Abstract

Learning PR Scripts Writing I is one of the pre-eminent courses for students of public relations study programs (Public relations) at the Faculty of Communication and Language at the University of Bina Sarana Informatika, in their study introducing and providing knowledge about the skills that must be owned by Public relations in this case writing skills (writing skills). The technique of writing public relations (Public relations Writing) itself is a typical writing skill (PR skill) / PR in producing texts that are needed to build a positive image and popularity of a company or organization. The purpose of this study is to identify learning needs related to the problems in learning PR Script Writing I. The results of this study are the development of learning PR Script Writing I in accordance with learning.

Abstract

Proses belajar mengajar adalah bagian dari dunia pendidikan.Sebagai pengajar atau pendidik, guru merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan setiap upaya pendidikan. Pada tingkat sekolah dasar misalnya, anak sedang mengalami pertumbuhan dalam aspek kognitif, afektif, sosial, religi, fisik, dan bahasa. Sehingga anak dituntut untuk aktif dalam berbagai aktifitas belajarnya agar tugas-tugas perkembangan dapat diperolah pada saat anak memasuki usia remaja awal. Untuk itu, cara menimbulkan minat pada siswa SD terhadap penemuan limu adalah dengan cara membangkitkan suatu kebutuhan akan belajarnya; menghubungkan pengalaman yang lampau dengan pengalaman yang baru; memberikan kesempatan untuk mendapat hasil yang lebih baik; memberi kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk menemukan informasi dengan atau tanpa bantuan guru.

Abstract

In a textbook learning has an important role. Textbooks can also be seen as learning media, more than that textbooks can also be interpreted as the nutrient of learning, so that the existence of a textbook cannot be underestimated. Textbooks or textbooks are a significant learning tool for almost all subjects in the curriculum. Thus, in managing textbooks it is necessary to have an analysis of the contents of the book in order to see the advantages and disadvantages of this book. The method used in this research is Content Analysis which is commonly used in analyzing a text or book. Abstract

The phenomenon of online media such as social media, currently has provided support for massive social interaction and organized. The role of social media that has used web-based technology has now transformed communication into an interactive dialogue. Some of the popular social media currently include instagram, facebook, Twitter, youtube, and vlog. While the effect of mass communication (cognitive, affective and behavioral) for users or social media audiences in which case adolescents have changed their behavior, both positively and negatively. This study focuses on how the effect of mass communication on audiences that use social media that in fact is a teenager. Where adolescence is a period of transition between childhood and adulthood. As a result of this transition, then what he knows, he feels it will be reflected through his behavior.

Abstract

Di era digital seperti saat ini, sudah selayaknya setiap perusahaan, pelaku bisnis, maupun instansi pemerintah memiliki kreativitas lebih dalam memasarkan produk, jasa ataupun hasil karyanya. Hal ini bertujuan agar perusahaan dapat lebih efektif dalam penyampaian pesan dan maksud dari sebuah produk, jasa maupun hasil karya perusahaan, sehingga perusahaan mampu unggul dan bertahan di persaingan global saat ini. Dalam perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi yang semakin canggih, perkembangan company profile sudah sangat jauh berbeda dari sebelumya. Company profile tidak lagi mengandalkan teks dan gambar dalam website, tetapi sudah berupa video yang memiliki konten animasi slide, foto, teks, maupun video pendek yang dikemas dengan lebih menarik. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat kali ini, kami memberikan pelatihan berupa Pelatihan Pembuatan Video Company Profile Sebagai Penunjang Informasi dan Promosi pada AMI (Asosiasi Museum Indonesia) di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 bagi para karyawan AMI melalui media zoom meeting. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan minat pengunjung museum terutama pada saat kondisi pandemi covid-19 saat ini.

Abstract

Pentingnya menjaga komunikasi eksternal dan internal dalam menumbuhkan kepercayaan publik kerap disadari oleh humas Pemprov DKI Jakarta, beberapa media lokal maupun nasional merupakan mitra Pemprov DKI Jakarta dalam mampublikasikan informasi-informasi tentang segala sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan Pemprov DKI Jakarta kepada publik nasional maupun publik Jakarta khususnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana program Humas Dinas Komunikasi Informatika Dan Kehumasan Pemprov DKI Jakarta Dalam Memonitoring Berita Di Wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggambarkan situasi dan keaadaan yang dijalankan sesuai dengan kondisi apa adanya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah program yang dijalankan Humas dalam melakukan monitor terhadap pemberitaan dalam media dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan praktis dalam memonitor media. Salah satu teknik yang paling terkenal, namun sudah jadul, adalah clip counting atau kliping. Untuk mengetahui puas atau tidak publik kepada Pemprov DKI Jakarta, Humas DKI sangat berperan penting untuk menginformasikan dan menanggapi pemberitaan yang ada di Pemprov DKI Jakarta melalui media.

Abstract

Communication media are all means used to produce, reproduce, distribute or disseminate and convey information. Communication media plays an important role in people's lives. One of the communication media that is often used in learning is online media, such as whats app, email, classroom and telegram. The purpose of this research is to get a picture of the communication process in learning by utilizing telegraph communication media. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Online learning is a teaching and learning process that utilizes the internet and digital media in the delivery of material. As a means of communication media that support the learning process, the use of telegrams is a source of communication that makes it easy for students to obtain information through groups. Like face-to-face classes, in virtual classes (e-learning) must also be managed well in order to create a conducive class with the activeness and creativity of lecturers as well as students in them. Keywords: Communication Media, Telegram, Online Learning

Abstract

A teacher or instructor plays an important role in providing facilities tostudents to achieve the desired competency. So to increase the competence ofstudents, teachers or instructors should have an understanding of effectiveteaching methods, efficient and attractive to students. Along with the developmentof information and communication technology (ICT) in education, teacher orinstructor is expected to take advantage of the learning media that one of them byusing instructional gadget. With the use of gadget instructional, students becomemore interesting and learning become more varied and enjoyable.

Abstract

The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic has made learning that was originally face-to-face turning online, of course, brings new problems in learning, especially in practical learning. One of the efforts was to fulfill needs learning is through the use of media who had played a role as a tool or an intermediary that support the teaching process .In relation to this matter one of the media learning that can be used is a video. This study aims to develop PNPR 2 learning videos to facilitate learning by producing various independent learning resources in the form of instructional videos that can be used according to learning needs. The research method used is Research and Development (R & D) using the Derek Rowntree product development model with three stages, namely: a) the planning stage; b) the development stage (development); c) the evaluation stage (formative evaluation). Product effectiveness testing is carried out by providing advice and input from colleagues (one to one person). The results of this study indicate that (1) the development of instructional videos that was much as 87% is considered clear and effective for use in the learning process more broadly. Meanwhile, to measure the effectiveness of using PNPR 2 learning videos is to conduct performance tests on full stop, as such it was found that the percentage of student learning outcomes after using PNPR 2 learning videos was that 89% of students to display good performance, 11 % poor practice well or said wrong. Thus the PNPR 2 learning video is considered effective to be used in the learning process.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah organisasi, sumber terpenting yang menopang kekuatan organisasi tersebut adalah Sumber Daya Manusia. Inilah yang pada gilirannya dikatakan bahwa manusia merupakan aspek organisasi yang dapat mengendalikan sub-sub komponen lainnya tersebut. Sehingga keberadaan Sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi merupakan invesitasi utama agar terus tumbuh dan berkembang, Kota Bekasi salah satunya. Dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik, maka diperlukan suatu model pendidikan dan pelatihan yang sesuai guna mengasah spengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan yang berkualitas dan bermutu. Tujuan dari penelitian mengembangkan model diklat manajemen mutu bagi ASN Pemerintah Kota Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah research and development dengan model Derek Rowntree. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa model diklat manajemen mutu dalam bentuk modul. Berdasarkan penilaian Ahli sebanyak 86% produk ini layak dan efektif digunakan. Dengan adanya model Diklat Manajemen Mutu ini diharapkan kualitas pelayanan ASN Pemerintah Kota Bekasi meningkat dan optimal.
