<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis handover jaringan LTE dengan melakukan drive test pada rute yang ditentukanpada Kecamatan Klojen Malang menggunakan metode drive test cluster. Metode drive test cluster yang digunakanmerupakan pengukuran kinerja jaringan pada suatu daerah (cluster) tertentu yang terdiri dari beberapa eNodeB aktif.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengukur performansi KPI yang didapatkan melalui pengujian handover pada KecamatanKlojen, Kota Malang yang kemudian akan dibandingkan dari target KPI yang sudah ditetapkan oleh provider Telkomsel.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KPI RSRP sudah memenuhi standar dari Telkomsel yaitu bernilai diatas -80 dBmuntuk lebih dari 50% daerah di Kecamatan Klojen, Kota Malang. Namun, perlu dimaksimalkan lagi agar seluruh daerahmemenuhi kategori excellent. Untuk hasil RSRQ, daerah Kecamatan Klojen, Kota Malang masih tergolong kategorimedium menurut standar KPI yang ditentukan oleh Telkomsel. Sedangkan hasil KPI Intra Frequency Handover SuccessRate dari ketiga skenario pengujian sudah memenuhi standar dari Telkomsel yaitu menunjukkan nilai 100%.Kata Kunci: LTE, Handover, Drive Test, Key Performance Indicator (KPI)ABSTRACTThe writings of this thesis aims to analyze the LTE network handover by conducting a drive test on the route specified inKlojen sub-district, Malang City using the cluster drive test method. The cluster drive test method used is a networkperformance measurement in a particular region (cluster) consisting of several active eNodeBs. This research wasconducted by measuring the performance of KPI obtained through handover testing at Klojen sub-district, Malang Citywhich then will be compared from KPI target which has been determined by Telkomsel. The measurement results showedthat the KPI RSRP has met the standards of Telkomsel that is above -80 dBm for more than 50% of the area in Klojen subdistrict,Malang City. However, it needs to be maximized again so that all regions meet the excellent category. For RSRQresults, Klojen sub-district, Malang City is still categorized as medium according to KPI standard determined byTelkomsel.
