<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how much influence medicine ball practice, resistance band against the results of the fast bowling cricket on the cricket athlete Lampung. The research method used is experimental method. Population taken as well as samples (total sample) is a cricket athlete Lampung with the number of 30 people. Based on the results of test analysis of influence and t test, the results of this study There is a significant difference between the medicine ball and the resistance band against the results of the fast bowling cricket with the analysis of data t count 3.153 t table 2.048 5% real level, n = 30. If t calculate t table then Ha received H0 rejected. From the calculation of the influence test of medicine ball exercise is 37.8 while the resistance band exercise is 24.5. Thus, medicine ball exercises are better in improving the results of fast bowling cricket on the Lampung cricket athlete.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan medicine ball, resistance band terhadap hasil lemparan fast bowling cricket pada atlet cricket Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi yang diambil sekaligus sampel (sampel total) adalah atlet cricket Lampung dengan jumlah 30 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji pengaruh dan uji t, maka hasil penelitian ini Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara medicine ball dan resistance band terhadap hasil lemparan fast bowling cricket dengan analisis data t hitung 3,153 t tabel 2,048 taraf nyata 5%, n = 30. Jika t hitung t tabel maka Ha diterima H0 ditolak. Dari perhitungan uji pengaruh latihan medicine ball adalah 37,8 sedangkan latihan resistance band adalah 24,5. Dengan demikian latihan medicine ball lebih baik dalam  meningkatkan hasil lemparan fast bowling cricket pada atlet cricket Lampung.Kata kunci : fast bowling cricket, medicine ball, resistance band.]]>
