Abstract

To measure the level of satisfaction of students of the Magister Akuntansi Terapan Universitas Gadjah Mada (MAKSI UGM) about quality of teaching and learning process, then the study of it done by spreading 90 questionnaires to students in the regular program of trimester I, II, III and BAWASDA. Measurement of the level of satisfaction had been designed to asking the student about perceptions and expectations of the dimensions of quality/customer satisfaction. The questionnaires are returned and completed by students as a respondent is 50 questionnaires. In General, the results showed that students feel quite satisfied of the quality of teaching and learning process that is given but there are several dimensions of quality/customer satisfaction should be attention by MAKSI UGM management to create greater levels of satisfaction.

Abstract

Facebook purpose is like autobiography, written a journey of life and describes a word what have incurred on every day. Self actualization is a main of what we want to do on Facebook. Perception on self actualization need to be connected in order to minimize negative communication.

Abstract

The article discusses the meaning and implementation of philosophy of Pancasila in nowdays life. As theoritical study, many students get difficulties in understanding philosophy of Pancasila and how it is related to real life. By analyzing the practices of philosopy of Pancasila, it is found that there is a number of relationships between philosophy of Pancasila and the values in student movements as well as social life. Further, it is also related to the spirit of entrepreneurship since it is based on the faith in God Almighty

Abstract

Public service is carried out by government officials in various service sectors related to meeting the needs of civil rights and basic needs are felt not in accordance with the demands and expectations of society. This can be known among others from the number of complaints, the complaints submitted by the public through the media or directly to the service unit, both related to systems and procedures are still cumbersome, not transparent, less informative, less accommodating and less consistent so it does not guarantee certainty (legal, time and cost) as well as the persistence of the practice of unauthorized charges. It needs to do an assessment of public service to the public using the service. This research uses descriptive quantitative research with a sample of 150 respondents respondents were users of public services in Integrated Permitting Services Agency (BP2T) Tanjungpinang. The purpose of this study to determine how the index of people's satisfaction with public services to the users of the service. Data analysis techniques using the Community Satisfaction Index (HPI) is calculated using the weighted average value of each element of the service by making MenPan Number 63/KEP / M.PAN/7/2003 results showed that overall satisfaction index of the community will Tanjungpinang BP2T service can be said in good condition, and still must be improved because there are some indicators that show the performance indices are not good. Of the 14 indicators studied there were 12 indicators in the category of good service (service procedures, conditions of service, clarity of service officers, discipline officers, officer liability, the ability of service personnel, ministry of justice obtain, politeness and friendliness of staff, the reasonableness of service charges, the charge service and environmental comfort and safety of the environment and capable of satisfactory use of services) while the two other indicators are not included in either category (speed and certainty attendant service schedule).

Abstract

The objective of this research is to give empirical evidence about two propositions: first is the positive relationship between accounting-based performance (ROE, ROA, ROS, and EVA) and market based performance (Sharpe Measure and Treynor Measure), and second is the negative relationship between financial leverage with accounting-based performance (ROE, ROA, ROS, and EVA) and market-based performance (Sharpe Measure and Treynor Measure). The results of the research show that there is positive relationship between accounting-based performance measured using ROA and ROS with market-based performance measured using Treynor measure. There is also negative relationship between financial leverage and accounting-based performance measured using ROA, ROS, and EVA. The research cannot support the hypothesis that there is negative relationship between financial leverage and market-based performance.

Abstract

Performance measurement of airport BP Batam as the only airport in Batam, comprehensively and continuously need to continue to do so that the parties can know the condition of the Airport management achievement of its performance, evaluate and subsequently a chance to take a strategic decision as well as operational in order to create improved service and performance improvements in the future.The purpose and objective of this research are: (1) To know the influence of the quality of the service for customers satisfaction at the airport Hang Nadim Batam, (2) to know the levels of customers satisfaction at the airport Hang Nadim Batam. From the results of data processing using regression analysis , get the conclusion that, the biggest impact on customer satisfaction is derived from dimension Reliability, Assurance, Tangible, Emphaty and Responsiveness. The influence of service quality on customer satisfaction was at 48 %, and other factors beyond the quality of the service, an influential amounting to 52 %. There is a direct relationship between significant variable quality of service with customer satisfaction, on average 77% declare satisfied, with the sequence of service quality is responsivenes ( 85 % ) , tangible ( 80 % ) , reliability ( 80 % ) , assurance ( 78 % ), and empaty ( 73 % ). Generally average the satisfaction of passengers and users bandara Hang Nadim , was in the category of 3 ( quite satisfied ). Interval in this category is at the level of 0.75 to 0.99

Abstract

In the world of technology, found the smell detection sensor or gas sensor would be very helpful in the industrial world. Some kind of a drink right now is mostly a mixture of chemicals that are harmful to our bodies. ALKOHOL is one such example. Detector ALKOHOL content in the beverage ALKOHOL utilizing young evaporated. The sensor used is TGS2600, TGS2620, and AF63. Where the sensor is very sensitive to the ALKOHOL. In general, the sensor will change its resistance when exposed to ALKOHOL vapors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of the stock of property and real estate property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by using analysis of NAPS, ROE and EPS as a basis for decision making for equity investments. The sample was two property and real estate companies listed consistently in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2006-2008, PT. Jaya Real Property, Tbk. and PT. Suryamas Dutamakmur, Tbk. Analytical techniques used in this study was NAPS (Net Asset Per Share), ROE (Return on Equity) and EPS (Earning Per Share). The results of the analysis of NAPS, ROE and EPS in each company, in 2008, the first good investment should be done at PT. Jaya Real Property, Tbk as the performance of the company showed a tendency to hold up steadily. Then, investments can be made in PT. Suryamas Dutamakmur, Tbk. Factors to consider in the application of equity investment in Indonesia is the condition of the market, which is the market price is determined by the strength of demand or supply and changes in the company of potential risks.

Abstract

Tax planning is an ways to minimize taxes payable. Good tax planning is to take advantage of the rules relating to the tax savings sought. Basically all types of taxes can be made tax planning. One is an employee or a tax known as the income tax article 21. Employee income tax treatment of most companies deducted from income by employees, some with given tax benefits and partly paid by the employer choosing those alternatives are part of tax planning. Employee income tax paid by the employer will add to the cost of the company so it needs a review to reducing costs. This study aimed to examine more about how to reduce the cost of corporate tax if the tax is paid by the company. The trick is to reduce the incomes of employees who are subject to tax to the income which is not the object that is given in the form of facilities or pleasure. The results showed there is a decrease in the overall amount of tax to be paid when the company gives pleasure to all employees who are above the income tax taxable year Rp500.000.000. This is due to the difference in the tax rate of 5% of the corporate income tax rate of 25% personal income tax rate of 30%.

Abstract

Biomedical signals such as heart signals periodically always changing frequencies over time, causing a wave of complexity and heterogeneity. Electrocardiogram (ECG), which is a picture of the heart's electrical potential activity is one of the medical tools that are widely used to make the diagnosis of heart abnormalities. In this study developed an algorithm to detect cardiac abnormalities premature based on the characteristics of ECG signal form the subject of study heart defect Atrial premature contractions (PACs). Testing is done using some data from the MIT-BIH Arrhythmia Database representing some heart abnormalities PACs. The level of accuracy when testing for R peak detection of 99.30% . While the accuracy of detection of heart abnormalities PACs when testing is 93.74%.
