Bekasi as one of hinterland cities has been growing very fastly. Traffic jam happens everywhere at the traffic hours, high polution and a very sunny day that has become an image for Bekasi, where used to recognize as ‘kota Perjuangan’ Green areas no longer exists and very hard to find in Bekasi. Horizontal development of Bekasi is not alowed any more. The increasing of population, quality of living society, and the quality of the centre Bekasi environment have become a vertically demand. Superblock model of development has been considered as one of development concept that suitable to employ in Bekasi. It is hoped that, the development of superblock can accommodate the need of settlement, retail, office, education, hotel, healthy, recreation, sport, etc, around Bekasi. Therefore, the high of mobility and growth in Jakarta can be decentralized in Bekasi. Superblock has become a part of cosmopolitan life style, which busy and civilized Superblock concept suitable or Bekasi where still growing and developing. Traffic jam and pollution can be decreased because many people will only take a walk to reach many strategic places. If they have to travel long distance, they can use public transportations which pass through superblock area. This research is done to feasibility of superblock concept implementation in central of developing Bekasi. This research used qualitative deskriptive analysis method, the result of this research can be proposal for Bekasi city government and stakeholders, for the development of Bekasi in the future. This article is a simple text which aims to find a strategy or the other term is to anticipate the additional space requirement. Conditions that completely narrow and small in our house, can be optimized size, that is in many ways, one of which is to increase home. However, there are some things to consider, in order to obtain results that truly fit with our desire, which is from government regulation, IMB, architecture, structure, and utilities. Establish, develop, and improve the house should consider the local government regulations in accordance with the location of the house, such as the Coefficient of Association Building (KDB), Coefficient Floor Building (KLB), Line Sepadan Building (GSB), this is to preserve the "breath" aristektur local. In a rapid web development, create a new challenge in the capacity of the complex process of setting and service users and many organizations, by linking the software provided by different organizations. Integrated web application basically allows a dialogue with the user system is mediated by the web service, which facilitates interaction between the process control systems that allows the implementation of the required business coverage. In this paper gives the description of a web engineering method of high-level specification of the display business application processes. Processes and services facilitated by the web application to facilitate the high-level modeling, code generation techniques in full automation has been applied in a conventional webapplication, again widening the benefits of software engineering force, which was implemented with the CASE tool. Target of this Research is optimation efectifity of equipments, lessening sudden damage and improve the operator independence in conservancy of the Plate of Rool Ironer at laundry department PT HSPP. Method used by a researcher using analysis OEE. From this research result in obtaining value OEE equal to 70,55% , where this value show the value which still below/under ideal value or standard from JIPM ( Japan Industrial of Standard of Plant Maintenance) tired 85%. Even though basically laundry of HSPP have very ready for applying Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), because factor supporter for the applying of TPM have in running and with the Execution TPM therewith elements it expected by self-supporting job environment (autonomus Maintenance) can be created. In business development, especially in education lately has develop very rapidly. Competition was very tight for achieving the best. By which UNINDRA (especially FTMIPA) has to have long term organization purposes to get advanced superior competition, that is by having ability to learn more fast compare to its competitors, the faster organization can learn about new knowledge, then organization has one step faster compare to its competitors. FTMIPA is an organization in process of learning to aim at learning organization, by which an organization simply said as learning organization if the learning process happen and done by all organization element, which impact on behaviour of it members. This research draws learning process in five learning discipline according to Senge, which is personal mastery, mentals models, shared vision team learning and system thinking, by referring to Senge concept about learning organization, it is interesting to search how far the five learning discipline implicate on communication inside organization together with growing motivation to learn from organization member, and how far the learning process implicate in level of students satisfaction. In this research also used CDC EZTEXT program as tools in resulting conclusion from data gathered. Productivity is an activity related to utilisation efficiently from source of inputs applied, to produce goods or service and affects wide in all industrial process. One of measurement method selected at this research is method Sistem MEPI is an equipment to know how far interrelationship of production process in success of Pengukuran, evaluation, planning, and improvement of productivity in manufacture industry. Then result of of analysed and diinteprestasikan. At this research studied, analysis MEPI to get image of company productivity manufakturing producing polyester ( raw white and yarn colour) period the year 2000 up to 2006 during 7 ( seven) year. From this MEPI system analysis, will be watched all level of productivities every year journey of the production. Result from this measurement system simply stand-out fluctuation of production that is every year varies, from the year 2000 to 2006 but there is no change which significant. So company management is suggested mempertahan the system to and does a few repairs to increase all facets related to quality and its(the amount, optimization of Usage of asset and labour. Telah lebih 20 tahun Sistem Manajemen Mutu Standar Internasional seri ISO 9000 digunakan pada dunia industri, sejak edisi pertama diterbitkan pada tahun 1987 sampai edisi terakhir tahun 2000. Di Indonesia sendiri penerapan standar ini baru dimulai pada awal tahun 90-an. Bagi perusahaan yang sudah kental dengan konsep normatif bahwa ISO 9001 adalah identik dengan sertifikasi akan sulit untuk merubah kebiasaan para pelaku sistem ke arah penciptaan nilai ekonomi dan budaya. Walaupun diyakini demikian, masih banyak perusahaan, terutama di Indonesia masih belum mengerti tentang sistem manajemen ISO 9000 dan TQM, juga belum dapat mengerti bagaimana kedua sistem tersebut dapat meningkatkan mutu dan produktivitas perusahaan. Akibatnya banyak perusahaan yang tidak berminat untuk menerapkan TQM dan sistem manajemen kualitas ISO 9000 tersebut, karena merasa tidak perlu dan malah merepotkan dan banyak mengeluarkan biaya. Globally is market for the price of US$ 17.8 billion one year, with the use by Middle and Small Scale industry (SKM) occupying sequence 3(three) non-stoped expand quickly, making SAP and MD compete tightly utilize to master the the market compartment. Comparison made technically between SAP and MD, but number mount the annual revenue of year 2006 the have given a few/little picture of how second ability the system ERP from consumer side. To test second of that system eat this article is divided by for 3 shares of is which first shares will be explained by base of whether/what that ERP, last at second shares will be explained by a second technical ability of the system. ANALISIS MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K–3) PADA BAGIAN PRESSING DI PT. X Elfitria Wiratmani

The purpose of the study is to analyze the management of occupational safety and health in order to reduce the high accident rate in the pressing. This research was conducted at PT. X, Tambun Bekasi. This method of using survey methods / observations directly by taking data from the company's data on the number of accidents occurred during the last 3-years and conduct interviews to determine the causes of the accident. Data analysis technique used is to use pareto chart that aims to determine the level of most major accidents occur, then the causal diagram to determine the root cause of the accident, and the 5W +1 H is a troubleshooting step.The data show that in 2006-2008 the accident occurred 45 times in the pressing, a lot of accidents happening is sandwiched ie 20 times (44.4%), the second highest accident was hit by fragments 9 times as much material (20.0%), The third highest accident-hit material that is as much as 7 times (15.6%), the second highest accident slip that is counted 5 times (11.1%) and injuries that occur at least that is pierced 4 times (8.9%). After the authors analyze the occurrence of workplace accidents through the analysis of Pareto diagrams, cause and effect diagrams. Occupational accidents that occurred due to the operator because of insufficient understanding of the workings of the machine, less careful in work, paying less attention to personal protection and lack of follow work rules, as for other causes of the condition of old machines and lack of maintenance.
