<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi profesional guru matematika SMP se-Kota Banda Aceh yang sudah lulus sertifikasi dan mereka yang belum lulus sertifikasi. Kompetensi profesional yang diteliti mencakup tiga aspek, yaitu kompetensi merancang RPP, kompetensi melaksanakan pembelajaran matematika, dan kompetensi merancang LKS. Populasi penelitian adalah guru matematika SMP se-Kota Banda Aceh, dengan syarat SMP yang diambil adalah ada guru yang lulus sertifikasi, dan diambil 15 SMP, dan setiap SMP diambil dua orang guru, masing-masing 15 orang yang sudah lulus sertifikasi, dan 15 orang yang belum lulus sertifikasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan tiga macam instrumen, yaitu: instrumen kompetensi membuat perencanaan pembelajaran (RPP), instrumen kompetensi melaksanakan pembelajaran, dan instrumen kompetensi membuat LKS, semuanya dengan rentangan nilai 1 – 5. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semua indikator yang dinilai umumnya pada skor 3 (cukup) dan 4 (baik). Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompetensi guru matematika yang sudah lulus sertifikasi dalam aspek membuat RPP, melaksanakan pembelajaran, dan membuat LKS semuanya berada pada tingkat baik dengan rata-rata masing-masing 3,6; 3,6 dan 3,5; (2) Kompetensi guru matematika yang belum lulus sertifikasi dalam aspek membuat RPP, dan melaksanakan pembelajaran, berada pada tingkat baik dengan rata-rata masing-masing 3,6 dan 3,5, sementara kompetensi mereka dalam membuat LKS berada pada tingkat kurang baik dengan rata-rata 3,4; (3) Secara keseluruhan, kompetensi profesional guru matematika SMP se-Kota Banda Aceh yang sudah lulus sertifikasi maupun yang belum lulus sertifikasi berada pada tingkat baik, dengan rata-rata skor masing-masing 3,6 dan 3,5; dan (4) Tidak ada perbedaan kompetensi profesional guru matematika SMP se-Kota Banda Aceh yang sudah lulus sertifikasi dengan mereka yang belum lulus sertifikasi. Kata kunci: kompetensi, profesional, guru, sertifikasi, RPP, LKS This study aims to determine the professional competence of a junior high math teacher in Banda Aceh who have passed certification and those who have not passed certification. Professional competence studied include three aspects, namely the competence of designing lesson plans, implement learning math competency, and competency designing LKS. The study population was a junior high math teacher in Banda Aceh, on the condition taken SMP is a teacher who passed certification, and captured 15 junior and junior taken every two teachers, each of the 15 people who have passed certification, and 15 people who have not passed certification. Data were collected in three different instruments, namely: competence instruments make learning plan (RPP), an instrument competency implementing learning and competency instruments made worksheets, all with a range of values 1-5. The data obtained were processed with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The data shows that all the indicators are assessed generally at a score of 3 (moderately) and 4 (good). The results of the data processing show that (1) Competence mathematics teachers who have passed the certification of the aspects of making lesson plans, implementing learning and making LKS everything is at a good level with an average of 3.6 each; 3.6 and 3.5; (2) competence of mathematics teachers who have not passed certification in aspects of making lesson plans, and carry out learning, are at a good level with average respectively 3.6 and 3.5, while their competence in making LKS is at a level less well with average of 3.4, (3) Overall, the professional competence of a junior high math teacher in Banda Aceh who have passed certification and who have not passed the certification is at a good level, with an average score of each 3.6 and 3 , 5, and (4) There is no difference in the professional competence of a junior high math teacher in Banda Aceh have passed the certification to those who had passed the certification.
