Abstract

The background in this study is about how the form of self-concept in students is there is an influence on student learning motivation which in this era of development in the world of education experiences various obstacles or problems, the breadth of these obstacles makes it difficult to predict what will happen. This study aims to determine the effect of two variables, namely the influence of self-concept on student motivation in class X SMA N 1 Weleri. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis method using a quantitative design. The sample used in this study was 105 students taken from 4 classes. The data was taken using the technique of giving a questionnaire through the Likert scale measurement in the form of a checklist on the research instrument. The results showed that the level of influence between self-concept on the learning motivation of class X students at SMA N 1 Weleri showed statistical data with the acquisition of a simple regression test that was carried out showing that the calculated F value was 67.616 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, the regression model can be used to predict the self-concept variable or in other words there is an influence of the self-concept variable (X) on the learning motivation variable (Y). For how strongly influenced between variables X and Y variables, it can be seen from the R Square value (determinant coefficient) of 0.396, which means that the influence of self-concept on learning motivation is 39.6%. So it can be seen that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence between self-concept on the learning motivation of class X students of SMA N 1 Weleri. Abstract

The background of this research is that the results of the questionnaire on the needs of students that I gave to class XI, especially in class XI IPS 1, there are 3.16% of students who are still unsure of their choice of ideals, 3.31% of students who still do not understand the study program in higher education, and there are 2.86% of students who do not understand the relationship between talents, interests, education, and work . In addition, a simple interview was also conducted with one student at a different school. The results of the interviews showed that these students were still low in planning their careers. This shows that students in their career planning are still low. The ability of students to plan a career will support the success of their career goals. Conversely, if the ability to plan his career is low, it will have a bad impact on his career goals. The main problem studied is the Profile of Students' Career Planning Ability in SMA Pemalang Regency.The research method used is a survey research method with a quantitative approach that aims to reveal something as it is. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMA in Pemalang Regency which consisted of 4 State Senior High Schools. The try out will be held at SMA Negeri 1 Pemalang in class XI IPA 1 with 36 students. The sampling technique in this research is using cluster random sampling technique. The analysis used to test the validity is product moment correlation and reliability using the alpha formula. The calculation results of the career planning ability questionnaire can be seen that the lowest score is 15 respondents in the very high category with a percentage of 19%, 22 respondents in the high category with a percentage of 28%, 43 respondents in the medium category with a percentage of 54%, 0 respondents in the low category with a percentage of 0%, and 0 respondents in the very low category with a percentage of 0%. Suggestions that researchers can convey should be guidance and counseling teachers have an active role but guidance and counseling teachers must develop or improve career guidance services in schools. : Ghulam Fariqy. NPM 17110099. "The Influence of Parenting Patterns on Motivation in Learning in Class XI Students of SMA Negeri 1 Wiradesa Pekalongan Regency". Thesis. Guidance and Counseling Study Program. Faculty of Education, PGRI University, Semarang. 2022. The problem in this study is that at the age of teenagers parents pay less attention to the learning development experienced by students. Parents rarely ask about the learning progress experienced by students at school because some are busy working, and others think that the student is an adult so they do not need direction and guidance from their parents anymore. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of parenting on motivation in learning in class XI SMA Negeri 1 Wiradesa. This type of research is quantitative research. ex-postfacto research. The population in this study were students of class XI MIPA 1 and XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Wiradesa. The data in this study were obtained through student questionnaires. Based on the calculation of the regression test that has been carried out, it is known that the value of tcount = 3.545 with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, then H0 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant (significant) effect of the trust variable (X) on the participation variable (Y). Based on these calculations, the hypothesis which reads "There is a positive and significant influence between parenting patterns on motivation in learning in class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Wiradesa for the academic year 2021/2022" can be accepted as true. Based on the results of this study, the suggestion that can be conveyed is that teachers and parents must always coordinate about the activities and activities of children at school and at home in order to monitor how the results obtained by children and parents can apply appropriate parenting patterns so that between attitudes and children's learning outcomes can to be better. Abstract

Abstract : The present study aimed to see The Role of Group Guidance Service with Movie Learning Strategy in Shaping Students’ Emotional Intelligence in Class XI MIPA 4 SMA Negeri Colomadu in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This 3-cycle guidance and counseling action research consisted of four stages in each cycle: planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Participants of the study were eight students from Class XI MIPA 4 SMA Negeri Colomadu of 2021/2022 academic years known to have problems in controlling and regulating their emotion due to low emotional intelligence. The group guidance session was performed using movie learning strategies. Interviews, observation, and documentation were performed to collect the data. A qualitative descriptive analysis technique was applied to analyze the data. Following interventions performed in each cycle, this study found that During the pre-cycle, Cycle I, Cycle II, and Cycle III, the percentage of solved emotional intelligence was 62.5%, 68.75%, 77%, and 85%, respectively. This work confirms that the group guidance with movie learning strategies plays a role in determining students’ emotional intelligence in Class XI MIPA 4 SMA Negeri Colomadu of the 2021/2022 academic year. Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to find out the role of Group Counseling with Filosofi Teras in solving Bullying behavior in Panti Asuhan Keluarga Yatim Muhammadiyah (PAKYM) Surakarta in 2022. To this end, A 4-cycle guidance and counseling action research was applied. Each cycle consisted of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data source in this study were the bullies, orphan keeper, and the caregiver. Interviews, observation, and documentation were performed to collect the data. Techniques and sources of data in this study were triangulated to ensure the validity. The collected data were analyzed using the interactive data analysis technique. In this study, 6 participants were indicated to commit bullying behavior due to their poor regulation of emotion. Following interventions performed in each cycle, this study found that during the pre-cycle percentage of solved bullying behavior was 56.66%, Cycle I was 59,18%, Cycle II was 69.16%, Cycle III was 78.34%, and Cycle IV was 86.66%, respectively. Based on the study result, the group counseling with Filosofi Teras is applicable in overcoming bullying behavior in Panti Asuhan Keluarga Yatim Muhammadiyah (PAKYM) Surakarta in 2022. Abstract

Abstrac : This study aimed to see the role of the psychoanalytic individual counseling in overcoming students’ kleptomaniac behaviors in Class XI SMKN Matesih in the 2021/2022 academic year. To this end, A 3-cycle guidance and counseling action research was applied. Each cycle consisted of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data were collected using interviews, observation, documentation, and Who am I psychological test. The collected data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive technique with the technique triangulation. Three students were identified to exhibit mild kleptomaniac disorders, commonly known as hypomania. The following percentage of kleptomaniac behavioral characteristics were obtained in each cycle: Precycle: 46%, cycle I: 44.6%, cycle II: 33.32%, cycle III: 22.8%, and cycle IV: 14.72%. This result shows that psychoanalytic individual counseling is effective in treating individuals with mild kleptomaniac symptoms, allowing them to control the urge to steal. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of behavioristic technique group guidance services in building self-confidence in Class VIII students at MTs Negeri 2 Surakarta during the academic year 2021/2022. This research was conducted at MTs Negeri 2 Surakarta. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII. This research approach is qualitative research. Collecting research data using documentation techniques, interview techniques and observation techniques. The data analysis technique used was comparative descriptive analysis, which was to compare self-confidence between qualitatives. Based on the results of the research that the role of behavioristic technique group guidance services can increase the self-confidence of class VIII MTs Negeri 2 Surakarta students in the 2021/2022 academic year, self-confidence before being given guidance on benavioistic technique groups, it appears that students are still selfish, self-centered, students naturally excessive need for support from others, being pessimistic and less cheerful, worried about himself in front of others, and students are not confident in their abilities. After being given group guidance, students have better self-confidence which is shown by students being no longer selfish and able to work together with their friends, without needing excessive support from other people, students can be independent, optimistic and happy, confident in themselves in front of them, others, and students believe in their abilities. There are still two students whose self-confidence has not been maximized, this is understandable because there are several factors that affect self-confidence, including: Internal factors, including: student self-concept, student's physical condition, personal experience, education possessed, while external, including: the condition of parents, school environment, and peer association. Judging from the confidence of the two students through the behavioristic technique group guidance showed a significant increase. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a correlation between social support and student work readiness at the tenth grades students of SMK Negeri I Donorojo in 2021/2022 academic year. This research was a correlational quantitative research. The population in this study were all students in class X SMK Negeri I Donorojo with a total number of 230 students. The research sample was 70 students using simple random sampling. Data collection technique was to use a questionnaire and documentation. The questionnaire method was the main method used to obtain data on social support and work readiness. While the documentation method was a method of assistance. In addition, the analytical technique used was a product moment correlation. Based on the results of data analysis on a correlation between social support and student work readiness, it was obtained that the r-count was 0.425. Furthermore, the value of r-count was consulted with the r-table of product moment N=70 and the significance levels of 5% and 1% were 0.235 and 0.306. In fact, the results of the analysis of the data obtained indicated that the r-count was greater than the r-table or 0.235<0.425>0.306. In connection with this, the null hypothesis or Ho which stated that "there is no correlation between social support and student work readiness at the tenth grade students of SMK N I Donorojo in 2021/2022 academic year" was not proven and the work hypothesis or Ha was accepted which stated that "there is a correlation between social support and student work readiness at the tenth grade students of SMKN I Donorojo in 2021/2022 academic year" was accepted at both the level of significant 5% and 1%. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya guru BK dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap guru BK dan siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Bumiayu. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan wawancara terhadap guru BK kemudian dilanjutkan membagi kuesioner terhadap siswa kelas VIII A, dari hasil wawancara dengan guru BK SMP Negeri 1 Bumiayu bahwa untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, diberikan strategi, kemudian strategi yang diberikan oleh guru BK dengan berbagai layanan yaitu layanan bimbingan klasikal, layanan bimbingan kelompok, dan layanan konseling individu.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low career planning of class XI students, many students have difficulty in planning a career. Students feel confused after graduating to go to college or work, doubtful and unstable in choosing a study program, there are students who have not set a career plan after graduation, many students who choose study programs only follow friends. This makes students less confident in planning a career. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between self-confidence and career planning of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Kwdungwuni. This type of research is a quantitative research with a correlational research design. The data collection tools used are the self-confidence scale and the career planning scale. The results of the person product moment correlation test, the correlation value of r count is 0.609. While the value of r table for the number of samples is 64 with a significance level of 5% of 0.246. Therefore, r arithmetic 0.609 > r table 0.246, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between self-confidence and career planning for students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Kedungwuni.
