Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, returnon assets and earning per share on the stock price. The object of this study is conventional taxi and bus companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2013-2017. The sample selection is using purposive sampling and got six companies that match the criteria. The method used is panel data regression analysis and found that the appropriate model to use is a common effect. From the result of this study obtained the variable of earning per share has a positive and significant effect on the stock price.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to determine the effect of marketing mix on purchasing decisions. The population in this research was consumers of The Body Shop in Pejaten Village Mall. The sample size was taken by 100 respondents, by accidental sampling method. Data collection is done through questionnaires. Analytical technique used is the method of analysis PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study show that the product and price have no significant influence on purchasing decisions. While the promotion and distribution have significant influence on purchasing decision.

Abstract

This research is designed to analyze critical success factors which consisted of support of top management, the contribution of project management, implementation of education and training, user involvement in the success of ERP system implementation at PT. EDS Manufacturing Indonesia. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis using questionnaire distribution. The population was the company employees, with 59 respondents being used as samples. The sampling method is purposive sampling, which was taken from various strata in the company that is actively involved in the implementation and use of the ERP system. The hypothesis testing was carried out using a validity test, reliability test, t-test, and F-test as well as quantitative descriptive analysis. Data was obtained by using a questionnaire instrument containing a list of statements to measure respondents according to research variables. The results indicate that partially, the contribution of project management has a significant effect on the success of ERP systems implementation. While the support of top management, implementation of education and training and user involvement does not have a significant effect on the success of ERP system implementation. All critical factors success can explain their relationship to the success of ERP system implementation by 31.0%.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the factors that influence the successful (critical successfactors) of ERP implementation in the company's client PT. Artsys Integrasi Solusindo. The data used are primary data using questionnaires from respondents. This research was conducted on 13 companies that have implemented ERP, with 80 respondents being used as samples. The sampling method in this study uses non-probability sampling with a quota sampling technique based on criteria. The analytical tool used in this study is regression analysis. The research hypothesis testing was completed using t-test, F-test and descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that Change Management, Project Management, Top Management Sponsorship, Realistic Scope Setting, and Adequate Budget are factors that influence the success of ERP implementation. While the factor of Education in an ERP project does not have a significant effect. But simultaneously, the six factors can explain the relation to the success of ERP implementation with the R-square value of 67.6%. With this research, it is expected that ERP consultants and implementers and the companies that are currently and will implement ERP to pay attention and prepare well the factors that determine the success of ERP implementation.

Abstract

PT XYZ is the shoes manufacturer in Tangerang that produces Mizuno and Specs brand. Many competitors in the shoes industry enforce the company to improve all aspects; one of them is to improve the problem of low productivity achievement in Mizuno production line. This study aims to know the productivity measurement method by using Objective matrix, and to do analysis of productivity criteria that dominantly contribute to the low productivity in Mizuno production line. This research method was using Objective Matrix (OMAX), Pareto diagram, Fishbone diagram, and 5W1H. Base on the result, it was identified that the highest productivity performance indicator was happened in August 2018 and the lowest productivity performance indicator was happened in March 2018. While for productivity index, the lowest productivity index was happened in March 2018 and the highest productivity index was happened in April 2018. Criteria that dominantly contributed to the decreased productivity in Mizuno production line was on criteria 1 (utilization of material usage), criteria 6 (number of loss output / down time), and criteria 2 (labor utilization), therefore the focus for improvement in this research was to prioritize these criteria to gain increased productivity in Mizuno production line.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influences of career development, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention on the assistant level employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Regional Office X. This study is quantitative research with a total sample of 86 employees and processed by using SPSS for Windows version 22.0. The probability sampling technique is proportionate random sampling, while the data analysis technique is Multiple Linear Regression. The results show that: career development has a significant influence on turnover intention, job satisfaction does not have a significant influence on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a significant influence on turnover intention, and the F test shows that career development, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant influence on employee turnover intention at the assistant level employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Regional Office X.
