Abstract

Nurses working in hospitals with high workloads and longer working lives are less able to increase the likelihood of job stres, level of stres in nurses was still very high in his job. The study was conducted to determine whether there is a relationship of workload and length of service with nurse stres. The study design used was cross sectional with the technique of sampling with a sampling of the total number of 27 respondents. Location of this research at two hospitals RA.Basuni Perawataan space Kec. Gedeg Mojokerto regency. The population in this study were all nurses at two hospitals RA treatment room. Basuni Kec. Gedeg Kab. Mojokerto. The data was collected using a closed questionnaire. The research was conducted in May 2011. The results showed that the majority of nurses light workload was associated with levels of stres are as many as seven respondents (25.9%). And a long relationship working> 1 year was associated with stres levels as much as 7 respondents (25.9%). Analysis of data using Spearman Rank test workload calculation results obtained with the stres p = 0.007 whereas the value of α = 0.05 then there is a relationship work load with stres in nurses, while the length of service with a stres value of p = 0.015 while α = 0.05 then there is a link length of service with the stres on caregivers. Workload experienced by the respondents is lighter workload and longer working lives of over one years raises the stress level is. It is influenced by the workplace, saturation levels, job placement and age. Nurses are expected to further enhance the knowledge and work experience so as to reduce the workload and stres levels. Abstract

One of changes happened to elderly is change of sleep pattern. Cause of sleep disorder on elderly is depression. Research goal is to know relation between depression and time period of sleeping need  accomplishment on elderly in Mojokambang village, Bandarkedungmulyo, Jombang. The research design is analytic with crossectional approach. Independent variable is depression and dependent variable is time period of sleeping need  accomplishment. The populations are 86 people and samples are 70 people, with sampling random simpel technique analysis is pearson test with alfa 0,05. Based on research, known that (1) most elderly experience of heavy depression  and there is  no one experience of light or  heavy depression. (2) Most of elderly have time period of sleeping need  accomplishment around 1-6 hours/day  and no lansia needs less than 1 hour/day. Result of research express that by pearson test, get P Value value is 0,000, while  value α is 0,05. because of P Value<α so  Ho refused but H1 accepted, it means there is relation/between depression with have time period of sleeping need accomplishment on elderly in Countryside Mojokambang Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang.  These felling’s are physiologically stimulates the sensory system to tge midbrain level in formatio reticularis area, this state will instead stimulate the cerebral cortex and peripheral nervous system, subsequent reciprocal signal’s from the two areas will return to the reticular activation system, so that the system is still avtive or in other side elderly will know the state of siege or can not sleep. The factor that effect depression in the elderly are the economic status factor, and job beside factors other than emplyment or economic, depression is also influenced by education and merried status factor. Based on  result of above research suggested to health providers  to  optomalize the counselling about the  importantance of accomplishmen of sleep need and minimize   depression  , spreads  leaflet and involves   health cadre of elderly  in giving motivation and education for elderly  to get in Comprehensive Service Post for  elderly regularly. Abstract

Growth in Indonesia in the field of education to pre child go to school very, this matter is proven from data following 79% natural school pre age child of delay of ability of base. this Research internal issue is that from 70 pupil of TK Tunas Harapan Expectation 54% (37 people) natural of delay in ability of base. Target of this research wish to know influence of activity play at to growth of ability of base at child of prasekolah in TK Tunas Harapan Expectation Countryside of Tunggun Jagir Mantup Lamongan. Activity play at to represent one of the stimulus to growth of child in an optimal fashion because growth represent an process to yield the make-up of ability to function at certain storey.This research used expose facto by retrospective study. Variable of independent variable of this research in activity play and dependent variable is growth of bases ability. Research population amount to 36 and sample amounts to 36 child which select by sampling. Research instrument use book of raport TK Tunas Harapan of Tunggun Jagir Mantup Lamongan with technique analyze data use statistical tests of test sign. Pursuant to result of research known that natural child majority is make-up of growth of ability of his/its base at semester 2. This matter is influenced by responder age mostly old age 61-70 months (58.3%).  Result of research indicate that pursuant to result of test of sign test, got by value of P is 0,000, while value of a is 0,05. because of value of P < a hence Hi accepted, thereby there are influence of ability of base at child in TK TK Tunas Harapan of Tunggun Jagir Mantup Lamongan of Tunggun Jagir Mantup Lamongan. Play at can improve ability of base like Language, cognate, physical of motorik and ability of art at child. Pursuant to result of research above suggested can be optimal of growth of ability of child base through media play at, so that growth of ability of child base can expand optimal.Keywords : Playing activities, Growth, Ability of Base, Child.
