Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction to service quality of the Regional Water Company Branch Padang Bulan. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive with a population of Branch PDAM Tirtanadi Padang Bulan customers. The sample in this study of 100 respondents who were taken to area probability sampling technique. Data taken with the questionnaire and interview, while data analysis is descriptive percentages. The results showed that overall levels of customer satisfaction to service quality, including both the amount of 63.66%, which means that customers are satisfied with the service that has been provided by PDAM Tirtanadi Branch Padang Bulan. Elements of customer satisfaction to service quality which is in poor category there are 7 of Serviceability, service procedures, disciplinary care workers, care workers responsibility, fairness, service costs, and assurance of service schedules. While elements in both categories there are S of product quality, service requirements, clarity of service personnel, capability of the service, speed of service, justice get service, politeness and friendliness of staff cost certainty and convenience services environment.

Abstract

Boilers are closed vessels made of steel that use to produce steam and be used for heating, turbine driving and so on. Good maintenance for boiler will make the efficiency of boiler higher and save general operational cost. Boiler condition in PT. Dewa Rencana Perangin-angin experiences a decrease in performance and if left constantly will suffer damage which will ultimately lead to downtime. Problems arising from this downtime include production delays, loss of effective time to produce, thus affecting the productivity of the company. The results show the lowest availability ratio value occurred in September 2017, this is because the total downtime is high during 4610 minutes due to trouble and waiting time during 1920 minutes for recovery. Performance efficiency ratio of the amount of fuel used is high at 35 Kg /cm3due to recovery from the beginning. Rate of quality machine shows good results, this is because no reject is happening.

Abstract

CV. Kotama Shoes is a trading company engaged in the production of leather shoes. The company is located on Jalan A.R. Judge No.112c / 206c. In running its business, CV. Kotama Shoes has several problems or constraints in production planning. Erratic fluctuations in demand for goods from one period to another cause a deficiency or excess production. Based on the results of data processing, the smallest MSE forecasting results for each product, namely for pantofel products, has the smallest MSE value 21495.23, the chosen method is the moving average with a 6-month moving average value, the smallest MSE product 18779.38 method the chosen ones are weighted moving average with a moving average value of 3 months, boot products with the smallest MSE 1175.47 the selected method is a moving average with a moving average of 6 months and semi boot products with the smallest MSE 4119.34 the method chosen namely the weighted moving average with a moving average of 3 months. The calculation results using linear programming with the POM for Windows software tool shows that the production costs applied by CV. Kotama Shoes is a minimum. The minimum level obtained is Rp. 37,502,700, - Production planning for pantofel products is 420 units, production planning for casual leather shoes is 309 units, demand for semi boot boot leather units is 194 units, demand for leather shoes production is 177 units boot type.

Abstract

In execution of activity of factories required by labour taking charge of to execution of the duties and have membership in the field of its are each. Calculation and usage of careful time will support employment scheduling which have been made for every work process. Data which collected at this researchs are time which required to do an activities identities at each activity units.  Data which tested obtained uniformity of the data with level of convident limit of 95/5%, so that determinable summed up the required observations. After obtained by is cycle time then countable the normal time, by reckoning rating factor (adjustment according to Westinghouse) that is skill factor, effort, consistency and working condition. Based on normal time which then added with diffuseness and adjustment factor which wanted for each element  From result calculation at each working activity unit in making of Dished, End, hence obtained by is standard time as follows : unit standard time Forklift I, unit standard time Marking, unit standard time Inspection I, unit standard time Cutting, standard time Crane I, unit standard time Dishing, unit standard time Inspection II, unit standard time Crane II, unit standard time Flanging, unit standard time Forklift II, unit standard time Sand Blasting, unit standard time Crane III, and unit standard time Turning was. Causing total standard time for finish making an unit Dished End at Sterilizer Door diameter of 2100 mm is 2231,69 minute. working, hence obtained by is standard time.

Abstract

The cost of production is needed to determine the cost of production of a product. Costs incurred to produce the product must be clear, so that the determination of the cost of production would be appropriate. Imprecision in calculating the cost of production will be misleading in making management decisions. Data collection methods used in this study include: Documentation, Interview, Observation. This study analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis comparing the theory with actual results of the company. PT MUTIFA in determining the cost of production using the full costing method. PT MUTIFA in determining the cost of production, all costs incurred are treated as production costs, both the cost of major raw materials, cost of auxiliary materials, packaging materials costs and production overhead. Classification of production costs in accordance with the theory that exists is composed of material costs, labor costs and production overhead costs. Total production cost per month of each element calculation the average monthly cost is Rp. 73.111.118,260,- and the average number of finished products Paracetamol tablet 500 mg tablet is as much 566,666.67 per month. Based on data on average production costs in 2009, then the production cost per tablet is .Rp. 129,019.

Abstract

In course of its production, many factor which can make the downhill quality production, especially in shares produce the component of panel of drum boiler, even part of Quality Control do not want to accept result of the production because assumed by a handicap. Defect type that happened that is porosity, under cut, weld beat And over mop, becoming main problem is defect type of porosity and weld beat of because at most happened knowable after. The control map in the world of Quality Control in company produce that is method solve of problem which is usually used in the field of industrial technique to control the quality of production. So that be story level of mistake or product handicap earn in minimizing till no mistake. In the world of Quality Control production company, this method in the field of the industrial technique in application in its execution and felt by result benefit and to the staff employees also represent an advantage to company minimizing cost of expenditure of purchasing of material and working hours of employees in the event of repetition of component work which is equal to rebought new other material , because effect of the happening of handicap produce.
