Abstract

Housing Complex is a residential community that has many houses in one large area. According to Law No. 4 of 1992 concerning housing and settlements, housing is defined as a group of houses that functions as a residential or residential environment that is equipped with facilities and infrastructure. Physically housing is an environment that consists of a collection of residential units which allow social interaction between residents, and is equipped with several social infrastructures, economic, cultural, and services which are subsystems of the city. The Participant Observation Method is a direct observation method used to get supporting data in the place to be studied. which applies the Participant Observation method. Supporting data from the Participant Observation method will be applied in the Housing Complex Information Services Application. The results of this study are an application of information services that can help citizens who need information about housing complexes and control the schedule of waste disposal for cleaning and complex road flow through the portal for security.

Abstract

In the city of Makassar, flooding is one of natural disasters that has a high probability of occurring and has very large impact. Floods occur due to several factors such as increased rainfall and rising sea levels. Flooding in the city of Makassar is an annual natural disaster that has huge impact for people who live around the river. The purpose of this study is to predict and provide early warning of floods before the flood occurs using water flow and KNN algorthm. The result of this research is an early detection system and a simulation to predict flood that has 60% accuracy.

Abstract

The research method used is a qualitative method. The stages of the qualitative method is to plan, gather information on problems that occur with interviews conducted six times (to the director and division). After that it starts with the analysis method used is a balanced scorecard, value chain and to measure performance and activities that occur in the company and Fishbone analysis to identify possibilities. This study aims to carry out an ERP approach to business processes so that ERP becomes a means to help companies to maximize company performance that can help manage companies to achieve goals. The result of this research is to prototype an ERP approach to manage the Project properly related to material planning, distribution order process (time to do distribution, lead time).

Abstract

In recent years, living standards in Indonesia have begun to increase and the desire for people to buy vehicles continues to increase. This encourages the growth of the number of motor vehicles to continue to increase rapidly. According to the latest data taken in June 2017, the number of vehicles in the city of Makassar is 1,425,635. When compared with a decade earlier the growth in the number of vehicles had increased by more than one hundred percent, which in 2007 the number of vehicles was 613,315. The growth in the number of vehicles is also driving congestion and air pollution. Congestion itself can hamper the economy because it can hamper the production and distribution process, Smart City is a concept that is offered especially in traffic-related problems such as the nearest route information to avoid congestion. One technology that can be applied in Smart City infrastructure is a wireless sensor network. The application of the wireless sensor network itself forms a network formed by a number of Arduino sensor nodes where each sensor node detects physical phenomena that occur at that node. Against the results of the sensor node accumulation is simulated with the weight of the distance of the road. The accumulation results are processed using the Dijkstra algorithm and the Floyd-Warshall algorithm and then an analysis of the simulation results is performed. Research analysis and simulation of motor vehicle navigation applications in the city of Makassar produces a route from each algorithm to a simulation of traffic conditions and also analyzes the results of the two algorithms from the selection of the lane and the speed of determining the lane.

Abstract

Vehicles often experience problem, especially engine problems. One of the problems was caused by the vehicle owner forgetting to do periodic service or maintenance to his vehicle. So, if the Car engine is delayed in service, the performance of the engine will be reduced and not optimal in its use. The workshop only reminds us of the service through receipt or sticker it becomes a problem when the sticker is missing and the Customer is not careful to save it. To solve this problem, the authors use the location based services method to get vehicle mileage and vehicle travel time to get regular service data. location based services are location-based services or general terms that are often used to describe the technology used to find the location of the device the user is using. This service uses Google's global positioning service (GPS) technology and cell-based location. Simply put, with the LBS service, aside from being a location indicator, the Google Maps application can also be used as a tool to measure the vehicle's time and distance. At the development stage the researcher uses the waterfall method of research duration from the analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation stages for 10 months. The results of the study based on 10 respondents indicate a system proposed by the author that can provide information or information about the owner of the car related to the next service.
