<![CDATA[Abstract This article examines thematic Al-Qur'an interpretations about the quality management of regeneration ulama in Islamic boarding schools. From the results of the analysis of the study of the verses of the Qur'an, it can be concluded that the implementation of quality management of regeneration must have values: 1) quality management must be oriented to the quality of cadres. 2), quality management must have a different value (distinction). This also applies to goods or services. 3), quality management must be oriented to the needs of the community in the present and the future. In creating products and services, besides services must be in accordance with the needs of the community, the products or services offered must be in accordance with the needs of the community in the future. <![CDATA[Abstrak Artikel ini menjelaskan manajemen pembiayaan dalam kajian tafsir Al-Qur’an surat al-Mujadilah ayat 12-13. Proses manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah dilaksanakan melalui; perencanaan berbasis prioritas, pelaksanaan berbasis program grade based system, evaluasi model internal dan pertanggung jawaban model audit keuangan. Hasil analisis mengacu pada sumber primer, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Surat Al-Mujadilah ayat 12-13 memberikan pelajaran bahwa pendidikan itu tidak gratis; Dalam ayat ini Allah SWT memberikan persyaratan kepada kaum muslimin yang hendak bertanya (belajar) kepada Rasulullah saw untuk mengeluarkan sedekah kepada fakir miskin. Mengeluarkan sedekah dalam ayat ini bisa kita asumsikan sebagai biaya pendidikan (pembelajaran) yang harus dikeluarkan oleh si pencari ilmu. Kata Kunci : Tafsir, Manajemen Pembiayaan, Pendidikan]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak Artikel ini menjelaskan Tafsir Tematis Al-Qur’an dan Hadits terhadap ayat “Tafaqquh Fiddin” (Relasi Ayat dan Pendidikan Islam). Dari hasil analisis pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa relasi kandungan ayat “Tafaqquh Fiddiin” dengan Pendidikan islam secara epistimologis adalah dengan penguasaan teknologi dan strategi-strategi dakwah yang lain yang ada kaitannya dengan penyebaran agama Islam. Karena secara aksiologis, tujuan pendidikan Islam diarahkan untuk menyiapkan setiap individumenjadi manusia beriman dan bertakwa kepada Allah, mampu menjadi khalifah Allah di muka bumi. <![CDATA[This study aims to describe the management of waqf land from the perspective of Islamic law. From the standpoint of Islamic law, it was concluded that Nazhir was obliged to manage and develop waqf property according to its purpose, function and designation. Nazir needs to be invited to understand procedures and better management patterns, oriented to the interests of the implementation of Islamic law broadly and in the long term. Techniques that can be applied in total quality management include:: local problem-solving techniques, process measurement techniques, outcome measurement techniques dan consumer-oriented technique. <![CDATA[This article discusses the verses of the Qur'an about Zakat as a media for the activities of the Al-Maraghi Tafsir Islam. The results of the analysis concluded that the function of zakat as a medium of worship for the servants of God who becomes muzakki (paying zakat) to provide benefit for themselves or individuals (nafs) and serves to be an economic driver for the servants of God who are in the environment running the zakat system, then delivering zakat as an instrument that provides a collective benefit (jama'i). <![CDATA[This study aims to reveal the consistency of the application of sharia principles to Griya iB Hasanah products. In this study, two findings were obtained. First, the mechanism includes several stages, namely: applicant analysis, deposit, disbursement of funds and realization (housing construction) are following the murabahah contract and do not deviate from the sharia principles adopted in the BNI Syariah bank. Second, the sharia principles carried out by BNI Syariah Jember Branch on Griya iB Hasanah products are consistent with the explanation of article 2 of Law Number 21 the Year 2008. <![CDATA[This article discusses the study of the interpretation of al-Quran 'surah al-laAlaq (96): 1-5. The results of the study concluded that the need to learn and develop science towards self-approach to God in order to achieve happiness both in the world and the hereafter later. So, if examined deeply, it will produce principles to build the concept of learning that is qualified with religious and humanistic contents. So that, the results of learning are oriented to get human happiness both in the world and in the hereafter without disregarding their nature and potential, to arouse the awareness of students cognitivly, affectivly, and psychomotoricly. <![CDATA[The article discusses Diniyah Education from the perspective of Islamic Education Philosophy (ontology, epistemology, and axiology). From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded from tafaqquh fiddiin working to elevate Islam's religion and enforce its shari'ah through the mastery of war strategies and the deepening of religion. Moreover, for the future is the mastery of technology and other propaganda strategies supported by the spread of Islam. Fiddiin is part of jihad in the field of Islamic education which must be carried out by Muslims and very relevant to educate Muslims and uphold religious dialogue. <![CDATA[Abstract This article discusses the pattern of internalizing the value of leadership in forming a religious culture in Islamic educational institutions. Wali Songo Strong leadership often appears to be an alternative postmodern leadership style, as a leadership style that is wise and assertive but still down to earth as a leader. This article aims to review leadership styles, one of which is the Wali Songo leadership style. This article's method uses a literature study, and the author looks for sources from journals, books, and other supporting sources.
