Abstract

Free sex atau seks bebas menjadi hal yang sangat biasa bagi kalangan remaja saat ini Perubahan pola peran keluarga terjadi dalam banyak situasi keluarga yang beragam, tahap perkembangan orang tua di titik yang berbeda dalam kehidupan anak akan mempengaruhi kesesuaian mereka dalam hal urutan kebutuhan dan tugas perkembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan peran orang tua dengan sikap remaja tentang seks bebas, jenis penelitian adalah analitik dengan rancang bangunan korelasional. Variabel independen adalah peran orang tua dan variabel dependen adalah sikap remaja tentang seks bebas. Populasinya seluruh orang tua dan remaja usia 16-17 tahun sebanyak 240 siswa-siswi di Madarasah Aliyah Bi’rul Ulum Desa Gemurung Kecamatan Gedangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo diseleksi sebanyak 34 responden sebagai sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data peran orang tua dan sikap remaja dikumpulkan dengan tehnik angket/kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 22 responden yang mempunyai peran positif didapatkan hampir seluruh responden mempunyai sikap positif sebanyak 19 remaja (55,9) yang bersikap positif terhadap seks bebas. Data analisis menggunakan uji statistik uji Chi Kuadrat (x²) diperoleh prevalue (.000) < α (0,05), maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya ada hubungan antara peran orang tua dengan sikap remaja tentang seks bebas di Madrasah Aliyah Bi’rul-Ulum. Peran agama dan orang tua sangat penting dalam memberikan pendidikan seks pada anak remaja. para remaja juga membutuhkan konseling seks dari tenaga kesehatan atau psikologi lainnya sehingga dapat mencegah remaja terjerumus dalam pergaulan yang tidak baik.Kata kunci : Peran, Sikap, Remaja

Abstract

One of means for giving comfortable to mother who is delivery baby, is with doing decrease delivery pain technic, for example relaxation, because this relaxation able decrease tight and individual preseption about pain, beside that relaxation technic not dangerous for fetus and mother, the result from this experiment for knowing effectiveness giving relaxation technic to decrease pain of delivery first period.Kind of the experiment is use pre experimental with post test only control group design. Variable independent in this experiment is relaxation technic and variable dependent is decrease pain delivery first period with population 13 mothers. Get sample in this experiment according accidental sampling. Time this experiment, june 10th - August 23th, 2009 and place this experiment BPS. Ny Yohana, Amd.Keb analytical data technic using independent sample t-test, aggregation data technic using primer data, with association data instrument using obaservation sheet and check list . Pain on respondens who is not giving relaxation technic mayority cause serious pain they are 4 respondens or about 66.67 %. And pain on respondens who is giving relaxation mayority cause medium pain they are 3 respondens or about 42.86 %. Grounded on that, the mother group that given relaxation technic (treatment grup) got pain more minor than the mother grup that not given relaxation technic (control group), pain effected by some factors, they are old, education, job, and paritas, beside that the decrese pain of delivery on the treatment group is done by relaxation and suggestion from the midwife , so the pains can be minimazed. Examination’s effectivity of relaxation technic for pain decrease get from t-test analisa and the result thitung bigger than ttable (9. 90>2.50), of course H0 refused and H1 accepted.The conclusion is technic relaxation efektive for decrease pain delivery first period. The researcher suggestion for the experiment’s place to evolving, give information about relaxation technic, and able to do relaxation technic to all patients who is delivery babys as constant procedure in delivery for decrease pain on first period delivery.Keywords : Relaxation, Pain of delivery

Abstract

The lives of street children and involvement in economic activity has been realized or not cause problems for them. Because not only education but also sacrificed his soul development. Those who had to give up his childhood to portray themselves as adults compete with the rigors of life in the big city, with spending time on the streets just to add a bit of relief to the people and their parents. The purpose of this study to the economic status of the family relationship with the incidence of child abuse (child abuse) in the community of street children in Mojokerto. Analytic study design is correlational cross-sectional approach. This study economic status variables as independent variables and the incidence of child abuse as the dependent variable. This research entire population of street children in Mojokerto as many as 51 children. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique by 30 respondents. Data were collected by questionnaires and processed in editing, coding, scoring and tabulating then analized with the chi square test. The results showed that of the 17 respondents belonging to high socioeconomic status, there were 7 respondents who experienced child abuse and 10 respondents who did not experience child abuse. The results of Chi-square test showed the results ρ = 0.016 and α = 0.05, then ρ <α so that H0 is rejected and H1diterima means there is a relationship between family economic status to the incidence of child abuse. Parents who do not have jobs will result in financial pressure, poverty, debt burden, making it less able to control anger, is likely to do violence on children. Working parents protracted, go early and go home late afternoon, leaving little time and energy to perform domestic tasks and child care. So that children become neglected and forgotten because of fatigue. For families expected to improve understanding of the impact of child abuse in order to prevent the occurrence of acts of child abuse.Keywords: Social, Economic, Child Abuse, Street Children

Abstract

Based on the survey from BPS Mojokerto City, life expectancy is increased every year. The increased of life expectancy should be caused by highly self acceptance. But at Wates Distrik Magersari Mojokerto City, self acceptance of elderly was negative. This research aims to know the relation between elderly self acceptances with life expectancy at Wates Distrik Magersari Mojokerto City. Research design was ex post facto with retrospective study approach. The independent variable was self acceptance of elderly and the dependent variable was life expectancy. Population is all the elderly who had died in 2012 and their family at Wates Distrik Magersari Mojokerto City as many as 12 people and obtained 12 elderly as sample by using purposive sampling. Data were taken using a questionnaire for the independent variables and the death table lists for dependent variable. Then data were analyzed by Fisher Exact Test. The result showed from 5 respondents who have higher life expectancy, mostly 4 (33,3%) respondents have positive self acceptance and 1 (8,3%) respondent has negative self acceptance, and then from 7 respondents who have lower life expectancy, all of them have negative self acceptance. The result of Fisher Exact Test showed p value = 0,010 < α (0,05), so H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted means there is a relation between elderly self acceptances with life expectancy at Wates Distrik Magersari Mojokerto City. Negative self acceptance could lead to lower life expectancy due to poor in fulfilling life needs and self realization, thus it reduced life satisfaction and also happiness. The given of information should be increased about the importance of mentally health, especially on self acceptance.Keywords: elderly, self acceptances, life expectancy

Abstract

Diabetes melitus menjadi masalah kesehatan dunia, dalam jangka panjang komplikasi yang terjadi menyumbangkan peningkatan angka mortalitas. Salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan atau mengontrol kadar gula darah adalah dengan memberikan buah apel romebeauty. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian buah apel romebeauty terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah pada penderita diabetes melitus. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasy-experiment dengan rancang bangun control time series design. Variabel independen adalah buah apel romebeauty variabel dependen adalah kadar gula darah penderita diabetes melitus variabel intervening adalah jumlah kalori diet sesuai berat badan penderita diabetes melitus. Pada penelitian ini populasinya adalah penderita diabetes melitus di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Puri Kabupaten Mojokerto sebanyak 42 orang. Sampel berjumlah 18 responden diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan langsung menggunakan lembar observasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik wilcoxon signed rank test. Hasil penelitian didapatkan seluruh responden pada kelompok perlakuan sebelum pemberian buah apel romebeauty mengalami kadar gula darah buruk yaitu 9 orang (100%) dan setelah pemberian buah apel romebeauty kadar gula nya mengalami penurunan menjadi sedang (100%), sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol sebelum pemberian buah apel romebeauty mengalami kadar gula darah buruk yaitu 9 orang (100%) dan setelah pemberian buah apel romebeauty kadar gulanya tetap buruk yaitu 7 orang (77,8%). Hasil uji wilcoxon signed rank test pada kelompok perlakuan didapatkan nilai kemaknaan p = 0,003 < α = 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh pemberian buah apel romebeauty terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah penderita diabetes melitus di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Puri Kabupaten Mojokerto. Pemberian buah apel romebeauty sebanyak 3 kali/hari sebanyak 100 gr dapat menjadi solusi untuk pengendalian kadar gula darah dan menurunkan kadar gula darah. Sehingga institusi pelayanan dan tenaga kesehatan dapat memberikan health education untuk menggunakan buah apel romebeauty dalam mengontrol kadar gula darah disamping penatalaksanaan obat dan olah raga.Kata kunci: apel romebeauty, kadar gula darah, diabetes melitus

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dan lama masa kerja dengan stres pada perawat di Puskesmas Blooto Kota Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional dengan populasi seluruh perawat (termasuk perawat gigi 2 orang) sebanyak 20 orang yang diseleksi menggunakan total sampling yaitu seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan beban kerja dan lama masa kerja dengan stres pada perawat. Beberapa faktor yang menjadi penyebab stres kerja adalah kurangnya kepercayaan diri dalam melakukan pekerjaan, kurangnya kemampuan atau ketrampilan dalam melakukan pekerjaan, masa kerja kurang dari 1 tahun dan juga faktor lingkungan kerja, yang mencakup tempat kerja yang tidak hygienis, kebisingan yang tinggi serta beban pekerjaan.Kata kunci : beban kerja, lama masa kerja, stres
