Abstract

Improving the quality of service to consumers is a major priority in companies engaged in public transportation. The purpose of this research is to analyze and know the level of commuter line user satisfaction that they feel. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. For data collection includes literature study and field study by way of observation and distribution of questionnaires. This collection sample was collected from 100 respondents residing in Bekasi station. Based on the results of questionnaire analysis with multiple regression method, it can be concluded that there are seven factors that must be improved because not satisfactory, which include: seating capacity, cleanliness, functioning of train facilities, available tools to provide travel route info, accuracy of departure schedule, and willingness of officers to appreciate and prioritize the needs of Commuter Line users. While some factors according to the respondents are important and satisfactory, are: the speed and accuracy of the officer in providing services, the ability to provide the best service, as evidenced by the dimensions of service quality that exist only dimensions of assurance variables that have a significant level 0.36 <0.05 and tangible variables has a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 most influential in the face of commuter line user satisfaction.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan berpengaruh pada upaya pencapaian tujuan suatu perusahaan. Penurunan kinerja karyawan seringkali disebabkan oleh ketidakpuasan karyawan yang terkait dengan pemberian kompensasi seperti tidak adanya bonus tahunan dan  penyesuaian gaji, maupun tidak diperhatikannya kompetensi karyawan tersebut.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji serta menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan staf insurance PT. Bunga Matahari Digital. Responden merupakan staf insurance yang sudah bekerja lebih dari satu tahun. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh  karyawan bagian insurance (Produksi dan Klaim) sejumlah 56 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan kompensasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Pada pengujian uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi dan variabel kompensasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Pada analisis antar dimensi didapat hubungan dimensi paling kuat adalah dimensi kompetensi emosional dengan dimensi kuantitas kerja, dan hubungan paling kuat ke dua adalah dimensi kompetensi sosial dengan dimensi pengetahuan tentang pekerjaan

Abstract

In the current disruptive era, technological development is developing so rapidly that it encourages the creation of new innovations and ultimately replaces the previous technology. One industry that is experiencing very rapid growth today is in an online-based transportation business. As time goes by, PT Gojek Indonesia as the first company in the field of online transportation has developed rapidly, so researchers are interested in analyzing the development of the online transportation industry in the current disruptive era. In this study researchers used descriptive research methods. Disruptive innovation is a must-have for all industries today. No exception in the online transportation industry even disruptive innovations have a very important role. In order to continue to grow, compete and survive in the industry. In creative industries like this everything can still happen. The main players who have become market leaders and have huge amounts of capital may be toppled against the most disruptive new players and provide the most important value desired or needed by users.

Abstract

The phenomenon of online media such as social media, currently has provided support for massive social interaction and organized. The role of social media that has used web-based technology has now transformed communication into an interactive dialogue. Some of the popular social media currently include instagram, facebook, Twitter, youtube, and vlog. While the effect of mass communication (cognitive, affective and behavioral) for users or social media audiences in which case adolescents have changed their behavior, both positively and negatively. This study focuses on how the effect of mass communication on audiences that use social media that in fact is a teenager. Where adolescence is a period of transition between childhood and adulthood. As a result of this transition, then what he knows, he feels it will be reflected through his behavior.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa BSI cabang Kaliabang  pada Drama Komedi Dunia Terbalik episode 151 di RCTI yang merupakan program series komedi yang mengangkat cerita tentang para suami yang ditinggalkan istrinya untuk bekerja di luar negeri. Dimulai dari kisah Akum, Aceng, Idoy dan satu musuh bebuyutan Aceng, Dadang. Mereka harus mendidik anak serta mengurus urusan rumah tangga yang biasanya menjadi urusan para perempuan. Sementara istrinya harus menafkahi keluarga. Drama komedi ini sebetulnya mendasarkan diri pada penceritaan berbasis agama, tepatnya agama mayoritas di negeri ini : Islam. Namun, disisi lain sinetron ini berusaha tampak tak menggurui dengan menceritakan sisi realitas tersebut. Sisi realitas inilah yang kemudian jadi bahan komedi.  Kata kunci : Program, Tayangan, Persepsi

Abstract

Abstract - The company which is a place for employees to grow and develop in the world of work can also be a comfortable second home if the working atmosphere is good and positive. Making employees not only as workers but also as work partners is one of the company's efforts in providing comfort and recognition the existence of employees. This can also be done by holding several internal activities for employees in order to reduce the level of saturation to increase employee motivation to work. Is PT Adira Dynamics Multifinance, one of the largest financing companies in Indonesia which in addition to upholding the principle of consumer comfort but also prioritizes the comfort and principle of family in a work atmosphere that will improve the performance and work of employees. One of the things that is done is by holding events / activities for employees through the employee relations event, which is a holiday event and having fun together for the entire company. In addition to that, the event was also held as a place to increase the closeness between employees and superiors and attenuate the gap between them. The event is designed with activities that are interesting, relaxed and filled with an atmosphere of humor.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dimana organisasi - organisasi pemerintah maupun organisasi swasta pada bersaing untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan mereka. penilaian kinerja dapat diketahui kekurangan maupun kelebihan dari para karyawan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Dengan adanya motivasi yang diberikan kepada karyawan akan mempengaruhi kinerjanya, seperti akan bekerja lebih giat bekerja demi pengembangan diri dan karirnya serta menekan tingkat penurunan kinerja.  Responden yang diteliti sesuai perhitungan sampel sebanyank 50 orang pegawai pada PT ASTRA INTERNASIONAL  korelasi dapat diketahui bahwa besar hubungan antara penilaian kinerja dan motivasi kerja sebesar 0,831 artinya korelasi positif menjelaskan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang searah dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,690 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat menunjukkan bahwa varians penilaian dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan dalam variabel motivasi. Terbukti koefisien regresi sebesar 0,885 sehingga persamaan regresinya Y = 3,535 + 0,885X ini berarti bahwa korelasi antara variabel penilaian kinerja dan variabel Motivasi Kerja tersebut sangat kuat dan saling mempengaruhi satu sama lain. Kata Kunci : Penilaian Kinerja dan Motivasi Kerja                ABSTRACT Where government organizations and private organizations compete to achieve their goals. performance appraisal can be known the shortcomings and the advantages of the employees in carrying out their work. Given the motivation of work  given to employees will affect its performance, as will work harder to work for the sake of self-development and career as well as reduce the level of performance degradation. Respondents are accurate according to the sample calculation of 50 employees at PT ASTRA INTERNATIONAL. The correlation coefficient can be seen that the relationship between asses performance and motivation work satisfaction of 0.831 means the positive correlation explains that there is a unidirectional relationship and the coefficient of determination of 0.690 which implies that the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable indicates that the variance of  The assessment can be explained by a changes in variables motivation. Proven regression coefficient of 0.885 so that the regression equation Y = 3,535 + 0.885X This means that the correlation between the assessment variables and motivation variables are very strong and affect each other.  Keywords : Perfomance assessment and motivation working

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of internet banking usage and utilization on business transaction satisfaction at PT Haldin Pacific Semesta. In this study the authors used a questionnaire to collect information from respondents. The number of respondents is 50 respondents. In the selection of respondents selected at random or random. The test instrument used is the quantitative method and multiple linear regression. The results obtained are that the use and use of internet banking in PT Haldin Pacific Semesta have a significant effect on the satisfaction of business transactions. The test results show that the satisfaction of business transactions using internet banking is 59.50% means 40.50% influenced by other variables that are not in the scope of the author's research.

Abstract

The purpose of writing is to know the corrupt practices in the procurement of goods and services in terms of Law No. 20 of 2001 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes and prevention efforts. This type of research uses normative juridical approach. That corrupt practices in the procurement of goods and services is an action that we have often heard, so that it is not new anymore. Corruptive practices can exist because the interests of a group of parties who do not carry out the guidelines for the procurement of goods and services are not in accordance with procedures, in this case there is a need for prevention so that corrupt practices in procurement and services. The form of prevention is by improving in terms of regulation, in terms of implementing government procurement of goods and services in Indonesia, it is also improved by two ways; HR capacity building and the implementation of e-procurement and criminal law aspects in the relationship between the provider of goods and services procurement and users can be seen from the procurement preparation stage until the completion of the procurement of goods and services.

Abstract

Abstrak -Tanpa adanya kinerja karyawan yang baik dalam perusahaan maka perusahaan tersebut akan mengalami kondisi yang sangat memprihatinkan sehingga akan mengganggu kestabilan keuangan perusahaan . Menimbulkan kondisi ketidak tenangan karyawan dalam melakukan kerja, serta adanya dorongan karyawan untuk pindah (Turn Over ) yang tinggi. Namun demikian pengelolan kinerja karyawan adalah hal yang sangat sulit dilakukan apabila perusahaan tersebut tidak mempunyai manajemen yang baik dalam mengelola kinerja. PT. Tae Young Indah yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang indusutri garment.dan merupakan perusahaan yang menghasil produk berupa pakaian jadi  dengan orientasai eksport. Sehingga untuk menghasilkan sejumlah produk perlu dilakukan pengelolaan terhadap karyawan dengan memacu kinerja karyawan untuk mencapai target yang telah ditentukan. Dengan memberikan umpan balik kompensasi berupa gaji, tunjangan, bonus dan insetif yang disesuaikan  dengan kinerja yang telah dilakukan.Sehingga diharapkan dengan penerapan manjemen kinerja yang baik dalam perusahaan akan mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang dinamis dengan kemampuan menghasilkan produk yang mampu bersaing dalam era globalisasai yang akhirnya akan mampu mencapai kelangsungan hidup organisasi atau perusahaan.Kata Kunci : Analisis Implementasi ,Model Manajemen, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract - Good employee performance in the company, the company will experience very apprehensive conditions so that it will disrupt the financial stability of the company. However, management of employee performance is a very difficult thing to do if the company does not have good management in managing performance. PT. Tae Young Indah which is one of the companies engaged in garment industry and is a company that produces products in the form of apparel with export orientasai. So to produce a number of products management needs to be done to employees by spurring employee performance to achieve targets that have been determined. By providing compensation feedback in the form of salaries, allowances, bonuses and incentives that are tailored to the performance that has been done. So that it is expected that the application of good performance management in the company will be able to create a dynamic work environment with the ability to produce products that are able to compete in the globalisasai era which ultimately will be able to achieve the survival of the organization or company.Keywords: Implementation of Management Models, Employee Performance
