<![CDATA[AbstrakSecara etimologis, istilah negara kesejahteraan terdiri dari dua kata yaitu kesejahteraan dan negara. Kesejahteraan berarti kemakmuran atau keselamatan. Negara didefinisikan sebagai sebuah lembaga dari masyarakat yang memiliki kekuasaan untuk mengontrol hubungan seseorang dan menghasilkan kekuasaan dalam masyarakat. Negara kesejahteraan dilaksanakan pertama kali di Eropa dan Amerika Serikat. Program ini telah dilakukan untuk memperbaiki sistem ekonomi kapitalisme yang lebih mengasihi dan melindungi yang masyarakat berekonomi lemah sebagai akibat dari "kejahatan" kapitalisme. Namun, seiring berjalannya waktu, program negara kesejahteraan yang telah dilakukan oleh kapitalisme belum bekerja untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan bagi rakyat. Kemiskinan dan ketidakadilan masih terjadi sampai sekarang. Ini terjadi sejak kesalahan sistem kapitalisme yang hanya terfokus pada peningkatan pembangunan ekonomi yang mengarah pada eksistensi negara untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan sosial dalam masyarakat. Hal ini berbeda dari negara kesejahteraan Islam yang memberikan konsep yang komprehensif. Selain pengembangan materi, negara kesejahteraan Islam juga berfokus pada aspek material moral yang diikuti oleh peningkatan spiritual di mana kapitalisme tidak terfokus pada hal itu. Tindakan menghubungkan system ini terdiri dari peran negara dan agama sebagai aspek kontrol sosial untuk kesejahteraan manusia. Abstract Etymologically, the term of welfare state consists of two words welfare and state. Welfare means prosperity or safety, and state is defined as an agency of the society that having a power to control the relation of people and produce the symptoms of power within the society. The term of welfare state is often called in bahasa as negara kesejahteraan. Welfare state was conducted firstly in Europe and US. This program has been conducted to improve the economic system of capitalism more compassionate and to protect the weak within the society as the result of ??wickedness? of capitalism. However, the program of welfare state, as time goes by, that has been conducted by capitalism has not worked to create prosperity for the people. The poverty and injustice are still happening until now. These are happening since the misleading of capitalism that only focuses on the increase economic development towards the existence of state creating social prosperity within the society. It is different from Islamic welfare state that gives the interrelated comprehensive concept. Besides material development, Islamic welfare state also focuses on the moral material aspect followed by spiritual uplift in which capitalism does not focused on it. This linkage consists of the roles of state and religion as aspects of social control for the human prosperity.]]>
