While the mission of the journal Raheema is: First, Being the Information Center and the study of science on Gender and Children for all academics and the general public. Second, Making Media Journal Raheema as scientific publications Gender and Child-quality, innovative and competitive locally, nationally, and internationally. Third, to accommodate, to develop the knowledge, insight, and ideas of the author and researcher in the field of Gender and Children. Raheema journal is published twice a year, namely in June and December.

Abstract

One of the moral decadencies within societies is woman trafficking. In the past Greek ancient, women were considered as low-rank and disgusting creatures. The conservative perspective had continued in the Europe for decades, that it was being reversed after renaissance in England and aufklarung in Germany. At that moment, women had similar position with men. Meanwhile, in the Arab world before Islam came, women had been acknowledged as poor and ashamed people that should work as men’s servant. Thus, before having converted to Islam, Umar bin Khattab had buried his own daughter alive. Furthermore, the similar facts occured in some countries included Indonesia. In Indonesia, especially, before being freed from the colonial, women had only works as servant, kitchen keeper, and could not study. Moreover, after colonialism, women have different destiny, they become more indepence and professional, even there is still an exploitation within women these days.

Abstract

Human trafficking has become a global issue that caught attention of many countries and also this crime has been included as heavy violations of human rights. The Developing countries like Indonesia often become the targets of criminal practices-based on human trafficking. Diverse modes have done which is throught the distribution of labour abroad. Women and children are the most listed as victims of human trafficking with the exploitation purpose. The border area has become a transit point for the distribution of workforce is either legal or illegal so the border is become a vulnerable area of human trafficking practices. In west Kalimantan particularly in Sambas Regency, the current transitions of ilegal labour to Malaysia is an usual and they not aware has a victims of human trafficking. This study attempt to describe and analysis the phenomenon of trafficking in person with mode of lobor distribution especially the case infemale worker (TKW) in Sambas Regency throught qualitative approach of techniques of observation and interview limited and also literature review.

Abstract

Human trafficking is one of global problems faced by societies in today digital era. The increasing number of victims and criminals, in quality and quantity, has also influenced the number of problems on human rights, social, economics, health, and laws in many countries within the world. Furthermore, human trafficking is a well-organized crime among countries in the world. Indonesia, especially, which has many citizen is also one of targeted country on trafficking crimes. Moreover, there are so many efforts performed to minimize the number of human trafficking in Indonesia. However, most of them are centered on preventive movement after the crime or when the crime is being done, that could not significantly give an effect to the victims after the crime happened. Therefore, the comprehend solution is needed by giving a life-skill training, in order to provide them an ability to create something and being independent in the future.

Abstract

The emergence of trafficking cases of women is a direct result of the inadequacy of society due to poverty and other causes. The modus operandi of this trade is varied, but the mode of trafficking of women under the pretext of marriage is considered the most dangerous in the case of trafficking in women. Such cases have long been happening and are still growing today. The occurrence of female trafficking cases with the modus operandi of marriage involves intermediaries (brokers) that bring together men with women who are generally low-income (poor) and low-educated families. This paper will discuss what is really the trafficking of women, the factors that influence the occurrence of women's handling with the pretext of marriage, the form of victim protection and prevention efforts that can be done.

Abstract

Nowadays, women trafficking has become iceberg phenomenon. The women, in fact, have a great level as well as impact in domestic and social life. However, they are always become victims on human trafficking problem. There are so many factors behind; violence exploitation, sex worker, cyber crime, contract marriage, drugs, and so forth. Furthermore, some modus of crimes are about syariah, like umroh, nikah sirri, etc. Therefore, this case is interesting to be researched deeply. How the punishment of the perpretrators with comparative analysis between UU No. 21/2007 tentang TPPO and Hukum Islam. Moreover, from the literature analysis, it is found that the punishment on UU No. 21/2007 tentang TPPO that the women trafficking practice is a crime and shoould be punished by the law fairly.

Abstract

Human Trafficking is an extraordinary crime which happened in the modern era today. In the origin first time, this crime has been exist in the centuries years ago. In Southeast Asia Human Trafficking fall in transnational crime; which is the offender take action is inter-country. In this paper discussed about Human Trafficking in women which occuring in border area between West Kalimantan, Indonesia and Serawak, Malaysia. Method used in this research is descriptive analysis by collecting data over secondary data from various field such as books, scientific journals, and others. Basically, phenomena trafficking in person on women have occured in the border area West Kalimantan in which not seen like human trafficking cases. Mode of used in this cases is the recruitment to work in household or companies in Malaysia. While actus was done by illegal agent, they are passing through illegal way. The things being factor of the occurrence of trafficking in person is education and poverty experienced by women.

Abstract

Human Trafficking, in fact, has been occured before Islamic era, such as slavery that has been practiced for years. It is not a surprise that human trafficking in 20th century is not a new thing. There are so many factors triggered this slavery happened; genetics’ factor, war’s prisoner, poverty, working in others’ land, abduction, vengeance, and so on. Furthermore, slavery itself is not a willingnes, yet a life necessity and compulsion. Moreover, Islam as a universal religion is against the human trafficking badly. In Islam, all of human have similar position in front of Allah SWT, what makes it difference is the beliefs level. Therefore, one of the story in Islamic hostory is to eradicate the slavery on fathwatul makkah.

Abstract

The modern slavery or human trafficking could give negative impacts on every aspects of human life. Furthermore, psychologically, this crime could lead to stress state, depression, and trauma on the victims. However, only some of trauma has prolonged effect. Besides, some of them has a temporary effect and needs only a short of time to recovery. Thus, the basic knowledge which is understood wholly towards human trafficking need to be done. In order to prevent the message distorted and wrong approach to solve the problem. Besides, the using of suitable method to perform an action for victims’ recovery is really required, so the victims could gain a better life in the future.
