students of class A in this school, and the age is above 4 and 5 years old. Independent variable in this study is the cooperative games, and the dependent variable is pre- schoolerssocial skill. Observation is used to collect, dan the data collection tool is the social skills rating scale. The method of data analysis in this study is statistical non parametric Wilcoxon Signed Ranks non-Test. The result of this study is cooperative games is effective to improving social skill of children in pre-school in Kindergarten og Kemala Bhayangkari 81 Magelang.
