Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of halal tourism on Gili Trawangan and to determine the response of tourism actors to the implementation of Perda No. 2 of 2016 concerning Halal Tourism in the Gili Trawangan Region. This type of research is descriptive qualitative which takes data through observation, interviews and documentation. The concept of halal tourism on Gili Trawangan cannot be fully implemented in a short time, but it takes a long time because it is feared that it will have an impact on the number of foreign tourists visiting, especially those from Europe. The tourism actors respond to the application of halal tourism on Gili Trawangan with a di? erent response. Some tourism operators accept the concept of halal tourism applied in Gili Trawangan, some disagree with o? ering an alternative to the regulation being implemented in Gili Air or Gili Meno with the concept of shari'ah beach tourism. Some stated that the Halal Tourism Law is not suitable at all applied in coastal areas and only suitable for urban tourism.

Abstract

Literasi keuangan dan perencanaan keuangan bagi setiap keluarga indonesia merupakan hal yang penting. Hal ini disebabkan karena keluarga merupakan salah satu pilar perekonomian dimana kesehatan keuangan keluraga akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kesehatan keuangan negara secara keseluruhan. Jika bedasarkan provinsi, indeks literasi keuangan NTB berada di urutan 17 dari 34 provinsi di Indonesia yaitu sebesar 21,45 %. Angka ini menandakan bahwa masih rendahnya pemahaman, pengetahuan dan akses masyarakat di NTB terhadap Lembaga, produk, dan jasa keuangan. Oleh sebab itu hendaknya edukasi keuangan dan pembangunan infrasturktur pendukung dilakukan terus menerus sehingga literasi keuangan masyarakat bisa mencapai well literate. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan angket. Penelitian ini  menggunakan sampel 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara random sampling  dikarenakan untuk efesiensi penelitian. Hasil output dari uji F diketahui bahwa nilai F hitung sebesar 4,516 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,036. Tingkat signifikansi 0,036  <0,05 maka  dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa ada pengaruh variabel literasi keuangan (X) terhadap variabel perencanaan keuangan keluarga (Y). Demikian pula dibuktikan dengan pengujian hipotesis yang kedua dengan uji T. Hasil output dari uji T dapat diketahui bahwa nilai t hitung sebesar 2,125.  Kemudian setelah t hitung dibandingkan  dengan t tabel yang memiliki nilai sebesar  1,980.  Dengan  nilai t hitung 2,125 > t tabel 1,980 dapat disimpulkan  bahwa Ho diterima yang berarti bahwa ?ada pengaruh literasi keuangan (X) terhadap perencanaan keuangan keluarga (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of online transportation on employment opportunities and welfare in Medan City. The method used is a quantitative approach based on the path analysis with a simple linear regression analysis model. The results of the study showed that around 64,9% variables of online transportation explained by changes in variables of employment opportunities and welfare in in Medan City, while the test 35,1% is explained by other factors. About 33,4% of the variables of online transportation affected by employment opportunities and around 31.5% of the online transportation variables aff ected the welfare variable. The significance of the indirect test results indicates that there was an indirect effect of the variable online transportation on welfare through employment opportunities signifi cantly. The impact of this study is there is a significant influence on employment opportunities and community welfare in in Medan City with an Online Motorcycle taxi that can absorb labor and increase the income of UMKM through various services available in the online motorcycle taxi application.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the eff ect of market orientation, learning orientation and product innovation of marketing performance. This study use a descriptive quantitative approach, and collected data through questionnaire. The sample used was 84 small industry of pisang sale in Aceh Timur Distric ? Aceh. The data analysis tool used is classic asumption method with multiple linear regression analysis, coeffi cient of determination, F test and t test. The result of study are as follows: (1) Market orientation have a signifi cant positive eff ect of marketing performace indicate by the market orientation coeffi cient (X1) which is positive, namely 6.785, and the p-value less than the signifi cance level (0.000 < 0.005). (2) Learning orientation have a signifi cant positive eff ect of marketing performance, indicate by the learning orientation coeffi cient (X2) which is positive, namely 2.249, and the p-value less than the signifi cance level (0.027 < 0.005). (3) Innovation product have a signifi cant positive eff ect of marketing performance, indicate by the innovation product coeffi cient (X2) which is positive, namely 2343, and the p-value less than the significance level (0.022 < 0.005). (4) Market orieas an agregrat htation, learning orientation and innovation product have a signifi cant eff ect of marketing performance, indicated by the probability valeu of F less than the signifi cance level (0.000 < 0.05). The coeffi cient of determination (R2) is 0.621 or 62,1%. This indicate that 62,1% of marketing performance is aff ected by market orientation, learning orientation and innovation product while remaining 37,9% is aff ected by other independent variables not under study.

Abstract

Langsa city is one place of region in Indonesian who had applied shari?a islam, the accumulation institution of zakat named Baitul Mal. However the existence of this Baitul Mal evidently is not directly proportional with the enthusiasm peoples of Langsa city in paying zakat, infak, sedekah through Baitul Mal. The purpose of this research is to identifi cation optimization the fund distribu tion from Baitul Mal in Langsa city, and identifi cation the existence of Baitul Mal into increased the prosperous of poor peoples in Langsa city. This research is qualitative empirical research with using phenenomenology approach. From research result found the distribution fund from Baitul Mal in Langsa city has not eff ective yet to reduce the destitution. Baitul Mal has problems in dissimilation, transparency, and debts from muzakki. Baitul Mal has not able to increasement welfare of poor peoples. Zakat which is given has not get the target exactly and has not reach the goal to inereasement the poor peoples live.

Abstract

Application of corporate governance in the company is a way to handle the agency con?ict that impact to company?s ?nancial performance The objective of this research is to analyses the impact of managerial ownership, board size, ownership concentration and debt toward ? nancial performance that measured by ROE. The population of this research is the manufacturer companies which listed at Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) over the ? ve years periods on 2009 until 2013. This research used purposive sampling method. The sample of this reseach consist of 90 companies that met the criteria. This study uses multiple regression analysis to see the contribution of each variable in in?uence ?nancial performance of company. The results showed that: (1) managerial ownership is not signi? cant to e? ect ? nancial performance of company, (2) board size is not signi? cant to e? ect ? nancial performance of company, (3) ownership concentration is signi? cant to e? ect ? nancial performance of company, (4) debt is signi?cant to e?ect ?nancial performance of company
