Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the effect of institutional ownership, firm size and corporate governance on earnings management in manufacturing firm. The sample using purposive sampling. The research model in this study employs panel data analysis with random effect approach. The empirical results show that institutional ownership and firm size have negative and significant effect on earnings management, but the board of commissioners and the audit committee have negative and not significant on earnings management. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the effect of Free Cash Flow, Return On Assets, Total Assets Turnover, and Sales Growth on Manufacture Firm Dividend Payout Ratio Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2008 - 2012. The sample of several companies on Manufacturer Firm listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research model in this study using panel data analysis (unbalanced panel) with fixed effect approach. The empirical results show that ROA have positive and significant effect on DPR. As for, free cash flow, and TATO have negative significant effect on DPR, but sales growth have negative and not significant effect on DPR. Simultaneous test showed that free cash flow, return on assets, total assets turnover, and sales growth significant effect on dividend payout ratio. Abstract

Generally, the purposes of this research are: 1) to describe the leadership style, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) 2) to analyze the influence of leadership style towards OCB. 3) to analyze the influence of organizational commitment towards OCB. 4) to analyze the simultaneous influence of leadership style and organizational commitment towards OCB. Population of this research is the employees of the Bureau of Public Administration and Finance, State University of Jakarta. Type of the research is descriptive and the method is explanatory survey. The results of descriptive analysis explain a) selling leadership style is more dominant than the telling leadership style, participative and delegative b) organizational commitment of employees is quite high although normative commitment was still low. c) the OCB of employee was quite good although the dimensions of altruism and civic virtue were not good enough. The results of hypothesis testing explain 1) the influence of leadership style towards OCB of employee Bureau of Public administration and Finance UNJ the leadership style increases the OCB of employee will increase 2) the influence organizational commitment to OCB of employee that the organizational commitment can be predicted OCB of employees will increase. Abstract

Two hundred and thirty twoundergraduate students of management major at State University of Jakarta were surveyed on their procrastination level, gender, socio-personal (parents’educationalbackground, number of siblings, university grade level), locus of control, and emotional intelligence. Result shows that 1) the procrastination level between male and female students is identical, 2) the procrastination levelbetween students whom his/her mother is holding university degree with other students whom his/her mother is not holding university degree is different,3) the procrastination level between studentswhom his/her father is holding university degree is different with other students whom his/her father is not holding university degree, 4) the procrastination level between students who have one sibling is different with other students who have more than one siblings, 5) the procrastination level between new students are different with senior students, 6) the procrastination level between students who have internal locus of control is different with other students who have external locus of control, 7)the procrastination level between students who have high emotional intelligence is different with otherstudents who have low emotional intelligence. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee of PT X in Jakarta. This study used a survey method with the correlational approach. Meanwhile sampling technique used is simple random technique. The samples were selected randomly. The results showed that: there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) to the employees of PT X. Therefore if job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees increases, the OCB will also increase. Abstract

The purpose of the research areto describe brand knowledge, perceived quality and consumer innovativeness toward brand extension attitude, to test the influence of brand knowledge toward brand extension attitude, to test the influence of perceived quality toward brand extension attitude, to test the influence of consumer innovativeness toward brand extension attitude, to test the influence of brand knowledge, perceived quality and consumer innovativeness toward brand extension attitude simultaneously. The methods of research are descriptive and causal, with regression analysis and testing with SPSS software.The sample of the research isTip Top Rawamangun’s customers who use Dettol but had been used Lifebuoy Previously. The results of the t test shows brand knowledge significantly influence brand extension attitude on Dettol and Lifebuoy. Perceived quality significantly influence brand extension attitude on Dettol and Lifebuoy. Consumer innovativeness significantly influence brand extension attitude on Dettol and Lifebuoy. The results of F test forDettol and Lifebuoy indicates brand knowledge, perceived quality and consumer innovativeness simultanously influence brand extension attitude. Abstract

The purpose of this researchareto determine the description / overview of the perception of service quality, perceived value and customer satisfaction at Indomaret Palmerah, to examine empirically the effect of perceptions of service quality on customer satisfaction Indomaret, to examine empirically the effect of the perception of the value of the Indomaret customer satisfaction, to empirically test the influence of perceptions of service quality and perceived value together towards customer satisfaction Indomeret. The research object Indomaret customers western Jakarta branch palmerah shopping more than once a month in the period from May 2013 to January 2014. Analysis of data using SPSS software. Hypothesis testing results showed positive significant effect on the perception of service quality on customer satisfaction, the existence of a significant positive influence of perceived value on customer satisfaction, a positive significant effect on the perception of service quality and perceived value to the customer's customer satisfaction Keywords: perception of service quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the effect of intellectual capital on financial performance on bank go public listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2012. The sampel are several bank go public. The research method in this study uses correlation study. The research model in this study employs panel data analysis with random effect approach on model 1a and fixed effect approach on model 1b. The empirical results show that intellectual capital that proxy with Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) have positive significant effect on Earning per Share (EPS) but Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) has negative and no significant effect on Earning per Share (EPS). While, Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) and Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) have positive significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).
