This study discusses the competence of teachers in implementing and managing learning in Pon-pes Darul Mursyidi. The purposes of this study were to determine the competence of teachers in managing learning in Pon-pes Darul Mursyidi and to know the efforts of teachers in managing learning in Pon-pes Darul Mursyidi. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method while the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation, and the analysis of data by compiling the data, organizing the data, then describing systematically. The results of the competency of teachers in implementing and managing learning in Pon-pes Darul Mursyidi've started well although still have problems, all the planning and implementation process of learning have applied maximally by teachers at Darul Ponpes Mursyidi. Then, the efforts are being made in the establishment of the competency of teachers by suggesting continuing education to a higher level, following the seminars, training, or workshops, and reading relevant books to broaden the knowledge and competence.

As direct practitioner, teachers have important role to understand and implement educational character in perfect reality. Teacher as curriculum practitioner required to understand educational character and have extensive knowledge about the method of planting character to the students. By listening a story will make them forming the visualization. Then, they will imagine the characters and situations in the story, then appearance in their hearts. This can inspire students to do something like that already made as in their hearts. Based on these, teachers need to select exemplary stories which can carry a positive message to the students, and Qur’anic story or the story from Al-Qur’an is the best story in the world. It has adopted good, exemplary, and islamic story. Qur’anic story in learning offers the solution to shape the students’ character especially in PAI subject. Strategic role of UIN Ar-Raniry in growth and development of society in Aceh has been done by alumni who have spread in that regions. The Shari’ah and Law Faculty has become a reference in solving various problems which related to Islamic law. In facing that challenge, the students of The Shari’ah and Law Faculty especially SPM students was given knowledge related to Islamic laws. One of the subject related to Tafsir and Hadis, such as Ulumul Qur’an, Tafsir,Tafsir Ahkam, Ulumu Hadis, Hadis and Hadis Ahkam. But, it was found there were various factors which caused SPM students have low ability in comprehensive examination of Tafsir Hadis. Whereas, these are as standards to know the understanding of that subject. One of the reason was SPM students graduated from general school (non-Islamic school). Early childhood is a critical period for the establishment of a person's character. Many education experts say that the failure of character planting earlier can form personal problems in next adult life. Children will grow with characters if they grow up in an environment with character, so that the nature of every child born to develop optimally sacred. As the Prophet Muhammad said, which means: “Every child is born, must have been in a state of purity. Then both his parents who make it Jewish, Christian and Zoroastrian”. (H.R. Imam Muslim). Character education requires as habit. Habituation to do good thing, to be honest, knight, to be shame cheated, lazy, and to let the environment dirty. Character is not formed instantly, but should be trained seriously and proportionate in order to achieve the ideal shape and strength.

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) based on interactive multimedia, whether it can enhance the activity and learning outcomes in matter of faith in the final days. This research is a classroom action research which is carried out in three cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected using an achievement test, observation guidelines, field notes, and the records of learners. Data have been presented as percentages and analyzed using inductive, deductive, and comparative ways. Improvement in learning outcomes also occurred as evidenced by comparing the value at pre-action, the first cycle, second cycle and third cycle. In pre-action activities, the maximum score is 100; and also for the first, second, and third cycle. The achievement of a minimum value on pre-action activity continued to increase by 50 and 10 points to 60 in the first cycle, 70 in the second cycle, and 80 in the third cycle. The average value also increased significantly. On learning pre-action, the average value of only 84. In the second cycle increased to 90, on the second cycle and the third cycle increased to 92. The percentage of completeness increased from 77.42 on learning pre-action, turned into 87.10 in the second cycle, 96.77 in the second cycle, and 100 percent in the third cycle.

Jay Barney (1991) developed the concept of resource-based view which has an important role for strategic management. The concept states that the organization will achieve sustainable competitive advantage if it has a valuable resource, unique, rare and difficult to imitate. Resource-based view emphasizes the internal factors of the organization and criticized the approach of industrial organization that emphasizes the organization of external factors. Based on the resource-based view, organizations can determine the strategy to be done in accordance with the capabilities of the organization. However, resourcebased view also has some disadvantages particularly with regard to conceptual issues and issues of research methods. One of a very vital human life needs is to communicate to others. But sometimes the communication makes misunderstandings due to the language spoken. Therefore, for long time ago had warned that to communicate people must use good speech. Good speech will come from the good soul and good thinking. If someone is able to speak in good speech, then it can be stated that someone has been redaction their own language. Because with the redaction their language, it will be very good in Islam, and also will be able to maintain relationships of muamalah. If this can be done continuously, it will create a strong brotherhood among Muslims.

Tatswib is the saying of asshalatu khairumminannaum. It is bid'ah to say it in adzan for the Zuhur and 'Asr praying, or even in Maghrib and Isha. It is also bid’ah for the second adzan on Subuh (morning prayer), but it is not for the first adzan, one hour before entering the time. Bid’ah is also for adding or substracting words from Alqur’an and hadist. Adding the words of tasbih, tahmid, and takbir from 33 times, or even adding the sayings before or between them is also bid’ah. Another explanation about additional words to saying salawat to the Prophet Muhammad or giving the word sayyidina to shalawat also includes as bid’ah. There are also the changes to the real words of do’a between the singular meanings to the plural one, or in the other hand. Finally, it is better not to change the sayings of redaction from Alqur’an and Hadist, or make it silently likes in prayer in order not to disturb others.

Masdar Farid Mas'udi is one of the thought-leaders of Islamic law in Indonesia is a liberal. This is evident from his thoughts on the concept qath'i and zhanni reconstruction as a basis of interpretation and legal discovery method. He changed the general view of ijtihad, during which only reach things that are zhanni and less attention the dimensions of qathi. By placing the maslahah as the principle of ijtihad, the old concept of qath'i zhanni reconstructed to have a power on giving and solving various problems. Accordingly, the value of qathi is welfare and the justice system itself which is the spirit of the law itself, it can not be changed and not be a region of ijtihad. While zhanni category is the whole technical provisions or statutory normatively. The provisions of the law (normative) contained in the passage just a wasilah and will undergo changes, though not to be changed. Masdar’s thinking about the concept qath'i zhanni in turn, has changed the legal provisions because they are deemed no longer fit to the needs. Among the legal reasoning is, of zakat and taxes are also issues of women's reproductive rights. Thought zakat (tax) and also about the reproductive rights of women offered by Masdar is based on the principle of benefit-based justice.
