Abstract

Purpose of the research is to knowing and analyze quality of service is measured based on the physical aspects of the service and non-physical aspects have an influence of the partially on customer satisfaction, it has an influence of simultaneously, and from the two aspects, which aspect is more dominant on customer satisfaction holder Simpeda Savings Bank Kalse Branch Tanjung.The research approach used is quantitative with explanatory research type and research location is on Bank Kalsel Branch Tanjung. The population of research is customer holders Bank Kalsel Branch Tanjung with a total sample of 100 respondents. Analysis of the data using Multiple Linear Regression analysis techniques, to test the influence of simultaneous use test F and to test partial influence used T Test at significance level 0.05.Results of research proved that the quality of service which measured base on physical aspect and non-physical aspect have an effect  partially where the data processed using the T test found that the number T count for non-physical aspects of 2,522 and T count for the physical aspect of 2,821 while the T table known for 1.661 or if it compared to the count T > T table can be concluded that there is a partial influence both aspects on customer satisfaction. Physical aspects and non-physical aspects also influence simultaneously on customer satisfaction which evidenced by the results of the F test where from the data processing obtained value of F count of  35 455 and the F table at 3,090 so F count > F table or it can be concluded that the physical aspect and the non-physical aspects have a simultaneous influence on customer satisfaction. The physical aspect is the dominant aspect because it has value T count is higher than T count the non-physical aspects which prove that the physical aspect has a dominant influence on customer satisfaction holder Simpeda Savings Bank Kalsel Branch Tanjung.From the  result of research found that the physical aspect is dominant aspects that give an influence to customer satisfaction, different from results of previous research where the non-physical aspect is a more dominant aspect in influencing customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Research purposes to determine and analyze simultaneously the influence of factors of leadership, employee competence, effectiveness, communication, work motivation and marketing strategies on the performance of employees at PT Wahana Karya Media Banjarmasin.The research uses a quantitative approach in this study is intended to facilitate the discussion of analytical, quantitative approach where it is one of the existing approaches in the sociology of science. This approach emphasizes the strict procedures in determining the research variables.Results obtained are the significant influence of the factor of leadership, competence of employees, employee motivation and marketing strategies on the performance of employees at PT Wahana Karya Media Banjarmasin. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to (1) examine the effect of organizational climate on employee performance, (2) examine the effect of motivation on employee performance, (3) examine the effect of organizational climate and motivation simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Al-Amsor Mubarokah Wisata Banjarmasin.The research uses a quantitative approach to causal associative type. The unit of analysis is the entire employees of PT. Al-Amsor Mubarokah Wisata Banjarmasin totaling 180 people. Sample set at 108 or at 65% of the total population selected using random sampling techniques Stratifield Nonproportionate. To test pengrauh between variables used multiple linear regression.The research results prove: (1) there is no significant effect of partial organizational climate on employee performance PT. Al-Amsor Mubarokah Wisata Banjarmasin, (2) There is a significant effect on the performance of partial motivation of employees of PT. Al-Amsor Mubarokah Wisata Banjarmasin, (3) There is no significant effect of simultaneous organizational climate to employee performance PT. Al-Amsor Mubarokah Wisata Banjarmasin. The influence of motivation on performance is 79.9%, while the influence was 62.8% simultaneously. Keywords: organizationalclimate, motivation, Performance

Abstract

In addition to contributing businesses, companies should also contribute socially through the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Many notions of CSR, but the essence is the company's commitment to positively impact and reduce the negative impacts of the company for the welfare of society and the environment by taking into account aspects of the triple bottom lines. PT Arutmin NPLCT is one company in Indonesia which is committed in implementing CSR. One of them is through the KSU Madani program.This study used a qualitative approach is supported with quantitative data. The strategy used in this study is to describe a program by conducting interviews, observation and document analysis.Selection of survey respondents do intentionally (purposive sampling), the number of respondents who are involved in the process of formation of KSU Madani is 21man. While the key informants is CD ComDev Dept. Officer.Results showed that the image of the KSU program Madani at the planning stage (decision-making) in the KSU Madani program has been realized with the participation of civil society in the meetings. It is clearly visible and has been implemented in this KSU Madani program, participants had a high level of presence in each meeting so that they can take decisions together by consensus. During the implementation phase KSU Madani program participants not only participate in but also contribute ideas embodied in the form of initial equity cooperatives, and participation in the management of KSU Madani program. While on stage monitoring has been realized in the form of participation of the majority of participants in a cooperative supervisory position or not all participants can conduct surveillance or monitoring directly because of limitations in terms of duties and powers that have been agreed upon.Level of community participation in the Program KSU Madani generally is high in planning and implementation, but at the stage of monitoring is low. Participation in planning and implementing high because in the process of planning the training program is conducted and decided by a meeting forum for dialogue with participants and communities involved in decision-making. While on stage due to lower monitoring not all participants can conduct surveillance program because of limited authority.Keywords: Public Participation, Corporate Social Responsibility.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of communication and organizational culture to increase employee performance. Organizational culture contains norms and values beliefs that guide the behavior of employees. Therefore, the company should have to provide a vehicle for employees to internalize the culture so  that they are able to apply them in work.The research  have been conducted at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Selatan in the area of Banjarmasin. The method used a quantitative approach with a population of some 90 officials who have a Risk Management Certificate, using the survey method obtained sample size of 90 people. Data analysis using statistical techniques and a multiple linear regression to test the significant level using a t test with SPSS.The conclusion of this research is that communication and organizational culture variables have positive and significant impact on employee performance. Organizational cultural variables have the greatest influence to increase employee performance than other variables, with a regression coefficient of 0.437 or 43.7%.

Abstract

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is one of the obligations which have to be implemented by the company in accordance with the content of Article 74 of Company Limited Regulations (CLR), that is Regulations Number 40 Year 2007, through this Regulations, any industry or cooperatives are obliged to implement it. The increasing level of awareness on quality of life, social and environmental harmonization, is also influencing the activity in the business world. Therefore, the Constitution Provision on the role of company in the social responsibility was born. Here isone of the benefitsthatcan begleanedfrom thecompany'sCSRactivities. This is the context where the activity of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has becoming the mandatory menu to the company, beyond the obligation which is outlined in The Regulations.                 The purpose of this thesis is to find out the application of Hasnur Group’s CSR on their subsidiaries which conduct the large-scale CSR in South and Central Kalimantan Region and  to find out what are the obstacles faced and also propose solutions to the obstacles faced by the company in its implementation.                 Data in this thesis was analyzed qualitatively, that is secondary data in the theory form, its definition and substance from literature, Regulations Policy, and also primary data gained from interviews, field study and observation, which then being analyzed, in order to find the conclusion about the implementation of company social responsibility.                 Based on the analysis, it is concluded that in implementing their social responsibility, Hasnur Group has done some activities in Society Development, which are education, infrastructure, health improvement, socio-religious, and sports. While the obstacles found in the implementation of Hasnur Group’s CSR consist of internal and external constraints. Internal obstacle is caused by internal factors in the company itself, such as the policy inconsistency of work unit who supporting the program, the right person system has not been applied in the Bureau of Public Relation, less number of staffs, and the disharmony of turnover management elements with the policy. The external obstacles are the community participation is not optimal, the occurring of social problems, overlapping of community welfare activities, public’s high demand, and the low of public confidence and tribe’s work ethic. To overcome these obstacles  through Solution Recommendation which is done to deal with the obstacles such us CSR training and community development, persuading the cooperation with NGO who have managerial capabilities, implementing an effective and efficient coordination, intensify internal coordination, strengthen the performance of duties and functions through intensive socialization and training, also holding regular meetings.      Key Words : CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
