Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the eff ect of market orientation, learning orientation and product innovation of marketing performance. This study use a descriptive quantitative approach, and collected data through questionnaire. The sample used was 84 small industry of pisang sale in Aceh Timur Distric ? Aceh. The data analysis tool used is classic asumption method with multiple linear regression analysis, coeffi cient of determination, F test and t test. The result of study are as follows: (1) Market orientation have a signifi cant positive eff ect of marketing performace indicate by the market orientation coeffi cient (X1) which is positive, namely 6.785, and the p-value less than the signifi cance level (0.000 < 0.005). (2) Learning orientation have a signifi cant positive eff ect of marketing performance, indicate by the learning orientation coeffi cient (X2) which is positive, namely 2.249, and the p-value less than the signifi cance level (0.027 < 0.005). (3) Innovation product have a signifi cant positive eff ect of marketing performance, indicate by the innovation product coeffi cient (X2) which is positive, namely 2343, and the p-value less than the significance level (0.022 < 0.005). (4) Market orieas an agregrat htation, learning orientation and innovation product have a signifi cant eff ect of marketing performance, indicated by the probability valeu of F less than the signifi cance level (0.000 < 0.05). The coeffi cient of determination (R2) is 0.621 or 62,1%. This indicate that 62,1% of marketing performance is aff ected by market orientation, learning orientation and innovation product while remaining 37,9% is aff ected by other independent variables not under study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline, motivation, income, on morale in improving employee performance at BP Swalayan in Peureulak District. The data used in this studyis primary data using a questionnaire and distributed to the respondents in the study. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this studyshows that the variables of work discipline, motivation, income have no effect on employee performance. For work discipline and motivation variables have no effect on morale. Meanwhile, leadership style and work enthusiasm affect employee performance. Leadership style and income variables influence work morale. The variables of work discipline and motivation have no effect on morale through employee performance. Leadership style and income variables affect morale through employee performance. The adjusted R Square value of the variable leadership style, work discipline, motivation, income, and morale is able to explain the employee performance variable of 85.3% and the Adjusted R Square Value of the morale variable is 40.5%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial behavior and self-control on student financial planning. This research is a quantitative study of 213 respondents using simple random sampling technique with the requirement that students have taken financial planning courses. Data analysis using SmartPLS with two model tests. The results obtained are that financial literacy, financial behavior and self-control have a positive and significant effect on financial planning partially. The findings also show that there is an indirect effect through self-control that financial literacy has a positive but not significant effect, but has a positive and significant effect on the relationship between financial behavior to financial planning. These results indicate that financial management knowledge will be much more useful if it is practiced in everyday life to achieve planned financial goals. For this reason, it is important for the world of education not only to teach financial knowledge, but also to help improve individual behavior so that they have good discipline and self-control.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of strategic planning, the implementation strategy, the evaluation strategy, and  to improve the quality for graduates of Islamic State Higher Education in Aceh. The type of data used is the primary data by distributing questionnaires to the Chairperson of the faculty of Economics and Islamic Business of the State Islamic higher education in Aceh, where the analysis tool used was  multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially the variety of strategic planning, implementation strategy, and evaluation strategy  had a positive impact on improving the quality of graduates. This study concludes that the strategic planning made is still imperfect. The chairperson of the study program must be able to analyze what will be happening in the future, as well as prepare solutions to deal with unwanted situations. Therefore,  the planning that has been done will always be able to operate  as intended

Abstract

In encouraging the economic prosperity of society, entrepreneurship plays an important role in opening up great opportunities for inclusive economic growth. The role played by terasi Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) entrepreneurs in the economic ecosystem has become the backbone for the progress and improvement of the economic prosperity of terasi SMEs. SMEs must increase sales by implementing technology and using digital marketing and product innovation to improve welfare. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of technology implementation through digital marketing and innovation in shrimp paste processing products in improving economic welfare. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The technique used was purposive random sampling with a sample size of 50 SME respondents. data collection using questionnaires or questionnaires by testing multiple linear regression analysis using IBM Statistics 22. The results of the research show that the results of the partial test (T Test), namely the implementation of technology, has an influence and significance on the economic welfare of terasi SMEs in Langsa City, digital marketing has no effect and no significant to the economic welfare of shrimp paste SMEs in Langsa City, product innovation is influential and significant to the economic welfare of shrimp paste SMEs in Langsa City. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) show that the implementation of technology, digital marketing and product innovation has a significant and influential effect on the economic welfare of terasi SMEs in Langsa City.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect analysis of Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) on the profitability of Return On Assets (ROA) of Islamic Business Unit Banks in Indonesia.  In this study using a quantitative approach to secondary data in the form of time series data period 2018-2022.  The population of this study is a Sharia Business Unit Bank registered with the Financial Services Authority.  The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, namely testing the effect of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y).  The results of this study indicate that Non Performing Financing (NPF) has no positive effect on ROA profitability with a value of 0.17390.05.  The Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) has a positive effect on ROA profitability with a value of 0.00000.05.  And Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) has a positive effect on ROA profitability with a value of 0.00000.05. The NPF variable partially has no effect on ROA, while the FDR variable and BOPO variable simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA in Islamic Business Unit Banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

Economic growth is an indicator of the success of development implementation which can be used as a macro benchmark and changes in Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in a region. GRDP is the amount of added value produced by all business units in a region. The higher the economic growth of an area indicates the better the economic activity in that area. This research aims to determine the influence of PAD, Capital Expenditures, Oil and Gas Profit Sharing Funds on economic growth in Aceh, with the selected year starting from 2011-2020. This research uses quantitative methods and the data used is secondary data in the form of the Aceh Government Financial Report and the General Ministry of Finance. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that local revenue has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Aceh with a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05 and a value of tcount of 3.778 > ttable l value of 1.8945. Capital expenditure has no significant effect on economic growth in Aceh with a significance value of 0.464 > 0.05 and a t value of -0.783 < t table value of 1.8945. Oil and gas profit sharing has no significant effect on economic growth in Aceh with a significance value of 0.521 > 0.05 and a tcount value of -0.682 < ttable value of 1.8945. The results of the F test (simultaneous) show that the significance value of F is 0.001 < 0.05 and the F value is 24.832 > 19.35 indicating that there is a positive and significant influence of PAD, Capital Expenditures, Oil and Gas Profit Sharing on economic growth in Aceh.
