<![CDATA[Abstrak: Pekerjaan konstruksi yang berisiko besar dan/atau yang berteknologi tinggi dan/atau berbiaya besar harus dilakukan oleh badan usaha yang berbentuk perseroan terbatas (PT) atau badan usaha asing yang dipersamakan. Pembatasan jenis pekerjaan tersebut dimaksudkan untuk memberikan perlindungan terhadap para pihak maupun masyarakat atas risiko pekerjaan konstruksi. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja, yaitu sebagai berikut: (1) Personal factors, (2) Leadership factors, (3) Team factors, (4) System factors, and (5) Contextual/situational factors. Personal factors.Faktor-faktor yang menunjang terhadap kinerja perusahaan jasa konstruksi meliputi: personalia/sumber daya manusia, faktor keuangan, faktor pengalaman kerja, dan faktor peralatan. Faktor personalia/sumber daya manusia untuk menjelaskan tingkat pendidikan penanggung jawab badan usaha, tingkat pendidikan penanggung jawab teknik badan usaha, jumlah tenaga kerja, asal tenaga kerja serta kondisi tenaga ahli yang dipekerjakan. Keberhasilan perusahaan salah satunya bukan diukur dari ukuran besar keuangannya dan tidak dapat lagi menjadi satu-satunya penentu keberhasilan perusahaan.Kata-kata kunci: kondisi, dan kinerja industri konstruksi.Abstract: High risk and / or high-tech and / or high-cost construction works must be undertaken by a business entity in the form of a limited liability company (PT) or a foreign business entity.
