Abstract

In this journal the main topics of discussion include how is the scope of the Islamic capital market, how is the legal basis and contract in the operations of the Islamic capital market and how is the development of the Islamic capital market in Indonesia. Securities trading, public companies related to securities issued and institutions and professions related to securities that carry out their activities in accordance with sharia principles, the legal basis of conventional capital market operations as already stated, have not applied the principles of sharia. Thus, the legal basis for the application of sharia principles for PMS operations is based on six DSN-MUI fatwas relating to the capital market industry. Six DSN-MUI Fatwas related to the capital market industry include: (1) fatwa no. 5/2000 concerning Sale and Purchase Greetings, (2) fatwa no. 20/2000 concerning Investment Implementation Guidelines for Sharia Mutual Funds, (3) fatwa no. 32/2002 concerning Sharia Bonds, (4) fatwa no. 33/2002 concerning Mudharabah Syariah Bonds, (5) fatwa no. 40/2003 concerning Capital Markets and General Guidelines on the Application of Sharia Principles in the Capital Market Sector, and (6) fatwa no. 41/2004 concerning Ijarah Sharia Bonds. Whereas PMS in Indonesia can still follow the PMK which prioritizes capitalism and materialist attitudes. This is because capital market players only cover a very small number of people compared to the whole Indonesian people. However, the small number of people who roll out fantastic investments, can reach trillions of rupiah every day. In addition, the basic values ​​of the Islamic Economic System, namely balance, fairness, and ownership by experts, have not yet penetrated the dynamics and determination of market participants in PMS.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the strategy of empowering the creative economy in increasing the income of Lamoiko villagers. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the creative economy empowerment strategy in increasing the income of the community in Lamoiko Village, Tanggettada District ?. The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy of empowering the creative economy in increasing community income in the Lamoiko Village, Tanggetada District. The results of this study indicate that the creative economic empowerment strategy in increasing the income of Lamoiko villagers, Ms. Desi Ratnasari and Mr. Ramli have empowered people who are members in the handicraft and furniture business, as seen from the income generated by members able to help to fulfill their daily lives days and increase to be greater than before becoming a member of handicrafts and furniture. The empowerment strategy undertaken by Ms. Desi and Mr. Ramli is to provide assistance by providing motivation, cooperation, and skills. Form small groups accompanied by Mrs. Desi and Mr. Ramli.

Abstract

Business responsibility is essentially the responsibility of business people to Allah SWT. This can be achieved if all business actions are intended only for worship to Allah SWT. As a derivative, business activities are carried out to seek profit so that business life can continue through consumer satisfaction based on Islamic sharia. Thus the business social responsibility is actually the responsibility of the business person to the company owner, to the community, and finally to Allah SWT. Theoretically, companies must conduct their business ethically and morally and socially responsible for the company's internal and external environment. Normatively the responsibility of social and environmental companies has been regulated in the laws and regulations. In the context of Islamic law, the responsibility of business people (both individuals and business entities) towards the environment cannot be separated from the fiqh al Bi'ah, both the utilization and social welfare. The form of responsibility of business actors towards the environment in general, namely; In doing business other than shari'ah control, in taking company policy, it must be based on shariah principles and benefit elements. This includes considering Hifdzu al Bi'ah, so as to create prosperity and the survival of life

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of local government in the empowerment of patchouli business in Watubangga Sub-district, Kolaka District. Data collection methods with in-depth interviews, non-participant observation and documentation. Data were analyzed by qualitative domain approach analysis. The results showed that the role of the Kolaka district government was very important to the survival of the community, among the government's functions in community empowerment was the fulfillment of the needs of patchouli business actors. The impact of patchouli business empowerment greatly affects the survival of Popalia Village because the community's work there is determined by patchouli income itself.

Abstract

Influence of Educational Background and Ability on the Performance of Muamalat Bank Employees in the Kolaka Sub-Branch Office. The development of Islamic Banks at this time is very rapid, of course very encouraging, however, the development of Islamic Banks in the last three years has slowed while the number of manpower is increasing from year to year, so it can be assumed that the quality of human resources is currently lacking quality in developing banking Sharia. The formulation of the problem in this study, how does the influence of educational background and work ability on the performance of employees of Muamalat Bank Sub-Branch Office Kolaka ?. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of educational background and work ability on the performance of Muamalat Bank employees at the Kolaka Sub-Branch Office. The method in this study uses quantitative research methods with several stages, namely determining variables, population & samples, data & data sources, data collection, instruments, and data analysis techniques. The results of this study are that educational background has no effect on performance, while work ability has an influence on the performance of employees of Muamalat Bank Sub-Branch Office Kolaka
