<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan, komitmen, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen di STAI DDI Polewali Mandar. Populasi penelitian adalah 51 dosen di STAI DDI Polewali Mandar. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel kepuasan, komitmen dan kompetensi secara simultan terhadap kinerja dosen di STAI DDI Polewali Mandar. Adapun variabel yang memberikan pengaruh kuat terhadap kinerja adalah variabel kompetensi. This study aimed to analyze the influence of satisfaction, commitment, and competence to performance of the lecturer in STAI DDI Polewali Mandar. The population of this study was 51 lecturer of STAI DDI Polewali Mandar. This research used descriptive and iferential statistics. The results showed that there were some positive and significant influence of the variables satisfaction, commitment, and competence simultaneously on the performance of lecturer in STAI DDI Polewali Mandar.
