<![CDATA[Abstrak: Proses produksi PT Cardig Anugrah Sarana Catering (CASC) masih menggunakan sistem manual seperti untuk penerimaan, pengeluaran dan produksi barang masih menggunakan excel dan kertas, hal ini tentu tidak efektif dan efisien. Sistem informasi Odoo dirasa sangat relevan dan merupakan Solusi tepat dalam rangka menyeimbangkan peran dan fungsi PT CASC dalam melayani customer. Keberhasilan penerapan teknologi informasi adalah kemauan pengguna untuk menerima teknologi informasi tersebut, apakah teknologi informasi itu bermanfaat dan memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini untuk mengukur persepsi pengguna terhadap Sistem Informasi Odoo yang ditinjau dari sisi persepsi pengguna akhir menggunakan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang terdiri dari 3 variabel Kemudahan (perceived ease ofuse), kebermanfaatan (perceived usefulness) dan sikap pengguna (attitude toward using). Pengambilan sampelnya adalah pegawai di PT CASC dan beberapa anak perusahaan yang biasa menggunakan sistem informasi tersebut karena dianggap dapat mewakili keseluruhan pegawai dan yang sering menggunakan sistem tersebut. Penelitian ini mendapat kesimpulan bahwa variable Kemudahan (perceived ease ofuse), kebermanfaatan (perceived usefulness) dan sikap pengguna (attitude toward using) berpengaruh besar terhadap penerimaan pengguna sistem informasi odoo. Kata kunci: Kemanfaatan, Kemudahan, Odoo, Sikap Pengguna, TAM Abstract: The production process of PT Cardig Anugrah Sarana Catering (CASC) still uses manual systems such as for the receipt, expenditure and production of goods still using excel and paper, this is certainly not effective and efficient. Odoo's information system is considered very relevant and is the right solution in order to balance the roles and functions of PT CASC in serving customers. The success of the application of information technology is the willingness of users to receive information technology, whether information technology is useful and provides convenience for users. Based on this, this study to measure user perceptions of the Odoo Information System in terms of end-user perception using the method of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which consists of 3 Ease variables (perceived ease of use), perceived usefulness and attitude toward using. For the Sampling is employees at PT CASC and several subsidiaries that normally use the information system are considered to be able to represent all employees and who often use the system. This study concludes that the ease variable perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and attitude toward using has a large influence on the user acceptance of the odoo information system.
