Abstract

Research conducted in the study area is in the form of road corridor which has a length of 7 km that have concerns about elements of urban design, supported with analysis and guidance on eight elements of urban design that consists of Land use, Forms and Procedures Mass Building, Circulation and parking, Tata Information, Support Activity, Pedestrian Line, Green Line Road and Historic Buildings. Jalan Sudirman corridor is the only center of economic growth in South Bangka Regency. In general road corridor sudirman there are several activities such as housing, offices, government, trade, and services. Corridor development Jalan Sudirman currently not offset the premium elements of good urban design. The results of this study is that the growth of the road corridor is very rapid sudirman general should be supported by a particular arrangement of the arrangement of urban design elements, thus creating sudirman general road corridor to improve environmental quality. Recommendations from this study is to perform layout directives of the eight elements of urban design that consists of Land use, shape and mass Tata Building, Circulation and Parking, System Information, Support Activity, Pedestrian Line, Green Line Road and Historic Buildings.

Abstract

Illegal tin mining activities are almost all Belitung province. The activity stems from government policy to help people in times of economic crisis., Allowed people to mine with simple tools. Analyzing the changes in land use are not appropriate directives spatial guidelines and the impact of environmental damage caused by the increasing number of unconventional tin mining activities. Based on the analysis of land use in 2004 compared with the 2011 land use change an area of ​​144,435.68 hectares or by 60.39% while the unchanged area of ​​94.718,67116 hectares or by 39.61%. The impact of unconventional tin mines has changed the designation of land use amounted to 9.62% of the landing area function Spatial Plan Belitung province, causing severe environmental damage. The water content under the former tin mine contaminated types of heavy metals among others ferum (Fe), lead (Pb), and arsenic (As) already exceed the normal threshold of more than 4 ppm can cause a number of diseases such as poisoning, cancer and other diseases. To reduce the impact of environmental damage caused by the activities of the tin mines unconventional, then the efforts are vigorous action to impose sanctions against people conducting tin mine unconventional and conduct reclamation activities tin mine unconventional to repair or restore the land and vegetation in forest areas damaged as a result of tin mining activities in order to function optimally as intended.

Abstract

Changes sacred space can be judged from the internal side as the change in the physical elements of the space or the object of such changes either addition or subtraction functions; layout and orientation changes as well as changes in the living space. Besides changes in the sacred space can be expressed also on the external side to consider changing the surrounding space/borders that may affect the value of the sanctity of a building or object is sacred, such as changes in the radius of the distance to the closest building, changing the height of the nearby buildings and visibility of the building closest to the direction of the building/object sacred. Changes in the research space associated with the presence of the sacred space from the perspective of Balinese tradition associated with the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana. The explanation is that there are three elements that are interconnected micro space between one and the other in the macro space. In this study, the macro space is a space Desa Adat Kuta in the context of the Tri Hita Karana, while the micro chamber includes a discussion of the elements of space parhyangan, pawongan, and palemahan. Abstract

This paper derrived to identify tipology of inter municipals urban region and human development index at West Java Provence. The aim of this research are finding tipology of physical geographic inter municipals urban region, tipology of planning integration, tipology of human development index, tipology of conectivity, and tipology of economic interaction. The methodology are mixed methods research has been added to qualitative and quantitative approaches. Finding in this research are [1] In phisical geography have two cathegory are mountain and coastal areas. The mountains area is more have development limitation and constrain than coastal area; [2] planning integration are two differensiation conectivity area inter municipal/urban and inter Provence West Jawa and Central Java. Differensiation is more dificult integrating to planning administration in area inter Provence West Jawa and Central Java; [3] human development index inter municipals urban region are low but so many district area are high level through developed connectivity and economics interaction; [4] interaction inter districts area are lower level to provide economics activity; [5]. Economics interaction and production in district area are lower level.

Abstract

This study was directed to conduct a typology analysis of the region as a referral to the harmonization of regional development policy. Harmonizing the implementation of regional development is a current trend in the region structured both spatial and temporal. The approach on the flatness and the disparity is the key underlying territorial structuration in the system. This study tried to steer the typology of regions based on economic, spatial and environmental, institutional and policy into distinguishing element between the regions. The unit of analysis in this research is the province which is in the province, East Nusa Tenggara, South Sulawesi and Bali Province. In pursuit of this study, the data collection either primary or secondary using descriptive and analytical approach to economic inequality and a desk study of policy documents, spatial and environmental. The results showed that the need for treatment on various typologies of regional economic differences in each province and the spatial structure of the existing resources necessary to make adjustments in the implementation of the harmonization. On the other hand the policy documentation should be directed to the achievement of the accountability and measurable plan / measurement in addition requires a harmony between development plans and spatial planning. Readiness of human resources as an implementer became an obstacle in achieving harmony regional development, as well as institutional constraints both in terms of administrative and systemic.

Abstract

The elements include a relational space conception of economic and political forces that influence change sacred space; perception and response of the people due to the encouragement and strength that would make changes to the sacred space, the public's understanding of the nature of the sacred space and sacred space alteration pattern is formed. In addition, it can also elaborated elements such as the public's knowledge about the sacred space and community activities in exploiting the sacred space as elements that influence the perception of and response community. In the context of the relational space, economic policy factors realized by the process of interpretation of space based on the mental aspect or thought of the actor space entrepreneurs, professionals, and stakeholders, known as conceived space / representation of space. While cultural factors realized by a process which is based on space meaning the physical and social aspects or ideas of space based on the meaning and life experiences indigenous people, known as the perceived space / spatial practice and lived space / representational space.

Abstract

At this time there has been a change in developed regions increasingly widespread and uncontrolled In Sub Cilengkrang. This has implications for conservation function decline due to changes in land use affect the ability of the land to retain water runoff and absorb water (infiltration). The purpose of this study is to evaluate the use of land based on an index of conservation in the district of North Bandung Cilengkrang Region. The method used in this study, namely [1] .This method Overlay analysis using ArcGIS software analysis tool to determine the version 10.1 deviation and coefficient of land use woke region; [2.] Methods of Conservation Index is a coefficient which shows the ability of a region to hold runoff water (run off) and absorb water (ilfiltrasi) based on actual natural aspects and aspects of land use. The results of the analysis [1] .Terjadi irregularities existing land use pattern in 2013 against KBU room in 2009, covering an area of ​​748.42 hectares, or approximately 25.61% of the total area of ​​the District Cilengkrang; [2].Terdapat three village whose value KWTa> KWTMax namely (a). Kelurahan Cipanjalu increased by 3.28%; (b). Kelurahan Ciporeat an increase of 10.97%; and (c). Kelurahan Melatiwangi increased by 6.13%. [3]. The results of analysis of conservation index showed an increase of the threshold conditions set out which pattern KBU space. Which occurs in categories (a) critical. more increased 6%; (b) the critical. Moderate increased 4%; (c). Worse critical increased 17%; (d). Increased 9% . It is critical. Conservation function decline is a result of changes in land use that affect the ability of the land to retain water runoff and absorb water (infiltration).

Abstract

There are quite a lot of parks in Bandung them very intensively used by people but none of them have less in interest. Maluku park is one of them. Based on the observations, his lack of interest of the people visiting the beauty of the park is due to the influence of the old image as a hangout embarrassment park transvestites and many homeless people who inhabit the park. Bandung city government efforts to install a fence so as not to aggravate the condition undermined. The cause of this park is used as a homeless shelter because there are buildings that cover a tennis court making Maluku into the rear garden. Thus enclosed garden to be a place that is convenient for the gathering of the homeless. The solution of this situation is to change the tennis court into an open space facing the embarrassment as a view park.

Abstract

At this time of poverty has become attached to the uneven development and fair (inequality) in the entire region. Rural poor emerged as one of the conditions of poverty that emerged in rural areas. The low quality of human resources and rely on the agricultural sector and low income as well as plus the increasing number of the population into poverty keeksistensian assertion element in rural areas, as experienced in India. Increased rural poverty forced the Indian government to immediately resolve the issue properly. However, in the long development principles, development attention to development thinking will sometimes be at odds with development focused on environmental thinking. Therefore, sustainable livelihood more attention to sustainable development in the communities and natural resources become a source of life been as development that is able to balance development with environmental thinking.

Abstract

The study is to assess or identify existing condition by comparing to the minimum service standards as seen from the attributes or benchmarks that have been established as well as identifying the perception of passengers against the attributes of bus services Trans Metro Bandung the attributes of security, safety, comfort, accessibility / ease , costs, equity and regularity, so that it can formulate recommendations bus service performance improvement Trans Metro Bandung especially on korior 2. in this study, the data is in getting through the primary survey with observation and distribution of questionnaires on the bus and the secondary surney literature review, policy and studies related agencies. The data is then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis method. The findings of the study that the number of stop does not comply with the conditions of land use and activity that is seen from the level of importance and satisfaction are mapped in importance performance analysis that the reply contained in the lower quadrant are the attributes of safety, comfort and safety. If linked between the importance and priority repairs of passenger satisfaction then the main thing is the attribute of security, safety and comfort, which is important perceived by passengers. Recommended study as an input for the operators and the government in improving the performance of services as a TMB bus mass transit Bandung is to improve services that are considered bad judgment that the security attributes, attributes such as safety and comfort attributes stop condition.
