Sampel dalam penelitian adalah perusahaan manufaktur barangkonsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2010-2013.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlahsampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 perusahaan. teknik analisis data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian adalah Explanatory Research. Hasil penelitian iniadalah keputusan investasi yang diukur dengan capital expenditure to book valueof asset, ukuran perusahaan, dan profitabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan PBV, keputusanpendanaan yang diukur dengan DER berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikanterhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan PBV, Secara simultan variabelkeputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitasberpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci : Nilai perusahaan, keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, ukuranperusahaan dan profitabilitas

Teknik samplingyang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan sampel sebanyak 54 selamaperiode pengamatan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data paneldengan metode random effect. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Inflasi danSuku bunga BI secara parsial berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Nilaiperusahaan. ROA dan DER secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap Nilai perusahaan. Secara simultan Inflasi, suku bunga BI, ROA danDER berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai perusahaan.Kata kunci : Inflasi, Suku bunga BI, Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to EquityRatio (DER) dan Price to Book Value (PBV)

The study was conducted of 60 entrepreneurs in BekasiUtara especially in 2 area that is Wisma Asri and Pondok Ungu Permai usingconvenience sampling method. While the techniques of data collection is done bydistributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS 21. The resultsshows that 1) Entrepreneur dominated by men with less than 30 years old withhigh school education level, have 10 years business with its own capital resourcesthat is less than 50 million and a gross monthly income of less than 10 million.2)The variable characteristics entrepreneurs who make different ethnic Chineseand Javanese is Tuna Satak Bathi Sanak with strength classification accuracy. 3)The variable characteristics entrepreneurs who make different ethnic Chinese andMinang is Hongsui with strength classification accuracy. 4) The variablecharacteristics entrepreneurs who make different ethnic Javanese and Minang arePanggautan Gelaring Pambudi and Tuna Satak Bathi Sanak with strengthclassification accuracy. 5) The variable characteristics entrepreneurs who makedifferent ethnic Chinese, Javanese and Minang are Hopeng and Tuna Satak BathiSanak with strength classification accuracy.Keywords : Characteristicsof Entrepreneurs, Discriminant Analysis.

Researchcarried out by the simple random sampling method on 154 employees at PT. PosIndonesia (Persero) Bekasi as respondents, while the technique of data collectionis done by distributing questionnaires, which is processed using SPSS 21.0. Theresearch using descriptive and explanatory. The results of the regression indicatethat there is influence career development towards job satisfaction and there isinfluence between motivatiom towards job satisfaction. Career development andmotivation simultaneously influence the job satisfaction and significance. Thisresearch has figured out the score of career development and motivation on worksatisfaction while the rest is influenced by the other factors.Keywords: Career Development, Motivation, Job Satisfaction

Theresearch aim to determine the effectiveness of information and training through theimplementation of the evaluation model is to implement two levels which consist of reactionsand learning levels, using Kirkpatrick’s model. This research was conducted at the Learningand Training Center of Central Jakarta, with a sample of all participants of training. Datacollection using a questionnaire that has been tested by using content validity, whereas testsuse SPSS.The results showed that the reaction of trainees are satisfied with the implementation of thetraining that was conducted and the results are good and improving learning are assessedfrom the pre-test and post-test. The resulting increase in the difference was significant, butwhen viewed from the aspect of knowledge, understanding and application, the result of thedifference increased, but not significantly.Keywords: Training, Evaluation, Kirkpatrick Model, Employees

ANTESEDEN DARI MINAT PEMBELIAN PRODUK SHAMPO NATURAL DAN ORGANIKAndrian HaroFakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakartae-mail: andrianharo@feunj.ac.idABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to examine the consumer purchase intention of natural and organic shampoo products based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Specifically, this research considers that consumer values as antecedents of consumers’ attitude toward buying natural and organic shampoo products. A survey was conducted with many respondents from graduate students of Magister Management, Trisakti University, Jakarta, and structural equation modeling techniques was used to test the relationships among the variables. The results show that environmental consciousness and appearance consciousness have a positive effect on attitude. Meanwhile, health consciousness has no significant effect on consumers’ attitude. Moreover, the results showed that TPB predictors which consist of attitude and perceived behavioral control are significantly correlated with purchase intention for natural and organic shampoo products, but not with subjective norm. This research provides valuable insight into consumer purchase intention behavior regarding natural and organic shampoo products by examining the factors that influence consumers’ attitude toward buying natural and organic shampoo products and consumers’ purchase intentions for the products.Keywords: Consumer Behaviour, Theory of Planned Behavior, Attitude, PurchaseIntention, Personal Care

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the information quality and its effect on performance of Iraqi companies. Organizations were found aware on the need to have quality of information as to cope with environmental uncertainty. Most organizations agree on the importance of accounting information system (AIS) as to gather, perform, and report about the performance of their financial activities. Findings show quality of information is an important factor for performance enhancement. Therefore, to become or remain competitive need organizations to have good AIS as it helps organizations to formulate better strategies and later achieve better organizational performance. This means quality of information is certainly a strategic factor for organizational survival or prosperity.

Abstract

The research AIMS: 1) to analyze the relationship between organizational behavior and employee career development in the Bureau of Human Resources and Organization Officer of the Ministry of Public Works of South Jakarta. 2) to analyze the relationship between motivation and employee career development in the Bureau of Human Resources and Organization Officer of the Ministry of Public Works of South Jakarta. The numbers of samples are 47 staffs which are represented from every division in Bureau of Human Resources and Organization Officer Ministry of Public Works of South Jakarta. The data collecting is conducted by questionnaire. Correlation analysis is used to analyze the data and to answer the Relationship Between variables X and Y. The result of analysis shows that the variable is organizational culture have a positive and significant relationship with career development variable (r = 0.392, P = 0.000) with a low rate (weak) relationship. Motivation variable have a positive and significant relationship with career development variable (r = 0.486, P = 0.000) with high rate (strong) relationship.
