<![CDATA[Marriage is a spiritual bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and everlasting family (household) based on the Godhead. To guarantee legal certainty, a marriage must be legal in both religion and state. In Islam the marriage is said to be valid if it meets the terms and conditions set. This was also stated in KHI Chapter IV, the first part of article 14, stated that the marriage pillar consists of a prospective husband, prospective wife, marriage guardian, two witnesses, consent and qabul. The most important thing that determines whether a marriage is legal or not is a guardian. In one history of the hadith it is stated that marriage without a guardian is null and void. However, there are guardians who refuse to marry their children, even though it is also clear in Surah Al Baqarah verse 232 that guardians must not hinder if the child already has proposed marriage. The actions of the guardian are clearly not in accordance with the verse. As a result of this rejection makes the child does not have a guardian to marry her. This has become the initial problem of a marriage. One of them in the Klaten Religious Court in 2017 has a fairly high number of problems related to guardians who refuse to marry their children. Then the focus of this research is to find out the factors that cause guardians to refuse to marry their children, related to an application submitted to the Klaten Religious Court in 2017. The method used in this research is Field Research with a Qualitative Descriptive approach in which data collection is carried out directly with the judge who decides the case took place in the Klaten Religious Court. Keywords: Marriage; Refuse; Cause; Adhal Guardian; Judge Guardian.]]>

<![CDATA[Marriage is a practice of sunnah that is prescribed by the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, and the dream of every human being. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of the pre-nikh guidance section of Islamic Community Guidance (BIMAS) in suppressing divorce rates in the 2016-2019 period. This research is a qualitative study, with data collection techniques derived from primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of literature studies. The results of this study are the Community Guidance (BIMAS) has important urgency in providing guidance to prospective brides through Marriage Guidance for Prospective Brides (BINWIN), these things are applied through the delivery of materials, including the issues of living in the family, family dynamics, realizing family those who are sakinah, mawadah, warrahmah, and blessings, and material on sexology, but in terms of suppressing divorce rates have been able to reduce the number of divorces in Surakarta in 2016-2018.Keywords: Marriage; Community Guidance; Divorce]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explain Kirab Malam 1 Suro, an annual event held by the Surakarta Sultanate Palace to commemorate the Islamic New Year. This research uses a phenomenological approach with qualitative research methods. The data is taken from the results of interviews and interviews conducted to determine the perception of Surakarta Isam Negeri Institute of Religion students on the Suro 1 ritual event at Kasunan Palace, which was represented by respondents from external campus Islamic student organizations. Kebo Bule is the king's favorite animal and as a symbol of safety in Kirab Malam 1 Suro. But on the other hand, a part of the Surakarta community as communica always has a great enthusiasm to join this event. Ordinary people believe that Kebo Bule is a buffalo magic, so they take the dirt from Kebo Bule Kyai Slamet who lined the road empty-handed. <![CDATA[This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and understanding the practices of sharia entrepreneurs conducted by the Santri Syariah Shop having its address at Jalan Yos Sudarso No. 21, Kauman, Pasar Kliwon, Surakarta. Site selection was made because this business venture is one of the many businesses that are quite successful in the Surakarta region, and because it carries the name of sharia in its business so it needs to be further investigated regarding the application of Islamic values and its compatibility with the principles of sharia entrepreneurs. The research method used is a qualitative research method with data analysis techniques used is phenomenological analysis. Data obtained directly through observation to the research site and conducting interviews with related parties such as managers, other employees, and also consumers who then analyzed the results. The results show that the Santri Syariah Shop runs its business activities based on Islamic values both in terms of managing and running its business. The principles of sharia entrepreneurs in managing their business are applying employee recruitment that requires observance of worship, giving compensation before maturity, avoiding usury from cooperation with conventional banks, and guaranteeing halal products from the production process to marketing. And in carrying out its business, applying business character that is honest, fair, communicative or capable, safeguarding the rights of consumers, as well as paying zakat, infaq and shodaqoh.Keywords:Â Sharia Entrepreneur Implementation; Business; Entrepreneurship]]>

<![CDATA[This research focuses on the methods used by the teacher in improving the concentration process in children who experience impaired concentration. The reason we chose the theme in this study is that concentration is important in the learning process to capture the information given to the teacher, so that it can achieve the learning objectives, but there are children who have difficulty concentrating, therefore we want to know and understand how the method which is used by the teacher in training the concentration of children with impaired concentration / concentration. Writing this research journal aims to share understanding of the methods that need to be done by teachers and parents in honing the concentration of children, especially children who experience impaired concentration. The authorship method used was interviews and documentation of the subject's learning outcomes. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the market reaction to the announcement of the planned move of the capital to East Kalimantan by President Joko Widodo (16/8) of shares listed in the IDXBUMN20 index by observing differences in average abnormal returns between before and after the D-day (August 16 2019). This research is a quantitative study using secondary data sources taken from the sites www.idx.com, finance.yahoo.com, and www.duniainvest.com. The population in this study are companies that are included in the IDXBUMN20 index in 2019. The data collection technique in this study uses documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results of this study indicate that there was a positive market reaction after President Joko Widodo announced plans to relocate the capital to East Kalimantan during his speech at the Senayan Parliament Complex, Jakarta (16/8). <![CDATA[The study aims to determine the mechanism of work and reporting of the results of DPS supervision on LAZISNU Boyolali and LAZISMU Solo. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with a field research approach. It was found out that the mechanism of DPS's work both at LAZISNU Boyolali and LAZISMU Solo was to supervise LAZIS operational activities so that they were compliant with sharia rules and principles. The difference lies in reporting the results of DPS supervision which LAZISNU Boyolali reports the results to the regional level DSN and then SN at the regional level submits it to the central level DSN. It is different with LAZISMU Solo who reports the results of its supervision to LAZISMU at the regional level during RAKERPIMDA then LAZISMU at the central level when RAKORNAS, and only then LAZISMU central submits it to DSN-MUI.Keywords: Sharia Supervisory Board; Mechanism; LAZIS; Reporting]]>

<![CDATA[The family is the first educational place for children. Positive and negative education provided by the family will have an impact on children’s development. The aims of this study were to find out the children emotional development in Yayasan Al Kautsar. This study used qualitative method. The collection was done by observation and interviews. Based on research showing that children from a divorced family tend to be less well, caused by lack of received affection from both parents. An overview of the conditions of emotions which indicated the child that the child can’t control himself at times of anger, that is often angry unclear, yelling, cries often, and insubordination. Keywords: impact; divorce; emotional development]]>

<![CDATA[This research comes from combining normal children’s learning in reguler classes with children with special needs in reguler schools and are now able to attend regular schools. Children with special need who initially could only go to special schools and are know able to attended regular schools with an inclusive education system. The purpose of this study was o determine the aplication of inclusive education in TK Mranggen Village 01, the research method used was describtive qualitative. The Research subjects were children with special needs, school principals and class teachers as weel as TK Mranggen Village 01. Data collection using observation and intervie techniquest. Yhan the data obtained were analysed and conlusions were drawn about the data that had been collected. The result of this study are that TK Mranggen Village 01 every years accept children with special need but obstacle to date is the curriculum us in 2013 method and infrastructure to serve children with special needs, and the luck of experience and knowladge special teacher to handle children with special needs.Keywords: inclusive school; children with special need]]>

<![CDATA[The development of the era of globalization has positive and negative impacts like two sides of a coin that are close together and interconnected. This paper is motivated by the era of globalization which has gradually influenced morals and ethics in social life. Immoral cases started by the community including children, such as brawls, children's ignorance of good parental advice, cases of bullying, and other negative things. Therefore it is important to review moral education that is simple but full of meaning, as contained in the classic book "Mitero Sejati". This paper aims to analyze the contents of the “Mitero Sejati†book which contains advice and material on moral education. The method used is a qualitative research library method with a hermeneutic approach and with the object of the book "Mitero Sejati.
