<![CDATA[This research aims to discuss the implementation of Consumer’s Right Protection (UUPK) of drinking water customers in the city of Bekasi period 2010. Form of research is done is by using a normative juridical secondary data. Secondary data obtained through interviews, while through the research literature that comes from certain documents and materials. The research data when analyzed using qualitative methods obtained results that the rights of consumers that are set in the UUPK has not fully met by Bekasi City PDAM (PDMA) as business actor. On the other side involvement of district attorney in collection of accounts receivable, Attorney taps through a special power of attorney from the taps to the Attorney helps increase income taps, and increase business profitability of PDAM. Therefore, the PDAM should improve the quality of drinking water services to customers continuously in accordance with the standards set so that the rights of consumers can be met according to UUPK. And the municipal government should make regulations governing the area of responsibility as entrepreneurs PDAM water provider for the needs of the community, so if there are omissions or errors in service, customers know their rights. <![CDATA[With the development of the Information Technology (IT) and the Internet make us not able to let go of all the fields that exist in our lives more so in the field of education. The Internet open sources of information that was difficult to access. Technologically current information plays a major role in our business, changes in the organization of its structure and organization mannajemen. On the other hand, information technology is also a major role in the scientific development and the primary means in an academic institution. Internet technology is present as a multifunctional media. Communication via the Internet can be done interpesonal (eg e-mail and chat) or en masse, which is known one to many communication (eg, mailing lists). Internet is also able to present in real-time audio-visual as in the conventional method with the application teleconference. Broadly speaking, information technology has a role: (a) to replace the role of the human, in that it can perform the task or process automation, (b) strengthening the role of the man, by presenting information to a task and process, (c) act in restrukturissi the human role, in making changes to a collection of tasks and processes. That the presence of the Internet in education dimension is something that is absolute, and it is a necessity. <![CDATA[There are many of Information Technology students who have graduated but are still unemployeed. It may be caused by the lackness of students who are still unable to develop their skills to what their needs. university needs to do a review of the learning method applied in the classroom by the lecturer. It is important to choose the suitable learning method to achieve optimal learning outcomes. This research is aimed to give a hint of a design to a learning method based on GRAPS (Goal, Role, Audience, Situation, Products, Standards) to improve the result of learning and student’s thinking skills on Programming Technique subject. This is a qualitative research whose data is collected by observing to progamming techniques subject during learning process, interviewing some respondents, and doing a library research to some related literature books and journals. The results of learning by using this kind of method, in which GRAPS method, is better than the old conventional learning method. This kind of method are able to improve the outcomes of student’s ability and student’s thinking skills to Programming Technique subject. <![CDATA[The importance of health for all people, children, parents and young people are no exception rich and poor. Health can not be bought, but can we keep health by regulating a healthy lifestyle. The rapid era of increasingly sophisticated medical technology, but also more expensive health costs. Many people who can not afford could not go in because of the high cost of hospital and medical therefore the government to build health center in each village or district. Health Center is a community health development center that also foster community participation as well as provide a comprehensive and integrated healthcare to communities in the region in the form of his main activities. Unfortunately, the facilities provided by the health center doctor yet standard example. Health Center only two / three doctors to serve patients so much. At the Bintara health center alone there are approximately 3 doctors to serve approximately 100 people / day and make buildup patients, the authors analyzed here buildup patients using the waiting line. Waiting Line Method is very useful to analyze the queue length, average service time, average waiting time. With the help of Waiting Line calculation method will yield information about the intensity level of service in the queue that can be taken into consideration for the development and planning of a service quality improvement and service companies. <![CDATA[This study aimed to determine the effect of gender and environmental science students to the assessment of environmental culture. A quantitative research methods Ex Post Facto in Akademi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Bina Sarana Informatika (AMIK BSI), Jakarta in 2012.Methods of data collection conducted through a questionnaire for assessment of gender and cultural environment as well as tests for environmental knowledge. Analysis and interpretation of the data concluded that there are significant differences in the cultural assessment scores on male students to female students. Second, the group of students with high environmental knowledge, there is no difference between male students with assessments of women's cultural environment. Third, the group of students who have a low environmental knowledge, there is a difference between male students to female in assessing cultural environment. Fourth, there is no interaction between sex of men with women, and knowledge of the cultural environment on student assessment.The study recommends the importance of environmental knowledge to create environmental assessment of student culture. <![CDATA[Competence of teachers and learning facilities are factors that effect to improve learning achievement handles duplication of documents. Population and sample in this study class XI student programs office administration skills in vocational Private Semarang District in 2009/2010 totaled 128 students. The variables in this study consisted of teacher competence and learning facilities as the independent variable and academic achievement MPD as the dependent variable. Data collection techniques and documentation techniques, while analysis of the questionnaire data used in the descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained designation that teacher competence total score of 10,622 with good criteria and learning facilities to obtain a total score of 5602 with a good criterion, too. There is a positive effect between the competence of teachers and learning facilities for academic achievement, it is shown from the regression equation Y = 27.273 + 0.232 X1 + 0.255 X2 = 19.027 and F count the influence of 22.10% while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the study .
