Abstract

The development of entrepreneurship education for students has been a concentration for all universities in Indonesia. In fact, the lack of entrepreneurial interest and motivation as a job seeker and not a job creator after finishing school or college. The same mindset was experienced by sharia economic studies students at STAI Denpasar-Bali. With the specification of sharia banking knowledge, the competency orientation that is owned is working as a staff or employee in sharia financial institution. This mindset must be revamped, with entrepreneurial education that can shape character and attitude to dare to take business risks. That is, entrepreneurship education is expected to shape the mindset, attitude, and behavior of students into a true entrepreneur, thus directing them to choose entrepreneurship as a clear career choice. The campus should be able to map the attitude of what is owned by the entrepreneur and be able to apply in further entrepreneurship education

Abstract

A lot of alternative investing. Ranging from real assets to securities investments, ranging from a conventional manifold to the manifold sharia. But the main choice of someone in investing is how the return offered to how risk that may occur. And stocks in LQ45 is a collection of existing liquid shares on the Stock Exchange and JII also a collection of shares that have good performance in the category of sharia. Islamic and conventional stock returns are something that needs to be known primarily for Islamic investors. Then how it compares with a return of Islamic stocks of conventional stock. It can be analyzed via the stock's annual return and standard deviation as a risk by using T test Test Independent. Then obtained 15 samples of Islamic stocks and 15 samples of conventional stock and annual data taken stock price during the period January 2014 to 2015. The results showed that there are significant differences from the comparison of income received in shares of income received conventional with conventional stock for p value of <0.05. This shows that Ho is rejected and HI accepted because p value = 0048> 0.05 in accordance with the principle of investing High Risk High Return, Low Risk Low Return where the higher the risk the higher the market rate / return and conversely the smaller the risk of getting Similarly small rate of return. Therefore, investors in Indonesia must be careful in making a good investment in the shares of conventional and Islamic stock in order not to experience a capital loss.

Abstract

This article aims to investigate the influence of Human Resources, Capital And pemasaranTerhadap Small and Medium Enterprise Performance apple chips. Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the extent of the application of the concept of Islamic tourism in Santen Island and also to find out the response form in the Santen Island. Data collection method used is the technique of in-depth interview, documentation and observation. While the data analysis technique using the interactive model, which consists of three components: data reduction, data presentation, drawing and testing data. The findings in this study include the application of the concept of Islamic tourism in Santen Island is still not optimal. Public response was positive at 65% of the public has a positive perception, 45%, have a positive attitude, 77.5% indicated that participation is positive. In terms of visitors by 74% of the visitors to know about the concept of sharia travel, 67% of visitors consider aspects of clean and unclean before traveled on the beach sharia, 47% of visitors said existing facilities are adequate Santen Island, 60% of visitors considered that the separation of male and women place have not been in accordance with the concept of Islamic tourism. While the impact of the economic field include an increase in local economies and reduce unemployment on the island of Santen. The impact of the field of education, namely namely the Early Childhood Education Park while the impact on social and cultural sectors has yet to be seen clearly, but the direction to change is already starting to look good in terms of language and dress.

Abstract

The development of banking is increasingly widespread to the corners of the village, people are beginning to understand about the more modern financial management. The conventional banking system that was first known to the public began to adapt the situation of religious issues such as the issue of sharia-based banking that began to be developed to enter the market niche of the Muslim community that promises profit and become a conventional bank marketing strategy by opening the opportunity of sharia bank as a sub-unit of marketing additionally that other conventional banks do not just as the ability to read the market but further expand the larger profits. Competition of conventional banks and sharia-based banks is getting stronger where the pattern of system of contracts and profit sharing strategies applied by sharia banking as a marketing strategy can be a major obstacle if not managed well and even become the main obstacle of sharia banking in doing competition with conventional banks.

Abstract

The economic development at the present time have a lot of emerging practices and selling a wide variety of them is the practice of buying and selling melon with a slash that occurred in the village of Buluagung. The practice of buying and selling are farmers engaged in transactions with slasher when the melon is already visible and yellowed, but not worth the harvest with the provision of an advance as a sign. After the transaction, the indirect slasher the melon harvest, but wait until the melon is already a decent harvest. And that's when freshly picked melons slasher already bought once on payment. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, the research aims to match the arguments of the sale and purchase practices of slash in the village Buluagung resulting in the law in question. This study aims to determine how the practice of buying and selling melon with a slash in the village Buluagung District of Siliragung Banyuwangi, and knowing how the analysis of Islamic law against the cult of selling melon with a slash in the village Buluagung subdistrict Siliragung district of Banyuwangi is in conformity with the law Muamalah in Islam. In this study data collection using interviews, documentation, and observation. In this study, researchers analyzed data obtained by means of an interactive model consisting of three components, namely the collection of data (data collection), the reduction of the data (data reduction), presentation of data (data display), the conclusion and the data ferifikasi (conclusion and verifying). The results of the research are buying and selling rice in the village buluagung slash is valid under Islamic law analysis, because in accordance with the pillars and the terms of buying and selling, namely: Āqidain, Ma'qūd 'alaih and sighat (Islamic marriage contract) and to avoid several possible facades, such as gharar, Riba, a transaction in two intents and utilization and maintenance of land by the buyer.
