<![CDATA[ABSTRAKDukungan sosial dari orang-orang terdekat sangat penting dalam mendukung kepatuhan pengobatan pada penyakit kronik seperti HIV/AIDS. Pengobatan/therapi antiretroviral (ARV) pada pasien HIV/AIDS harus dilakukan dalam waktu yang lama dan kebanyakan pasien mengalami gejala putus obat dan ketidakpatuhan akibat kurangnya dukungan sosial yang diperoleh dari orang-orang terdekat pasien yang berupa dukungan emosional, instrumental, informasional dan penilaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dukungan sosial dengan kepatuhan therapy antiretroviral virus (ARV) pada pasien HIV/AIDS di Poliklinik Khusus RSUD. dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Varibel penelitian ini adalah dukungan sosial sebagai variabel independen dan kepatuhan therapy ARV sebagai variabel dependen. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif korelatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan total sampling yaitu 24 pasien yang terinfeksi HIV/AIDS di Poliklinik khusus RSUD. Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah Chi Square ()2 dan diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan kepatuhan therapi ARV pada pasien HIV/AIDS (p value=0,374). Analisa subvariabel dukungan sosial diperoleh tidak ada hubungan dukungan emosional (p value =1,000), dukungan instrumental (p value = 0,647), dukungan informasional (p value = 0,374) dengan kepatuhan terapi ARV. Sedangkan untuk subvariabel dukungan penilaian didapatkan ada hubungan dengan kepatuhan terapi ARV (p value =0,050). Hasil penelitian ini dapat direkomendasikan bagi perawat Poliklinik Khusus untuk memfasilitasi pemberian dukungan lain seperti peningkatan pengetahuan pasien tentang therapy ARV, nilai dan keyakinan serta mengaktifkan peran konselor HIV dan LSM lokal guna meningkatkan derajat kepatuhan dan keberhasilan therapi ARV. Kepada keluarga penderita HIV/AIDS diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas dukungan berupa dukungan emosional, instrumental dan informasional kepada pasien agar patuh terhadap terapi ARV.Kata kunci: dukungan sosial, kepatuhan, therapy antiretroviral, HIV/AIDSABSTRACT The social supports from the nearest people are important to support adherence therapy in chronic disease such as HIV/AIDS patients. Antiretroviral therapy in HIV patients must be taken in along time and there are a lot of patients were inadherence because of lack of social support from the nearest people that consisted of informational, instrumental, informasional, and appraisal supports. The research aimed to analyze social support and Anti Retroviral therapy (ARV) adherence in HIV/AIDS patients in Specific Policlinic at dr. Zainoel Abidin Hospital Banda Aceh. The variable in the study were sosial supports as independent variable and ARV adherence therapy as dependent variable. The studi was descriptive correlational with cross sectional study desain. The sampling technic by using the total sampling for 24 HIV/AIDS patients in Specific Policlinic at dr. Zainoel Abidin Hospital Banda Aceh. The analysis study was used Chi Square ()2 by computer software. Based on the data analysis found that there was no significantly correlation between sosial support with ARV adherence therapy in HIV/AIDS patients (p=0,374). Analyses sub variable of social support found that there is no correlation between emotional support (p value =1,000), instrumental support (p value = 0,647), informational support (p value = 0,374) with adherence ARV therapy. Furthermore, for sub variable appraisal support found that there is correlation with adherence ARV therapy (p value =0,050).The results of the study was recommended for nurses who worked in Specific Policlinic at dr. Zainoel Abidin Hospital Banda Aceh to facilitate others support such as to increase patient’s knowledge about ARV therapy, value and belief, and activating the roles of HIV counselors in order to ARV adherence therapy. For the caregiver of HIV/AIDS patients recommended that to increase quantity and quality supports them by providing emotional support, instrumental support, and informational support to lead adherence ARV therapy.
