Abstract

Since the crisis of employment in the industrial company / plant confined to absorb surplus labor. The increasing needs of family life and the head of the family income is not enough to make the involvement of women in order to increase revenue.The results showed that the characteristics of an average age of reproductive age 35-45 years (50%), has 2 children (41.18%) and have free time 6 hours (32.35%). The role of age, number of children, time spent working on women's labor income is jointly influenced significantly by 92.40%, meaning that its role is quite high, while partially the most dominant is the allocation of time and long work by 92.54%. Partial effect of age and number of children do not have a significant effect while the allocation of time to work a significant effect on women's earnings power. The role of age, number of children, time allocation and labor income women on family income have a significant effect jointly by 38.40% and amounted to 61.60% due to other factors. From the research results in this study suggested an increased skills for youth with less experience, increase working time, more inspiring for innovative product design, reproduce exhibitions for the introduction of products both within and outside the region.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the macroeconomic factors that affect economic growth and regional inflation. It also analyzes the role of the Regional Inflation Control Team (TPID) in controlling regional inflation. Data used in this research include macro data from 33 provinces in Indonesia year 2004-2014. Model Analysis that employed in this research is Simultaneous Panel Equation to test the relationship between economic growth and regional inflation. The results of the analysis show that macro variables include Credit (Kre), Gross Fixed Capital Formation (PMTB), Labor Force Participation (LFPR) and Government Spend (Spend) effect on Economic growth. The result of inflation model showing negative or decreasing inflation chance is Human Development Index (HDI) variable, while for variable which show positive or rising inflation opportunity is Population variable (POP) and Predicted Economic growth (PDRBH). The role of TPID, among others through daily price monitoring and data collection of food stocks and moral appeal to the community to be able to address the development of prices already running, but still need to be improved

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to determine the effect of marketing mix on purchasing decisions. The population in this research was consumers of The Body Shop in Pejaten Village Mall. The sample size was taken by 100 respondents, by accidental sampling method. Data collection is done through questionnaires. Analytical technique used is the method of analysis PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study show that the product and price have no significant influence on purchasing decisions. While the promotion and distribution have significant influence on purchasing decision.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine and analyze factors affecting student enterpreneurial interest In Beji Depok –West Java. This study uses a quantitative approach and The method of data analysis uses a partial least squares (PLS) model and The sample of this study used was 75 respondents. The results of this research are there is a positive influence of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial interest. the family environment variable is not significant on entrepreneurial interest. the personality variable has a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, there is a positive influence of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini termotivasi dari banyaknya UMKMdaerah kami yang kesulitan dalam aspek pemasaran. Berdasarkan kondisi di atas,perlu ada upaya yang dilakukan untuk membantu pelaku UMKM bangkit danmeningkatkan kembali kegiatan usahanya agar produktivitas dan omzetnya secaraperlahan-lahan akan meningkat lagi. Untuk itu, Tim Pengabdian KepadaMasyarakat dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pembangunan NasionalVeteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) yang terdiri dari Dosen dan Mahasiswa membantupelaku UMKM khususnya di Kelurahan Benda Baru,Pamulang Kota TangerangSelatan dengan kegiatan “Workshop system daya saing “ Program abdimas yangkami laksanakan ini bersifat komprehensif untuk memberikan dorongan kepadamasyarakat dan UMKM. Tujuan program ini supaya bisa menciptakan 'Jobcreation', agar pelaku usaha mikro bisa ditampung, dan diberi workshop-workshop.Nantinya pelaku UMKM yang sudah memenuhi kriteria naik kelas bisa terusberkembang. Di sisi lain, sesungguhnya new normal ini diharapkan menjadimomentum untuk peluang baik bagi pelaku usaha lokal untuk bangkit dan maju.Tujuan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah : (1) Untuk mengembangkan,meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan, kepercayaan dan kemandirian yang tinggi. (2)Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pemasaran barang kebutuhan dasar UMKM (3)Untuk membantu UMKM memahami marketing mix yang terdiri 4 P (Product,Price, Place, Promotion). Agar dapat meningkatkan daya saing dalam menjalanikehidupan bisnisnya.

Abstract

Mitra adalah Komunitas UMKM Naik Kelas merupakan wadah organisasi yang dibentuk dari rasa kebersamaan sebagai dampak Pandemi Covid 19, merupakan kumpulan pelaku UKM yang ber-anggotakan saat ini sebanyak 757 pelaku. Saat pandemic covid 19 ini UKM mengalami berbagai permasalahan antara lain menghadapi penurunan produktivitas yang berakibat pada penurunan profit secara signifikan, karena banyak aktivitas yang tidak bisa dilakukan sebelum masa pandemi, oleh karena itu pengabdi memberikan pelatihan dengan memotivasi dan dorongan kepada UKM untuk tetap percaya diri, disiplin serta memiliki etos kerja dalam berwirausaha agar usahanya dapat berkembang ,sehingga perekonomian dapat tumbuh.Tujuan dilaksanakannya pengabdian di komunitas UMKM Naik Kelas hal ini sejalan dengan visi dan misi komunitas yaitu menjadi wadah transformasi pembinaan, pengembangan dan pendampingan UMKM Indonesia yang terpercaya serta Profesional. Peserta Pelatihan merupakan masyarakat ekonomi produktif (memiliki usaha). Diharapkan dengan adanya pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pelaku UKM agar dapat naik
