<![CDATA[ABSTRAK: Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (F-MADM) merupakan salah satu sistem penunjang keputusan yang cukup sederhana dan dapat menjadi salah satu metode alternatif dalam mengambil keputusan jika alternative atau variabel yang digunakan cukup banyak dan bernilai data kuantitatif. Metode Simple Additive Weighting banyak digunakan dikarenakan metode tersebut konsepnya sederhana, mudah dipahami, komputasinya efisien dan memiliki kemampuan untuk mengukur kinerja dari alternatif-alternatif keputusan dalam bentuk matematis yang sederhana. Permasalahannya adalah apakah metode Simple Additive Weighting memiliki nilai reliabilitas yang cukup tinggi untuk digunakan dalam membantu stakeholder dalam mengambil keputusan.. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengujian nilai reliabilitas terhadap hasil dari metode Simple Additive Weighting. Semakin mendekati nilai 1 untuk hasil uji reliabilitasnya tentunya metode tersebut akan semakin direkomendasikan untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan.
