Praise the presence of God Almighty because thanks to the blessing of the Tengkhiang journal can be published in the Open Journal System (OJS). The Tengkhiang Journal is a journal published by the Faculty of Law of Sjakhyakirti University in Palembang. The term Tengkhiang itself comes from one of the custom languages in the South Sumatra Province which means “Granary”. And The ganary was then linked to the context of the legal field to become a "Granary Knowledge Society". Therefore, the Tengkhiang Journal in this context is defined as a Journal containing writings of Law in the Field of Law.
