This research was conducted to determine the effect of mudharabah and musyarakah financing simultaneously and partially on the Return On Assets of Islamic People's Financing Banks in Indonesia. The object of research is all Islamic People's Financing Banks in Indonesia from January 2016 to December 2018. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression or OLS (Ordinary Least Squares). The results of this study are the financing using mudharabah and musyarakah contracts simultaneously does not have a significant positive effect on the Return on Assets of Islamic People's Financing Banks in Indonesia. Mudharabah financing partially does not have a significant positive effect on the Return on Assets of the Islamic People's Financing Bank in Indonesia. Abstract

Islamic banking market share is the biggest contributor on the development of the Islamic financial market share. This study aims to comprehensively examine the sharia banking market share growth in short-term and long-term dynamic interactions. The independent variables used in this study are inflation, industrial production index (IPI), intrest rate, Return of Assets (ROA) and financing to Deposite Ratio (FDR). The method used is the Autoregressive Distributed Lag Model (ARDL) with monthly data from 2011-2018. The results of this study indicate that interest rates have a significant negative effect on Islamic banking market share in the short and long term. Meanwhile, inflation, ROA, FDR have a positive effect on the sharia banking market share in the short term. IPI's industrial production index as a proxy for domestic product (gross domestic product) has no short-term and long-term impact. The results of this study have important implications for the central bank and the banking sector.

Abstract

This study discusses the non-cash payment system and inflation effects to economic growth in Indonesia from 2010 to 2019 period. The dependent variable in this study is economic growth which is calculated through GDP. While the independent variables are Debit/ATM cards, credit cards, and inflation. The method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the Ordinary Leasrt Square (OLS) model. Multiple linier analysis is a method to determine the relationship of several independent variables and the dependent variable. Then, to determine the directions which is a positive or negative relation. The date were processed using W-views 10 software. The results of this study indicate that credit/ATM cards are positively related and significant to economic growth. While credit cards and growth were negative and significant to economic growth.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to find out how much influence GDP, exports and investment have on inflation in the five IDB member countries, namely Guinea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei and Jordan. The results obtained by using a quantitative analysis of panel data re-sultations resulted that there was an influence of GDP, exports and investment on inflation but not significantly to these five IDB member countries. Many outlier factors also influenced one of them because the interest-free economy began to be implemented. This study wants to observe what factors influence inflation in the country of Guinea which is one of the IDB member countries that has the poorest characteristics among other countries. The results obtained using quantitative analysis methods of multiple linear regression panel data and classical assumptions produced that the three independent variables affect the dependent variable but not significant. Where the relationship between DGP and inflation is positive, meaning that if GDP rises, inflation also rises. While the relationship between exports and investment to inflation is negative. This means that if exports rise, inflation will decrease and if investment rises, inflation will fall. So in general the government policies of the five IDB member countries must be more pro-aligned to raise the level of exports and investment in the country both foreign investment and domestic investment to help reduce the level of domestic inflation.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper to investigate macroeconomic indicators affects sharia stock prices in Asia Muslim majority countries. This research used inflation, interest rates and exchange rate in Indonesia, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and Bangladesh. This research use data panels and multiple linear regression analyses using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method as parameter. The results shows inflation and exchange rates have no effect in sharia stock prices, while interest rates have negative effect. Implications for investors who want to invest in stocks to attention macroeconomic variables that affect movement of stock price, information that related macroeconomic conditions, information that predict fluctuation stock price. This study has limitations only focus in four countries in Asia and only use three most dominant macro variables. Future research can improved other macroeconomic variables such world oil prices and gross domestic income. Novelty of this research examines the Sharia stock market in Muslim majority countries in Asia.

Abstract

:  This study was made to determine the effect of perception of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and learning behavior on understanding accounting. The collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Tarumanagara University students. The questionnaire was distributed from March to May 2019. Data processing methods were carried out using partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that emotional intelligence and learning behavior have no influence students on understanding accounting. Perception of intellectual intelligence possessed by students only influence on understanding Accounting Principle 1 and Accounting Principle 2. Emotional intelligence has no influence on understanding accounting. Spiritual intelligence possessed by students only influences on understanding of Accounting Principle 1. Learning behavior has no influence on understanding accounting.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the role of knowledge management in improving innovation and service quality, as well as analyzing the effect of innovation on service quality in the Drajatprawiranegara regional hospital in Serang Regency. In this study the analysis of data processing using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the analysis (SEM-PLS) explain that there is an influence between knowledge management on innovation where the application of optimal knowledge management will increase innovation in the health service process. There is a significant indirect effect between knowledge management on service quality, but innovation influences service quality. Therefore human resource management in Drajat Prawiranegara hospital must be carried out comprehensively. Cooperation between fields of work, be it medical, doctor and non-medical workers must be optimal in facing challenges and demands from changing health services.

Abstract

Poverty in a country must be dealt with in order for the country to develop better. One of the indicator to say a country is well-developed is when the poverty level in that country is low. So a solution is needed to overcome the poverty. One of the objective of this research is to find out the influence of the distribution of Zakah, Infaq, and Shodaqoh (ZIS) of the National Amil Zakat Council, Inflation and Economic Growth on Poverty Rate in Indonesia for the period 2006-2018. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. Endogenous variables are poverty levels, while exogenous variables are the distribution of ZIS funds, inflation, and economic growth. The data used are secondary data from BAZNAS and BPS. ZIS partially has a significant influence on poverty levels based on the T-Test. The F-test shows that all variables simultaneously have a significant influence on the poverty in Indonesia in the period of 2006-2018.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the performance of a banking financial institution which is Muamalat Bank in Indonesia (BMI). Financial performance describes the condition and health of the bank. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated samples, it means all populations from 2012 to 2018 period at Muamalat Bank. The method used is multiple regression. The findings of this study are performance analysis at BMI using Non Performing Finance (NPF), Finance to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Operational Income Operating Expenses (BOPO) variables which have significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). However NPF  and BOPO variables are negatively related.
