Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan pada SD Negeri di Kecamatan Bonto Bahari Kabupaten Bulukumba. Sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel berdasarkan pertimbangan atau kriteria tertentu. Semua sampel berjumlah 50 responden pada SD Negeri di Kecamatan Bonto Bahari Kabupaten Bulukumba. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Wawancara langsung kepada pihak – pihak yang terlibat dengan masalah yang sedang dibahas serta memberikan kuesioner kepada pegawai yang sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linear berganda dan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Bonto Bahari Kabupaten Bulukumba (2) profesionalisme berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Bonto Bahari Kabupaten Bulukumba (3) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja SD Negeri di Kecamatan Bonto Bahari Kabupaten Bulukumba (4) profesionalisme berpengaruh terhadap kinerja SD Negeri di Kecamatan Bonto Bahari Kabupaten Bulukumba (5) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui Motivasi kerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Bonto Bahari Kabupaten Bulukumba (6) profesionalisme berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui Motivasi kerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Bonto Bahari Kabupaten Bulukumba (7) motivasi kerja guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja SD Negeri di Kecamatan Bonto Bahari Kabupaten BulukumbaKata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Profesionalisme, Motivasi Kerja Guru dan KinerjaABSTRACTThese research applied in Public Elementary School in Bonto Bahari District, Bulukumba Regency. The sample uses the purposive sampling, that is, sampling based on certain considerations or criteria. All samples of 50 respondents at Public Elementary School in Bonto Bahari District, Bulukumba Regency. A method of data used is live interview to the many involved in the problem under discussion and give a questionnaire for employee according to research conducted. Data analysis was done using multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. The results of an analysis of shows that (1) principal leadership is a influenced to motivation for teacher work at Public Elementary School in Bonto Bahari District, Bulukumba Regency, (2) professionalism is a influenced to motivation for teacher work at Public Elementary School in Bonto Bahari District, Bulukumba Regency, (3) principal leadership is a influenced to performance at Public Elementary School in Bonto Bahari District, Bulukumba Regency, and (4) professionalism a influence  to performance at Public Elementary School in Bonto Bahari District, Bulukumba Regency, (5) principal leadership is a influenced to performance trough motivation for teacher work at Public Elementary School in Bonto Bahari District, Bulukumba Regency, and (6) professionalism a influence  to performance trough motivation for teacher work at Public Elementary School in Bonto Bahari District, Bulukumba Regency (7) motivation for teacher work a influence  to performance at Public Elementary School in Bonto Bahari District, Bulukumba RegencyKeywords: Principal leadership, Professionalism, Motivation for teacher work and Performance
