Pengetahuan perawat tentang perawatan pasca operasi di ruang pemulihan sangat diperlukan, sehingga komplikasi pasca operasi dapat dicegah. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan perawat dengan sikap perawat dalam perawatan pasien pasca operasi di ruang Pemulihan RS Panti Waluya Malang. Desain penelitian menggunakan korelasional dengan pendekatan analitik observasional. Populasi dalam penelitan ini adalah seluruh perawat yang dinas di ruang pemulihan sebanyak 21 orang dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan Spearman rank dengan α=0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden mempunyai pengetahuan cukup 52,4%, baik 38,1%, kurang 9,5% dan perilaku baik 100% dalam perawatan pasien pasca operasi. Hasil uji spearman didapatkan r = 0,495 dan p = 0,022, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan perilaku perawat dalam perawatan pasien pasca operasi di ruang pemulihan dengan kekuatan hubungan pada kategori sedang. Disarankan agar para perawat lebih meningkatkan pengetahuannya dalam perawatan perioperatif dengan cara melakukan pendidikan atau pelatihan berkelanjutan sehingga tingkat pendidikan dan perilaku perawatan akan menjadi lebih baik. ABSTRACT Knowledge of nurses about postoperative care in the recovery room is very necessary, so that postoperative complications can be prevented. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge of nurses and nurses' attitudes in the care of postoperative patients in the Recovery Room of Panti Waluya Hospital, Malang. The study design used correlational with an observational analytic approach. The population in this study were all nurses in the recovery room as many as 21 people and all were sampled by total sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Spearman rank with α = 0.05. The results showed that the majority of respondents had sufficient knowledge of 52.4%, good 38.1%, less 9.5% and good behavior 100% in the treatment of postoperative patients. Spearman test results obtained r = 0.495 and p = 0.022, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and nurse behavior in the care of postoperative patients in the recovery room with the strength of the relationship in the medium category. It is recommended that nurses further enhance their knowledge in perioperative care by conducting ongoing education or training so that the level of education and treatment behavior will be better.
