Abstract

Chili is one of the main staples in making a dish and chili is one of the values in a commodity that has superior value, the price of chili often experiences price fluctuations or what is known as the price which is always changing. data taken from BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics) data nationally from January 2001 to December 2015 data, this study also aims to be able to predict national chili prices which will later be used in research, namely discussing the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) method. In this study, the identification of the model was carried out using two tests, namely the stationarity test and the correlation test. The stationarity test is the Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) test, the Philips-Perron (PP) test and the Kwiatkowski-Philips-Schmidt-Shin (KPPS) test using Minitab 9.The chili commodity is a very important commodity in the Indonesian economy, because In terms of consumption, chilies have a very significant market share, which can be seen from data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) with an inflation weight value of 0.35%. From the research, it was found that for the selection of the best method, namely ARIMA (3,1,0) because it has the smallest MSE value and the forecasting results for the next 12 periods in January 2016 ranged from Rp. 11,868.2 to Rp. 28,315.5 and so on until December 2016.

Abstract

The process of deteriorating television should indeed be done by an expert who is a television expert himself, but because television is a tool that is no longer common for people to know him, many people also have television in their respective homes. Even for television repairs, it is quite expensive, so some people who have televisions can do television maintenance at home. The lack of knowledge possessed by the community can lead to wrong handling of television maintenance / maintenance and this has a fatal impact. Hopefully the existence of this system can help the community in diagnosing the damage to their televisions. In that case they need not bother to call for repairmen or bring in a television repair shop. Here the authors provide solutions to solve the problems that often arise on television. In this study, it discusses how to care for television officers. The research objective is to analyze a desktop-based expert system program that contains the knowledge of an expert / doctor whose truth is believed to have the ability to be able to diagnose the disease from the symptoms of damage that has been damaged by television damage quickly and precisely. The stages of research carried out in this study include literature study, data collection, system design, system creation, system testing. Case Based Reasoning is a method used to build a knowledge-based system. The source of system knowledge is obtained by collecting the handling of cases by an expert / expert. Therefore, many problems in television damage are usually due to the negligence of the television owner himself. The first step in solving a problem is by first identifying the scope of the problem to be resolved, this also applies to any Artificial Intelligence (AI) programming. The results obtained in the study for the diagnosis of conjunctivitis were the value of old cases and new cases which obtained a high weight value, namely 1 from the third case

Abstract

Muslim Nusantara Al-Washliyah University is a private university that already has information system technology and information technology as an effort to improve the competitiveness of higher education. However, the existence of the existing information system is still not perfect so that work becomes inefficient. Therefore, this research was conducted to make strategic planning of information systems so as to increase the competitiveness of higher education institutions. The model used in strategic planning in this study is the Ward and Peppard model. The strategic plan is drawn up for a timeframe of 2 phases. The process begins with Internal and External Business Analysis through SWOT Analysis, Value Chain Analysis, PEST Analysis and testing of strategy results using the Profile Matching method which is the choice to provide an assessment of recommended information system applications. There are three aspects in conducting the assessment and evaluation, namely new aspects, develop and continue.

Abstract

Speech recognition is one of the important research fields which is currently widely used for various applications. However, speech recognition performance is affected by the dialect of the speaker. Therefore, dialect recognition is often used as an additional feature in speech recognition. The process of recognizing dialects is not easy. Currently, Machine Learning technology is widely applied in dialect recognition. One of the challenges in the introduction of machine learning-based dialects is the imbalance of classes and overlaps in a wide variety of classification techniques. This study applies Random Forest-based oversampling technology for dialect recognition. For hyper-parameter optimization of the random forest algorithm, we apply the Grid Search method. Experiments on Speech Accent Archive data using the MFCC feature resulted in an accuracy of 0.91 and AUC of 0.95

Abstract

This study discusses the design of a system that specifically addresses the problem of autism in children. Autism is a behavior that occurs to a person, especially a child, which makes social interaction difficult. The expert system is a system that represents the ability of an expert into a machine, where in this study, it discusses how to analyze 2 methods in an expert system, namely the Certainty Factor and the Bayes Theorem for diagnosing autism in children which aims to determine which method is the most appropriate and good to use. or implemented into an application. which will be useful later in determining the category of children with autism. Based on the research conducted by the author, a simple description of the comparative analysis of the Certainty Factor and Bayes Theorem methods is obtained where the Certainty Factor method has a calculation accuracy above 90%.

Abstract

Imbalance data is a condition which there is a distinction in the quantity of data that results withinside the majority class (classes with very many members) and minority class (classes with very few members). It can complicate the classification process since the machine learning algorithm method is designed to classify already balanced data. The oversampling process technique is used to resolve data imbalance by applying synthetic data to the minority class in such a manner that it has the same volume of data as the majority class. MWMOTE is an oversampling technique that generates synthetic data based on members of the minority class clusters that are close to the majority class. This approach is capable of generating synthetic data well. The resulting synthesis data remains in the nearby majority region and too dense on the border of the cluster. It is hence permitting the resulting synthetic data to go into the majority class classification. This study is objectives to improve the process of generating synthetic data on MWMOTE so that the resulting data is extensively dispensed withinside the minority class. The outcomes of the test show that the proposed method is capable of enhancing the classification performance for KNN and C4.5 Decision Tree classification sequentially by 0.46% and 0.96% compared to MWMOTE

Abstract

Every humanitarian organization needs to raise funds and channel these funds. Distribution of funds from donors is often not in accordance with the programs that have been planned by social service agencies. This study aims to prioritize logistical assistance for flood disasters using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method as a supporting material that can be taken into consideration in making decisions about providing assistance on the crowdfunding platform which is used as an online fundraising medium, the AHP method is used as a supporting material for analyze the reference variables that are considered in making a decision to provide assistance. AHP analysis results recommend the order of potential beneficiaries from the highest priority to the lowest. In determining assisting decisions by sorting prospective recipients based on priority, the AHP method produces a consistency ratio value that is less than 0.1 so it can be concluded that the results of these decisions have consistent characteristics as supporting materials for decision making

Abstract

Data Mining is the process of extracting information or something interesting from the data in the database so as to produce valuable information using techniques such as clustering, estimation, description, and others. Based on observations at AB Mart, there were 44 product items whose data was not revealed. This problem will be solved using data mining analysis. The purpose of this research is to apply market basket analysis to the sale of goods at AB Mart with the a priori algorithm. This research uses a clear structure of the framework, namely problem identification, literature study, data collection, calculation & analysis of association rules with a priori algorithm, forming association rules and making reports. The results of the sales transaction of AB Mart in August resulted in or generated relationships between shopping product items where the% purchase of Pepsodent was 115%, Frisian Flag 96%, Sugar 96%, Indomilk 93%, and Nasi Jempol 91%. The conclusion of this research is using Weka software with a priori algorithm which produces an association relationship between pepsodent goods and the number of transactions purchased

Abstract

Apprenticeship students are students who work and study directly at one of the companies they occupy according to the major they take, students who have done an apprenticeship and do a very good job at one of the companies will usually be proposed to be employees of the company, many students and from various universities participating in a company with the same department and in the selection must be done in a fair manner based on appropriate criteria and not based on who has family relations in a company, therefore it is necessary to make a selection involving a system, namely a decision support system where this system uses the extended promethee II method, this method is used to accumulate every value that each student candidate has that is supported by the company to become an employee, the results of the application of this method are king with the highest score who is the best candidate

Abstract

The best employees will make an agency to increase in its operations and can develop rapidly. However, relations on the part of an agency are still not optimal in selecting the best staff. Therefore, human resource management is needed in an agency with the selection of the best employee staff to spur staff morale in improving operations, dedication and performance in an agency, so that it becomes better, namely by creating a Decision Support System in selecting the best staff employees by using the Smarter and Saw method comparison method. The Smarter and Saw method is a decision-making method using multiplication to determine the value of a criterion, where the value for each criterion must be determined in advance with the weight of each criterion concerned. By utilizing the advantages and disadvantages of each method, the comparison of this method is able to give a value of 79.5 for the Smarter method, 93 for using SAW. Decision support systems using this comparison method can assist in the selection of the best employees and provide an alternative choice of ranking results
