The editor accepts articles from anyone written in English in a study or language linking the disciplines of Formal Education, Non Formal Education, Informal Education, Education, Engineering/engineering, science and management in placing planning, development and implementation capabilities to build and sophisticated operational objectives and organizational strategies in this increasingly technological era.
