Abstract

Abstract: The cause of the permissibility of divorce from a husband is disharmony in the household, moral and moral crisis, adultery, marriage without love, protracted strife, pain parmanen, imprisonment of 5 years and over, are not able to do a conjugal relationship, barren wife, is not capable of implement the law of Allah Almighty, the wife of the ungodly. Tolaq khula cause other anatar bolehnya husband gets imprisonment for 5 years and over, and the wife can not wait on the separation, the husband does not provide a living to him, the husband wasted duty as a husband, wife beating, the husband of adultery, impotence, pain parmanen, not able to implement the law of Allah Almighty. The process is starting, sincere intention that after the divorce is still good silaturrahmi both and their families, if the wife nushuz then advise, if it has not changed then separate beds, if not litigious then shot at without a trace properties to educate, if not changed to convey it to the Hakam of the husband and wife, if not get along then convey it to the local religious court to reconcile, then they will process the reconciliation for mediation, if not get along anymore, then wait for the wife of menstruation and then clean the drop tolaq in front of the Religious Court with evidence out certificate of divorce and witnessed two witnesses. Keywords: analysis, the process of divorce, islam Abstrak: Penyebab kebolehan perceraian dari suami adalah ketidakharmonisan dalam rumah tangga, moral dan moral yang krisis, perzinahan, pernikahan tanpa cinta, berlarut-larut perselisihan, parmanen sakit, penjara 5 tahun ke atas, tidak mampu melakukan hubungan suami-istri, tandus istri, tidak mampu menerapkan hukum Allah SWT, istri orang fasik. Talak Khula penyebab lainnya bolehnya suami antar mendapat hukuman penjara selama 5 tahun ke atas, dan istri tidak bisa menunggu pemisahan, suami tidak memberikan nafkah kepadanya, suami terbuang tugas sebagai suami, istri pemukulan, suami dari perzinahan , impotensi, parmanen sakit, tidak mampu melaksanakan hukum Allah SWT. Proses ini dimulai, niat yang tulus bahwa setelah perceraian masih silaturahmi yang baik baik dan keluarga mereka, jika nusyuz istri kemudian menyarankan, jika tidak berubah tempat tidur kemudian terpisah, jika tidak sadar hukum kemudian menembak tanpa jejak sifat mendidik, jika tidak berubah untuk menyampaikan ke Hakam dari suami dan istri, jika tidak bergaul kemudian menyampaikannya ke pengadilan agama setempat untuk mendamaikan, maka mereka akan memproses rekonsiliasi untuk mediasi, jika tidak bergaul lagi, kemudian menunggu istri menstruasi dan kemudian membersihkan talak penurunan di depan Pengadilan Agama dengan bukti keluar surat cerai dan menyaksikan dua saksi. Kata Kunci : analisis, proses tolaq, islam

Abstract

Mourners came ready to send janazah. Janazah was immediately washed, then placed at home in the position of respect. Excavation of the grave as soon as possible, so as not to be blocked as soon as possible. Janazah prayer can be carried out either at home or at the mosque. Thus eating in janazah will be avoided, unless you are far away from the place. The number of people who were supposed to send him 100 people was later buried. The ghoib prayer may be for those who do not have time to go to the janazah place, or have been buried near the janazah tomb. Abstract

Marriage requirements must be fulfilled before holding the qobul marriage contract. The law of dowry is fardu and the sunnah. Abstract

Charitable which is its law isobliged to sin leaving it and reward do/conduct him by up to standard and its foundation. Difference among word with deed of hateful by matter of Subhanahu ta'ala wa Allah.

AbstractThe application of good Muslim personality especially in IAIN Padangsidimpuan on Al-Qur’an and hadist must be from a formal Islamic custom and culture firstly. Further, there must be a role or policy for illegal man and woman couple inside and outside of campus. Abstract

The music of rebana is very popular all mankind irrespective of differences of religion. Besides, Muslims confounds during informal atmosphere with music and singing so ta'lim is just mere masks with a slogan for the Islamization of music and singing. At the end of study groups has no meaning implicitly and explicitly. The significance of this description is to reveal how it should be music in Islam, both in terms of the shape tools, people who play, the time and place.

Abstract

Hadist  of  aqiqoh   is not found in Al-Qur’an and it  is a kind of cutting animal  in Zahiliah as representation of qurban in Adam and Ibrahim Prophets. The Hadist is always contra between on and another where the  hadists  are  sohih  on its quality.  The  Hadist  is contra with  siroh Nabi Muhammad (PBUH).  So,  hadist  on  aqiqah   has been  mansukh  and empowered by hadist forbiding Fatimah and Ali bin Abu Tolib to give aqiqoh on Hasan dan Husain.

Abstract

Pemahaman kata بِعَبْدِهِ  arti aslinya adalah dengan hamba-Nya (berarti Malak Jibril), bukan hambanya (maksudnya Nabi Muhammad) dalam suroh al-Isro’ ayat 1. Dalam Ilmu Nahwu, maf’ul hazaf atau dibuang ada yakni (سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي أَسْرَى بِعَبْدِهِ لَيْلًا ) artinya (mahasuci Alloh yang telah memperjalankan (hambanya Nabi Muhammad, objeknya dibuang yaitu) dengan hamba-Nya (Malak Jibril), pada malam hari sehingga. Menjadi سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي أَسْرَى عَبْداً بِعَبْدِهِ لَيْلًا (Mahasuci Alloh yang telah memperjalankan akan (hamba yaitu Nabi Muhammad dibuang maf’ulnya) dengan hamba-Nya (Malak Jibril) pada malam hari. Kemudian Nabi memberikan nama Jibril dari sifatnya yang sangat cepat seperti barqun (kilat) sebagaimana  dijelaskan  pada suroh  al-Baqoroh ayat 20. Saat mi’rojnya sepakat yang membawanya adalah malak Jibril bukan Buroq itu lagi. Maka tentu yang membawanya saat isro’ malak Jibril juga pergi dan kembali. Solat fardu yang lima waktu 17 rokaat, awalnya 50 rokaat. Namun hakikatnya sama-sama 50 rokaat, dengan rincian 17 rokaat solat fardu + 22 rokaat solat rowatib dengan rincian, 4 rokaat Qobla zuhur+ 4 rokaat ba’da zuhur, + 4 rokaat qobla Asar, + 2 rokaat Qobla Magrib + 2 rokaat ba’da Magrib, + 4 rokaat ba’da Isya’, + 2 rokaat Qobla Subuh atau Fajr + 11 rokaat solat Witr atau 9 Witr 2 rokaat solat lail, atau 7 witr 4 rokaat lail, 5 rokaat witr 6 rokaat lail, 3 rokaat witr 8 rokaat lail. Solat fardu jangan abaikan solat sunnah, karena solat sunnah penyempurnanya doa kita dalam duduk antara dua sujud وَاجْبُرْنِيْ. Nabi jamin masuk sorga masih mendoakan tersebut, tentu kita semakin penting untuk mengamalkannya. Berdoa wajib bagi manusia terutama saat solat dan di luar solat

Abstract

Dissent unity eventually will be depleted little by little, fraternity will be depleted. Differences of opinion are prohibited from the Qur'an and Sunnah. Solutions dissent is read fiqh books are there, if any argument then the next step please Takhrij Hadith worship in terms of sanad and matannya. If there is already a noble task argument then we next return track  sanad and the Hadith of as matan. If there are differences of opinion then restore the Qur'an and Sunnah. The aimmatul schools wrote the opinion, because of the limited sunnah they found they were not wrong. Our job resume their message, if there is sunnah that sohih, then resume practicing sunnah that you leave our opinion. Aimmatul the four schools and in others is Sunnah wal Jamaah sect, not a school of their names. If the four schools of Sunnah wal Jamaah sect of course we too should Sunnah wal Jamaah. Finally was reached a people who are united to cling to the Sunnah wal Jamaah, much of the dissent. The motto of dissent is grace neglected, then reached common understanding that grace according to the duties of the Prophet was sent rohmatal lil'alamin.Â
